I am not sure how or when to apply BeFrugal. Sometimes a tab shows up on my computer when I place an online order & I select it however, I have no idea what to expect. I would love to know how to make the most of this app. Sometimes it isn't very easy. I see I have accumulated some rewards but I am certain there are times I could use it.
More than once I bought items though BeFrugal but never got the rebate. They make it impossible to report it because the date of the purchase isn't on the form you have to use and if the date is not in their system you can't submit the form. Will not waste my time with them in the future.
I tried to withdraw my referral bonus but didn't get through until I checked after several months. After opeing a case with them, they said I have a duplicate acccount and they didn't want to hornor the referral bonus. I tried to explan and swear that I never have another account but they just decativated my account without lisenting to me. I don't care about the referral bonus but I did earn a lot cash back in the past months and during Black Friday. They didn't even let me withdraw it. These are sort of lying and robbery actions.
I love to shop and this way I can make a little extra cash by doing what I do most days of the week. I shop and I get paid to shop! Thanks so much Be Frugal!
I like it when i get my cash back, it gives me the motivation to keep earning while i shop! So far my cash back earnings have been consisted and on time.

STAY AWAY from using this cashback site. IT IS A SCAM! THEY surely get paid from the online retailer when you use them for a retailer but then they say, oh no, you didn't make a purchase using their correct links when in fact you did!
And then their "File missing cash back" is a joke because they WILL NOT give you the cash back they promised. Or they say you didn't make a purchase in the right category when in fact you did.
The cash back worked good for the first year but now they won't pay anything!

Only had an issue with them once and it was on the part of the vendor. Contacted BeFrugal and they helped me resolve it within a acceptable amount of time and I got my cashback.
It works, Money adds up if you purchase online. I strongly recommend it and besides its free. I love knowing that when I buy something online, I will get something back.

Although sometimes the cashback was missing, after it's easy to submit the problem and almost all are resolved.
Way too many restrictions to earn cash back. There are other sites that are more transparent and don't restrict cash back to the extent that this site does.
What a great way to make money while buying things I need and want. It's a nice bonus to be able to choose a the way to get the money made as well. Thank you!

As a seasoned user of cashback sites, I felt that recent BeFrugal business practices to be questionable and not trending in the right direction. I recently have a pending cashback from Target.com reversed unilaterally because they said cashback is not available for gift card purchases. The only problem with that argument is that Target cashback rate & terms change constantly, yet terms always included fine print about gift card exclusion, except for that first weekend in December 2020. The specific terms of Target cashback during that time are as follow:
"Earn 2% Cash Back on sales up to $500 at Target during the Plus Rate Promotional period. Sales exceeding $500 will earn 2% Cash Back on the first $500 and 0.01% on amounts exceeding $500. Plus Rate promotion expires 06-Dec-2020 11:59 PM ET."
There's no mention about exclusion as usual. And a couple of days after I made the purchase, I saw pending cashback for the purchase in my account, which then got reversed unilaterally by BeFrugal recently. I'd advise users to steer clear of BeFrugal until they improve the business practice of reversing pending cashback unilaterally and not honoring the click-through terms posted on their site.
This site is amazing! I really love it! I would totally recommend it to my friends and family. I love that I can get my cash back on my pay pal account.
So easy to use. I go to a page, it pops up my savings, I buy and then I'm done. Easy to register and simple to use. Love it! Very easy to get paid once direct deposit is set.
