Extremely disappointed. I have been a repeat customer of sherries berries for years and this experience was Absolutely horrible Berries were melted flowers or wilted.
Not expecting this reaction from my wife, it's the thought that counts honey. I was expecting more like oh my God love the fresh tulips and the delicious strawberries you made my Mother's Day.

GA Everyone,
I hope you all are well!
Can't figure out why Shari's Berries charges twice for delivery.
Used Edible Arrangements instead.
They may need to enter into a shipping contact with a reputable (local) carriers to reduce cost to the consumer.
Paying twice for the same delivery was not an attractive option.
All the best!

I received these as a gift. I was very disappointed. They looked nothing like in all their advertisements. No pretty green tops, not as large and some of the candy was cracked and broken. I complained to the company and they sent me another box, just as bad as the first. I only gave them two stars because the taste was ok, but honestly I could have done better making them myself for a much cheaper price.

I progressed through my order process and got to the "Confirm your order" portion of the order. I pressed confirm and a window popped up stating " one of the addresses you entered is incorrect. Please check and try again" or words to that effect. After checking my information again I once again hit the confirm button. Same thing. After five tries, I called the number provided. When I finally got a person to talk to, I could not understand much of what she said. The phone she was using was of poor quality and although I am adapt at understanding most accents, this one was very hard to get. Seems like another case of outsourcing American jobs to the lowest bidder overseas. I finally cancelled my order! What a poor business decision this company has made.

I wanted to send my parents some chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine!'s Day, Shari's Berries never delivered the product and promised to refund my money ($81.05). They never provided a refund! Don't waste your money or time! I don't know how they get away with this? This should be zero stars. Wish I would've read the reviews prior to wasting my money!

I ordered the mother's day set of flowers and strawberries. I paid 90$ when all was said and done and when they got here I couldn't have been more pissed off. They came In a box first off, I thought they would do their own deliveries like edible arrangements to keep the flowers fresh, who sends someone flowers they have to arrange themselves? Then There's the actual flowers. They were wilted and looked nothing like the picture, one was broken in half thanks to being on the ups truck since 10 this morning and I received them at 4pm. The strawberries were mostly ok but they threw in a tiny one because they're cheap. Over all not satisfied and will definitely not be using them again.

Berries look nothing like the sales pics. Berries were tiny and rotted. Chocolate was very poor quality. It was a sloppy mess that appeared as if a child had ripped off all the tops, thrown the tiny berries in some chocolate, then thrown it in the box. They didn't even look like strawberries. I bought these as a gift, instead I threw them in the trash. No one in my home liked them. What a huge waste of money. It's sad when a company takes advantage of innocent customers. I feel as if my hard earned money were stolen from me. I would have given a MINUS number if that had been possible. Avoid this scam!

Received beautiful chocolate covered strawberries, but that's where it ends. The berries were not ripe, they were fully covered in chocolate so did not see the stems and leaves left on berries. Not a pleasant experience biting into a hard stem. Very disappointed in this company. And by the looks of these reviews, so is everyone else. Will not recommend this company to anyone, I will discourage it. Wish I could post picture. Oh well, one less customer here.

I got these on the day promised. They were a birthday gift from my brother. They were fresh and delicious. I had to place one berry on a bowl and cut it in half. Still a mouthful! Keep refrigerated, eat fast. READ pamphlet!

I ordered strawberries for Valentines day. Partial order showed up.
When I contacted customer service, 3 times via phone and 2 times via E-Mail. All they are willing to do is refund shipping? What about the stuff they never shipped.
Forget about talking to customer service can't understand them and they just keep apologizing for their lack of ability to do anything. There is a reason they don't have a feedback section on their website, they would go out of business

This review is more about customer service than the website. I received an email from the recipient of an order I sent for her anniversary. She had the courage to tell me that the berries smelled bad and appeared to be rotten. I've never had this experience with Shari's Berries before. When I called for a resolution, Sam was exceptionally helpful. I hope this was a one-time disappointment as far as the product, but my first cust. Serv. Experience with them was a good one.

I placed an order over a month in advanced for Valentine's Day. My order was paid for and confirmed. On the day of the delivery, I check the tracking and it has not shipped. I contact Shari's Berries. I ended up on a 2 hour long chat where they couldn't replace the item. Were only able to offer a downgraded item for shipping maybe the next day. We'll see if it arrives. They would not refund the difference because the prices of the item I ordered had gone up in price since that time. So in their eyes I was actually getting more because the downgraded item costs more now then it did when I ordered in advance. Most likely the prices increase as we got to Valentine's Day. So I am out of luck without my order on v day. A downgraded item is coming. It took me hours to get even that. The customer service was awful and didn't know what I wanted or how to help through out the discussion. Terrible all around!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this company’s service.

