“TERRIBLE REPRENHENSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- WORST INSURANCE COMPANY”

I am not even a client of theirs and they caused me so much stress in my day that I actually cried because I have never in my life received such bad service, not just with insurance but with any customer service reps i have ever spoken to. The reps are extremely rude, they don't speak english. They gave me a price and when i went back to get that price they had changed it completely even though I had offered proof of what they had asked for. If youre wise, keep away from this insurance. I boycott this insurance!
