I am not sure how or when to apply BeFrugal. Sometimes a tab shows up on my computer when I place an online order & I select it however, I have no idea what to expect. I would love to know how to make the most of this app. Sometimes it isn't very easy. I see I have accumulated some rewards but I am certain there are times I could use it.
More than once I bought items though BeFrugal but never got the rebate. They make it impossible to report it because the date of the purchase isn't on the form you have to use and if the date is not in their system you can't submit the form. Will not waste my time with them in the future.

BeFrugal is very easy to use and have been using it for many years now. Many stores and easy to get your money with gift cards or payment.

Multiple requests are sometimes needed to get cash back registered, THEN--it takes forever to get your money. If your time is worth anything, it's more trouble than it's worth.
Thought it was an annoying waste of time so went to my account to close it and found I had over $225 just waiting to be claimed! Needless to say, not closing it!

I love being rewarded and buying through Befrugal pays, it's fun and rewarding at the same time, plus it gives options for purchases and above all how to use the points earned.

The website is easy to use and participates with most retailers. However sometimes the payouts take too long. Customer service is hit-or-miss. Depends on who responds...
By far the best shop & save app ever! Awesome "deals" section and some of the highest cashback rates! Don't take my word for it, try it for yourself!
I've done quite well with this app. I check many different cashback sites and I would say that at least 90% of the time, Be Frugal offers the highest cashback amount.
Easiest way to earn cash back I have found so far. The funds really build up before you know it.

Why not get money back on the purchase I will make anyway? I have cashed out HomeDepot gift cards and have no issues using them.
I dont understand what is going on. Iunderstand i cant be paid til befrugal is paid but some of this stuff goes way back it doesnt make any sense to me. Ill take April as an example there are dates posted as an estimate for funds to be released. When we get close to the date, very little is distributed and then the remaining dates will be pushed to may. There is no paid date next to any of the entries that have been distributed in the past.thats what makes it more confusing. Then i have a receipt for Enterprise that had been incurred in December. Its marked as Estimate recorded. I am having a problem with emailing that receipt to befrugal. I cant do it under my profile i.e. Befrugal ticket system because there is no option on attaching a scanned item.
They literally refused to help me after giving me the wrong cashback after I told the customer service personnel that my receipt is not copy and pastable. I gave him the exact invoice number and let him know I can only send the receipt as an email attachment because it will not allow me to copy and paste. He refused to help. I will be sticking to rakuten for my cashback. I will never again use BeFrugal. I have attcahed my receipt as proof below; the same receipt they declined.

This is the easiest way to save money with the great deals and get reward so easy so many choices to cash in on, I LOVE BeFrugal!
I love the BeFrugal app. However, I find that there are many online stores that I figured would be associated with BeFrugal that aren't. Some examples are Phillips and Amberjack. However, overall the rewards are much better than with Rakuten so I will give BeFrugal 5 stars!

I love the way you can make money on items that you purchase. Really helps when you're trying to save every way possible, with the prices that have gone way out of reason, BeFrugal is an excellent way to save and so easy to have it deposited, there's just no way you can go wrong.

We understand how time consuming and confusing the process of "Verified" to "Payable" is. BeFrugal is only a cash back portal the connects you to the cash back that is coming directly from the Merchants. The Merchant will only pay out once they approve from their end. Unfortunately, the time frame is just an estimated time frame that is given by the Merchants. It is hard for us to give an exact date with the direct information. Once the Merchant approves of the Verified cash back, the account will update and you would be notified.
When sending the inquiry, you can only include a copy and paste of the order confirmation. We cannot accept attachments or pdfs when it comes to sending your inquiry to the Merchant.
