Willing to take you money, or in this case, the money from my OAP mother, but when it comes to trying to resolve THIER mistakes they have no time whatsoever.
Context:
65 year old woman, moved into a new property, requiring a bed, ordered will in advance and paid for immediately.
They messed up taking the email address down and cancelled the order as someone replied back stating they did not order the bed, instead of CALLING the customer and confirming the right email address, bearing in mind that the delivery address was correct and it was PAID FOR IN FULL. So she had chase them to rectify this situation and organise another delivery, which happened to be the day she moved in, the delivery driver turns up and only has the base, no mattress or headboard!
Spent an hour or so on the phone to someone called Mike who was allegedly the senior manager!
They admitted that it was their fault, the order was only partially re entered! They WOULD NOT ORGANISE NEXT DAY DELIVERY, stating that they are contractually obligated to use one company only (total rubbish!), so had to organise a temporary bed until Monday when they promised delivery.
On Monday no delivery, called up the delivery company and was advised that no order was received from Beds.co.uk so nothing was out for delivery! Called their Customer (lack of) Service and spent another amount of time trying to find out the real reason as to why the bed was not being delivered, it turned out that this Mike had not even put the order through!
Cancelled on the spot and had to organise at great cost a man with a van on a Bank Holiday Monday to drive around Taunton picking up items from various shops so that she could have a decent bed to sleep on.
This is totally disgusting service from this company, my advice is, NEVER USE THEM.
I have been calling every day since to get an explanation from them as to why this has happened, and to this date, NOT ONE PERSON HAS TAKEN THE RESPONSIBILITY to call me back and explain why my elderly mother had no delivery and had to sleep on a temporary bed because of THIER MISTAKES.

Awful service from an awful company who takes orders for beds they haven't got in stock...
I ordered a rattan garden set from this company on 31st May. Their website would not let me click on delivery options but it stated on their website next day delivery.as I ordered this on the Wednesday around 20.30 I knew my item would not come next day, so I presumed it would come on the Friday. Nothing had been delivered by lunchtime so I contacted them by phone to be answered by a very rude customer service lady who said we didn't ask for next day delivery when we ordered this. She then went on to explain that they could deliver the following Tuesday, this was no good to me as I have to work. So we agreed for this to be delivered on the Friday. By about 14.00 my delivery hadn't arrived I phoned again and was told my item would be with me shortly. When the item turned up it was just dumped in my front room, I signed for it and the delivery driver left. I went to open my parcels to find the boxes covered in birds mess, but to top it up the table was brown and the chairs were black (I had ordered a brown set) I phoned that day and was told that they couldn't collect it till the following Tuesday. The lady on the phone was very unsympathetic on the phone and I suggested would they be able to exchange this on Monday and she said they don't deliver in this area on a Monday. At this point I was beginning to get quite frustrated so I told her I wanted a refund for whole set. She agreed to this and said the patio set would be picked up on the Friday and a full refund would be given. They collected this item on 12th June. I did not receive my refund till 27th June that's 15 whole days to refund the money into my account. I think this is appalling service and if anyone ever thinks to buy from this company I seriously would think again. Poor customer service, poor delivery and collection service and worst still awful refund service.

I ordered a 4ft bed with a 4ft mattress only to find when base was built by my son we had 4ft6 base with 4ft mattress after trying to call company only TK be left on hold for 30mins as a time as it never gets answered do not waste your time. I emailed them and finally got an answer stating if you keep 4ft 6 bed as it is built up we will send you same mattress but in 4ft 6 and collect 4ft stay with me it gets worse finally after a week 4ft 6 arrived when we un packed it was the cheapest nastiest mattress I would not even let my dog sleep on it it should have been a memory foam like first one delivered. I then emailed again I had enough by now said I want bed and mattress collected l
Stayed in all day on 23rd December no collection I then sent another email and was told it would be collected Wednesday 28th December I even got a text to say it would be collected between 7am and 12 it got to 19.30pm so decided to send and email stating there bed and frame is now outside and needs to be collected before bin men on Monday I then revicived a message saying if they arrive on 2nd January and bed and mattress have gone I will not receive a refund my son is autistic and has had to sleep on a z bed we have a party new year eve and family over for dinner new year day do I have to dead bed with lights and dance round it like our hand bags they should be ashamed but trust me they do not give a f. Please pass this on do not buy from this company PayPal are sorting for me but I want to make others beware my boy has had to sleep on a z bed and we have had to eat Christmas dinner round a bloody bed and mattress