They don't deserve a 1 star but that's the lowest, I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend a week ahead of her special day. On the day of the supposed delivery I call to see what's the status as she had already received her promotion and they said the order had a hold because I needed to give a credit card, well I paid using pay pal and NO ONE informed me. They did offer to deliver at another date. Really? They lost a potential customer!

Ordered several hundred dollars worth of berries.
They missed the delivery date.
Claimed they could not provide a refund because the order was being "processed" even though they missed the delivery day.
When contacting them you get a call center on the other side of the globe who literally asked me "what time is it there?". Time of day was irrelevant because they were more than 24 hours late and the event had past.
Still waiting for them to provide a refund.
Avoid this company.

I have ordered from Shari's berries several times. We sent two orders for Mother's Day but my husband ordered for me secretly. We did not get the order at all and no confirmation of the transaction but Shari's Berries did pull the money from our account, $50. We called the customer service line and had an absolutely terrible encounter! Short version, no refund because we have no order number. My husband got no email or notification at all. After going around with the phone person we asked for a supervisor. We were given the run around there as well. Finally got a supervisor but by then we had called our bank and had the transaction cancelled. They became less hospitable when I let her know that we had resolved the issue through our bank and would no longer need their help. Both ladies we talked to were impatient and rude. I would say to my great disappointment that Shari's Berries is about the money and not customer service. Obviously will NEVER EVER order from them again.

I purchased a chocolate cake for my mothers birthday. It arrived smashed and the whole top melted it looked like someone sat on it. I contact the company the lady I spoke to was very nice and sent another cake free of charge and assured me that it would arrive in great shape and even updated shipping to arrive sooner. I figured they made a mistake this next one would be ok. My mother received it today smashed again. This was very embarrassing and I will never use this company or refer them to anyone ever. There are much better companies out there.

No Valentine's Day for our family. Paid for morning delivery and guaranteed Feb. 14 delivery to my spouse and now I have been informed they will be delivered on Feb. 15. It's a shame because they are being advertised on the radio (which is not deserving) and honestly the first time I received these the strawberries were very good. Will never order from them again and will inform others to not waste their time.

I purchased roughly 7 dozen berries this holiday season to send to my clients. Everyone loved them! They arrived on time and in perfect condition. There were no bad berries. I will definitely order from them again.

My husband wanted to surprise me, well the berries were either not ripe or rotten. Yes rotten. Like most families we can't afford to waste money so the almost $70 he spent on them is making me sick since they went in the trash. We will never order these ever again. It feels like false advertisement. My order looked nothing like what they promise/promote. My kids litterly spit them out they were so awful.

I just ordered half dozen strawberries for Mother's Day for "24.99" and the total came out to 54 dollars! They made no mention of these other large fees they tacked on until after I already ordered it!

I wrote customer service about my order being left under the porch. This was not found until looking and over 24 hours later the box was found under the stairs and this was the response from the CS line. 5 years of ordering and I will not order again.
Thank you for contacting us regarding your order delivery. All ProFlowers shipments automatically have a "signature release," which means that the shipper can drop off the package without requiring a signature. In most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no answer, will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.

This is the first and only time I will ever order from this company. First of all, they delivered Father's Day strawberries 4 days early on Wednesday. This was bad enough, but I thought, okay maybe we'll make this an early Father's Day surprise. But the worst was yet to come. When I opened the box, the strawberries were all crushed, melted and disgusting. I mean DISGUSTING! You could even see underneath the chocolate that the strawberries had turned mushy and pink. The packaging had insulation but just a small cold pack thrown in that was completely melted. Listen, I order packages from Blue Apron off and on and they know how to deliver and pack a box. Everything comes fresh including beautiful, crisp produce. Shari's Berries is nothing like this. It's a joke. They should take a lesson from others who know how to ship. Oh, maybe that's it. They spend so much on marketing that they don't have anything left for packaging. Don't waste your money on this junk.

Delivery was a day late strawberries were mushy and chocolate looked like it melted a bit.We did eat berries they tasted good just didn't look as good as the pictures also the weather was bad so that was the reason for late delivery would I buy again maybe but I think I'll stick to local shops in area. Disappointed for the money you spent

I am (was) a long time customer of Shari's Berries as they were the perfect gift - always packaged well and delicious. However Shari's Berries was bought out by 1-800 Flowers. I just received Shari's Berries from my kids for Mother's Day and was so disappointed! The chocolate was melted and a few berries were so small that they rolled around so much they lost their chocolate coating. The ice packet was warm. I am so sad that my Go-To gift just got up and went! I will no longer be ordering Shari's Berries. To the original founder of Shari's Berries... Well done. You will be sorely missed.

My husband ordered these for me on Mother's Day. I loved them so much I got myself some. I ordered on Tuesday and got them on Thursday. They were in great shape and taste amazing. I ate too many to do a review by video but I definitely will next time I order. I've seen terrible reviews but I have to say that I absolutely love these berries. They could be cheaper though. Just saying :)
