Everything was great until they cancelled my account for "fradulent activity.". I wrote and called them several times to find out what the alleged fradulent activity was. Every time the answer was either a simple one sentence phrase: "Your account was deactivated due to fradulent activity" or no response at all. After several attempts to obtain an explanation for the deactivation, I contacted the BBB and went through that process. There was no change in their response. Perhaps, they simply didn't want to pay the pending cashback in my account or perhaps something was wrong with my account. Regardless, they seem to refuse to want to discuss it.

I love saving money! I always check my cash back amounts before shopping and checking out. BeFrugal always has higher percentages than other sites and it is so easy to use!

I've been a member year or so. I always go to Befrugal first before I shop online and most of the time I can find cash back from the site im interested in. It all adds up and it works!

$267 on 4/21; $219 on 3/10; $495 on 2/17; $336 on 1/29, etc, etc, etc. I have been using BeFrugal since 10/2015 with at least one payout to me every month since that time. My largest was $1003 on 6/16 (over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS) and they paid me this because they notified me about incredible sales (which I was unaware of) for designer brand items that I already wanted to buy. Wait, what? Yes, they paid me because they saved me $$ buying stuff I would have bought anyway.

This site has (relatively) high cash back percentages, pays out via PayPal when requested, turn-around time is reasonable, process is easy, really a great site.

This is one of the worst app it takes very long to review your payment and when you create a ticket to know about status it says you had done your payment directly. So we can do cash back.

Stole thousands of my dollars. Once purchases where confirmed they said they are waiting for website to payout. Checked with internals at website they got paid 6 months ago and still refuse to pay.

If you don't like free money, then this app is not for you, seriously. It's easy to use and in addition to cash back, there are some great coupons available. It's a win win!

Better than any other rewards site. I never have issues, its easy to use, and there are tons of sites to choose from. I'll continue to use them for a long time to come.

Great Site. Some stores get lower % back the more people use it which is not cool.
Certain stores I noticed started out at $10.6 months later its $5 a year later its $1 back

You will not get most of your cash back. They will deny that your clicks were valid and blame you. Go to reputable sites, even if BeFrugal seems to have the best deal. Nothing is a terrible deal.

Awesome service! Got my cash back in a decent amount of time and everything worked perfectly. Redeemed it for Amazon cashback which gave me the bonus as well which is even nicer! Couldnt be happier.

Always have had good transactions with this site. All disputes were settled satisfactory. Cash Back percentages are ususally higher than other sites. Very reliable to do business with.

Great cashback rate. Never had problem. Payment vi paypal. One of the best cashback portals around. Referral bonus makes deal sweeter if you have friend who wants to join.

With several other cash back companies these days, BeFrugal cashback rates are higher most of the time. Sometime you do need to read the terms and conditions carefully before using it for cashback.

I work in IT for a 12,000+ employee company and I am constantly having to remove the sneaky BEFRUGAL adware that gets embedded onto the Windows PC. Employees will not be able to open up their Internet Explorer (IE) browser because this stupid dangerous "virus" crashes IE upon initially launching the program. This literally acts like an annoying virus, and should be avoided 100% of the time. If you have to research an application/company such as BEFRUGAL, then odds are its too sketchy to take the risk.

Can't complain about the cashback, but literally every time I try to log in, I get an error message, even if I've just reset my password. Good money, but frustrating process.

Very dishonest! They remove/steal cashback already earned! Many warnings by others! Use the other reputable cashback sites like rakuten, topcashback and honey!

Sign up with them made purchases an newer receive a dime on on my purchases. File clime bu now they ask for all kind of proof it take more time than it worse. Stay the hell away!
