Super easy to use when you install the add on button. It's been my experience that the percentages are higher than with Rakuten. I also love how you don't have to wait for scheduled payments. Once the funds are available you can transfer them.

I didn't get my cash back and wrote numbers of emails to Todd from befrugal with zero interest to help and I'm all hopeless now. I spent $1,299.99 on camera from Best Buy and I chose befrugal as my cash back which I really regret. I should have gone with Rakuten or Ibotta or other cash back apps. Sent em all the required informations upon request but what did I get? So many lame excuses to feed their customers, no thank you!

A false Website and never pays advice no one wastes his money on this lie and a complaint was filed against him to the competent authorities because he offers fake offers
I active 3 offers by them site to amazon.com but they not accept to send me cashback 50$ and they ignore my all email.

Every time I change the cash back website is because they try to cheat me. When I switch from ebates to befrugal I wish I could have a better experience here. At the first year they really did a good job. I don't need to keep an eye on my cash back but they gave me everything. From the second year, this become worse and worse. For anything I forgot to write a note, they start to cheat. They never cheat on the small amount activities. All the missing ones are $20 at least. I contact them to complaint then they took a long time to respond. Some activity they refuse to reimburse me for the reason either the merchant didn't pay them or it is expired. I don't feel like to use them any more. It's time to find another one

I had to jump through a lot of hoops be fore I could request a payment. Hopefully it is a 1 time thing. I'm new to the site and didn't know what to expect. There are a lot more retailers on their list that I did not expect to see. Surprise! I use quite a few of them. I am looking forward to going through this portal from now on. The issue of it taking a long time to get a payment - It can't be as bad as the mail in rebate sites that take 10 to 12 weeks.

I love to shop, and saving money at the same time is a double-bonus! I am impressed with all the website choices you can purchase from on-line! The links are instantaneous, and easy to use. I love that you have so many options. Something for everybody. I truly like the Amazon and Zenni Optical websites. They also have coupons with additional savings for many of the on-line stores. I can't say enough about this!

I have earned a total of $438.00 using Befrugal. Deals on almost every website. This will be my third time cashing out. I usually get a check mailed to me but now Befrugal have the option to get your money via direct deposit. I love it.

I've struggled over the couple of years with BeFrugal to get all of my rebates paid especially when ordering through Kohls. I've opened various tickets (at least six and some never opened) where the orders have been received but never verified and not paid.

Unfortunately when checking on my payments recently, as they seemed low, I noted additional Kohls shipments never verified nor paid upon (one shipment being close to $270). They quickly responded my inquiry was over 60 days from order date (not received date) so they could not investigate. I find this comical as I have had previous tickets opened where it took them over 60 days to pay me.

I've never had difficulties through other rebate sites having to track rebate status to get paid and where customer service actually resolves issues quickly. It's just not worth the extra percentage point.

Not only does BeFrugal give you cash back for online shopping, they also know any current sales happening and apply those promotional codes when you click on the sale banners! I just save 15% from my Living Social Purchases plus another 20% from the current sales offered!

Always making excuses not to pay out cash back. Including you having other cash back or coupon extensions installed, you browsing other such sites, you clicking on monetized links anywhere online, using an ineligible coupon code, having ad blocking software, using a VPN, etc. The responses are pathetic, especially to say to someone who is tech savvy and has experiences with browsers/other cash back sites. This company sets false expectations and then does not stand by their process. Baffling how anyone would use this -- not worth the extra point or two. Save the frustration and go use something more reputable.

Fantastic and unexpected. I bought a keyboard at the local Guitar Center a month ago and in revisiting BeFrugal discovered that I'd earned almost $28.34. Just submitted a request to have this money forwarded to my checking account and that was approved in seconds. Win win. All smiles.

Customer Service very responsive, much faster resolution and more cashback sites than main competitor. % back usually matches or beats competitors. Even when it doesn't, I still prefer the relative ease of use, better explanation of terms (which is important), and ability to request cashback on demand rather than set dates in the future.

Good % back and easy navigation are good. Gave it 3 stars because of their good performance in the past.
Everything else, that involves cash back tracking, has gone down lately. More than half of orders are not traceable. After filling out their "cashback inquiry", out of 10 times, maybe 1 will be credited. There is the same reply I get every time: "it was denied by the store, another rebate service has been detected". The thing is, I know that only Befrugal is being used, and I would be happy to take a video as proof, but I know it won't make a difference. I'm sure this is a very common issue, but seems like it's not getting fixed. I would rather get less cashback somewhere else, than not get anything at all. Hoping they will fix this soon, but for now, I'll have to slow down using this service.

They usually have the highest cashback and I love that you can request payment when you want it. I've used them for several years now and never had any problems. If a merchant forgets to report, the support ticket process works very well.

Seconded, they were great at first. Member here since 2015. Trouble get started when you get paid. All request informations submitted for verification and finally my account being closed to avoid their confusion. They hold my few hundreds cash back on my completed trip (purchased). Dishonest cachback portal. Don't waste your time. Moved my business to it's rival without any issues.

I have been using befrugal for a couple of years now without issue. I can go into my account at any time and see what cashback is pending. Most of the transactions will show up as pending within 24 hours. Highly Recommend

Write review. I am happy at this moment because my cash back is finally ready. But if you have to resort BF customer service you are screwed. CS SUCKS! If you ask for help... HahHah! Be prepared to sit up, roll over, play dead, dance, sing and have low (no lower) expectations.

Cashback is missing most of the time and you always need to submit an inquiry to ask for your money. With my experience half of inquiries were denied by stores even you did activate BeFrugal while purchasing stuff.

This is one of my top cashback sites. Very generous and always works. I have tried other sites, but found that my clicks had not been recorded, or mysteriously "lost", losing the transaction completely. BeFrugal is solid and reliable. They also have on occasion offered site only coupons that let me save even more.

Very sneaky website! I saw a higher cashback on the website before logging into my account. Once logged in, I noticed they lowered the CB by 2% for all retailers they carry. What kind of pricing tactics is that? It's a cashback website, not cable companies! You don't discriminate existing customers as Comcast would do. I would much prefer Ebates or Mr. Rebates - at least they are honest and treat all accounts equally, old or new.

Bought something from Sears. Saw the verified purchase quickly. Had to wait about 90 days before payment became available, probably due to Sears taking that long to pay BeFrugal. I liked how there was a bonus on top of the cashback if you selected the ebay gift card option.

I just started using BeFrugal, kept forgetting about it because my Ebates button always pops up instead. I've gotten well over $250 total from Ebates so I was leery about BeFrugal. But when I booked a hotel a few months ago, BeFrugal was much higher than Ebates for cash back. I just checked my account & was shocked to find almost $60 in there--I had only used it a few times & the hotel rebate was most of it. I am SOLD! Didn't know how or when my check would come but after logging on, it was simple, just choose your method. So I'll try to remember to check this site whenever I buy something.

A formidable site to earn cashback. It's one of my favorites. The tracking is fast and reliable and I also have coupons at my disposal which I can use along with my cashback. I also love the nice website of BeFrugal. It's very easy to keep track of all my transactions and earnings. Even better, I get a 3% bonus if I choose Amazon Gift Card as payment method. I highly recommend BeFrugal. I've been using it for a long time. As a first timer, you may receive postal card and a phone call to confirm your address. That may have changed but that's what I needed to do to get my first payment. Great cashback site, period.
