Arranged delivery of a bed and mattress for a Saturday, all confirmed. Got an email on the Saturday afternoon saying the driver had been involved in an accident so I would have to re arrange another day. I phoned up (after being on hold for 20 mins) and had delivery arranged for the Monday. Then on Sunday I had a phone call from a completely different company, (who are apparently the same company) saying the bed I chose was out of stock so thats the reason I did not have my delivery on Saturday! I WAS BLATANTLY LIED TO! They couldn't even keep there excuses the same! The bed and mattress did turn up on the Monday, however, it is a load of cheap rubbish! On one of there websites they sell it for £269 and on the other they sell it for £769 exactly the same bed and mattress and completely different prices! Horrible nasty people mugging people off left right and center! Bought a MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS, RECEIVED A LUMP OF CONCRETE! Also i am heavily pregnant, which I did say to the person I spoke to on the on the Saturday. Do not waste your money, it definitely is not memory foam. Really upset and angry at this horrible company. Now having sleepless nights on this so called memory foam mattress and getting up in the morning with a bad back. Swerve buying from this company and also the same companies: Furniture Italia and also Giomani Design.
This place has just delivered my bed and the service provided was great and would recommend to anyone.
The discont was excellent as well.
Just received some garden furniture this morning from this company and its the worst Ive ever had, nothing fits and now nobodys answering the phone.
