No issues with getting my rewards! Can use it for what i want it for. I never shop without checking this site. I only wish that they would cover grocery stores!

The speed of tracking missed cash backs still needs promoting. However, the rates are higher sometimes. And my payment was submitted just now, so I cannot review the payment of BeFrugal.

It seems funny that when it comes to higher cash back, The purchase is not recorded. I complained to befrugal and it will take MONTHS and eventually denied with the same generic reasons being answer to everyone on this site. I would rather use Rakuten and GUARANTEED cash back.

If your order goes into pending investigation than befrugal doesn't do anything even though you made the purchase using their site. They will not do anything to get you your money.

I literally just made $25 for something i was going to buy anyway. Plus I got an extra bonus to have it deposited into my amazon account. That's a win win.

Everything pays up the amount it states. It's great to make money while spending money! This is my second time requesting cash back, hoping it goes as smoothly as first time.

BeFrugal is amazing and I enjoy getting my cashback. I've invited numerous friends and their missing lots of cash back. I won't though. So glad I stumbled on this website.

Payed for all my Christmas with my cash back. - It does take about two weeks to get funds, but it free money you would not have had anyway. I have not complaints at all.

I love BeFrugal, don't hesitate to use them and earn cashback. I've been very happy with them, and love that they have several withdrawal options for your payments. The payouts come very quickly too!

Half of my purchases are not recorded, and then there is nobody to speak to. The response is I didn't click or I have ad blocker, which are both nonsense.

So far, my experience has been positive. I will updat this comment in 2 weeks, to keep track of the cashbacks credited, and of the check sent, Thank you for doing a great job.

I use several cashback sites and have generally had no problems receiving cashback on purchases. With BeFrugal, at least 50% of my orders were never tracked and their customer service drags their "investigations" on for a long time hoping customers forget about the cashback. When you press them on it, they just deny the claim and said you must have done something wrong. Avoid this company! Even if other cashback places have lower rates, there is a much better chance you'll at least get something.

Update after their "response": Typical generic response I've received from their customer service people. What they can never seem to answer is why sites like eBates (and I use several others in addition) don't have nearly as many untracked and/or denied purchases. Their business practice is pretty simple... the answer to why you didn't receive your cash back is always that you did something wrong, something is wrong with your browser, etc. If that is truly the explanation that their tech is way behind because the other cashback sites have a small fraction of the issues BeFrugal does. I had an Expedia purchase that was supposed to have generated $50+ back. It sat being "investigated" by them for an entire year. Believe me, they try to keep every last cent if at all possible. Use other more reputable sites.

I had a number of clicks that did not credit between November and January of this year. After filing multiple cases, having click history, order ID# and valid proof of emails forwarded, they refused to credit me. It was a significant amount - nearly $100. Don't believe their rates - they DON'T pay out. Their website rarely works and I have been disrespected by the staff many times and insulted. Also, IF YOU USE BEFRUGAL, YOU WILL GET CREDIT CARD FRAUD.

I still HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. They owe me over $150 and refuse to payout. AWFUL company. Use SimplyBestCoupons - I've had great luck with them.

For normal purchases, it's very good. For travel, it plays tricks.

The BeFrugal web site says that there is an exception for Travel Cash Back. The exception says to contact BeFrugal if it has taken more than 60 days. I did just that because my hotel stay did not show the cash back, and was told that since it was more than 60 days, it was too late. This is the language on the site:

"All Missing Cash Back Inquiries must be made within 60 days of the purchase date. We are unable to start an investigation with a retailer once 60 days have passed from the order date. Please note that Travel Cash Back can be an exception to this rule. Read more about Travel Cash Back."

When you click the link to read more, it says:

"Within 60 days after the trip was completed, either the original travel record will get updated with the Cash Back amount or a second record will appear in your account reflecting the Cash Back amount. If more than 60 days has passed since the completion of your travel and you do not see a Cash Back credit in your account, please submit a Cash Back Inquiry."

I did just that and they said nothing can be done since more than 60 days. Completely misleading.

They eat up your money and doesn't say thank you or sorry. Be aware. Most trips are not recorded and you don't get your money as promised. Customer service is pathetic and rude.

Love saving money so easily! I have told everyone I know, and we're all saving money now.
I'd rate this the best app to receive money by buying things I would buy anyway!

I LOVE BeFrugal! I used to be a part of rakutan but once i found these guys, i deleted my account. They'd never pay on things they were supposed to & gave me grief always. BE FRUGAL IS SO MUCH MUCH BETTER! I have NEVER had a complaint about them. People that complain obviously don't get the whole gist of cashback sites. Ignore them. THIS IS A DEFINITE 200 STAR RATING!
