Over six years ago I used my email address to order for a friend- her aging mother received a terrible mess of overripe, sour and smelly covered strawberries. Yes, I complained. I still receive junk emails saying 'hey Donna' to my friend... one of the companies they sold/passed on my email address to is Retail Outlet. Like herpes, the gift that keeps on giving.

My girlfriend always ask for Shari's Berries. So I bought her and 12 roses and 12 berries. When the package arrive she open the box of strawberries and the chocolate walls all over the place. It broke away from the strawberries. Secondly my girl didnt like the flowers she said the was ugly and took the roses to the steam... Also somehow on the website i order 2 sets but only one receipt came to my email so when I looked at the invoice I was charged twice. They gave me a refund but both product was bad. Bed experience don't think I would ever order from them again

THE worst online shopping experience I've had. They expected me to pay for a bunch of hidden fees. They offered a 20% discount and I used it. My price was supposed to be around $25 or so and when I went to confirm my order I saw they added a shipping and delivery guarantee fee. Which brought my overall price to over $50. I felt very mislead and I will not be purchasing anything from this company again. Very displeased with my experience and I would not recommend this company to any friends or family... maybe an enemy.

It took me 45 minutes to order a dozen of strawberries over the phone last night because the lady could not speak English! I told her several times that I could not understand her and asked for a Supervisor but she refused to transfer me stating that the Supervisor was busy and she could handle my call. Yea right! Total waste of my time but finally got the order through. She told me I would get a confirmation email last night but I still have not received it so called Customer Service today who told me that they sent it several times. Hmm, very suspicious, especially when she would not give me my confirmation number but demanded that I give her my credit card number AGAIN! Wth kind of business is this? Don't waste your time ordering from these people!

Worst company, should be out of business. I sent berries for a bday and it was NOTHING like the picture they advertised. If you want to contact them, there is no email available, and the chat starts with a robot and connects you with a person, but no one comes on. The quality is really bad.

Absolutely disgusted my order never went though in than they charged me twice in than out holding my money both charges that never went though. Basically laughed at me in the phone worst Experience ever. Unbelievably shocked to see when my mother opened a dozen chocolate covered strawberries that were supposed. Nice silly arranged to find out they were all cracked and rotten. And for what they charge $79 delivered. Do yourself a favor find a local place do not order from this company horrible

I as m not pleased with this company, I have had a problem the last three times I used them. Never had my gifts delivered on time. They took more money out of my account than my gift cost and then told me I could not talk to a supervisor and I would have to wait until someone calls me back from the service dept. I am still waiting. I will never use them again.

I tried to order a sympathy fruit basket online with a Cherry Moon Farms coupon and
They would not honor it. They tried to pull a "Bait and Switch" tactic which is illegal! They wanted to give a $20 discount instead of a $40 discount! I was on the phone for 1 hr with sales representative and and a manager!
The shipping fees are extremely pricey at 16.99-19.99. Waste of an hour! Steer Clear!

Idiots work here! Placed a mother's day order, and a quite pricey one at that (last time)... only to be called multiple times about an "issue" with my order, but they're too busy to answer. Chat function is a joke with an obviously offshore cust svc person. Customer service is an absolute JOKE!

I ordered 1/2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my daughters-in-law for Mother's day, and my husband ordered the same for me as he was out of town. So my family spent about $150 on 18 strawberries that, by the time you get them, the strawberries look great, but have a fermented taste to them. If you want to give them, use someone who is in town and can do them fresh, or do them yourself! Save $150!

I kept hearing about Shari's Berries on the radio and other places and thought okay i will try them out. 1st they did not honor my product code for double berries "thought what the hell- order them anyway". So i ordered 6 "Gourmet" berries for Valentines day.
They arrived and were so small, and looked like i could have made them from the local grocery chain. Def not worth the 20$ plus tax. I advise get some from the grocery store.

I received for my birthday, the strawberries, truffles, and cheesecake bites. They were gorgeous when I opened the box, but had a weird smell. I thought maybe one of the berries had spoiled. I picked one from the box and after biting into it was overwhelmed by a nail Polish remover smell. The chocolate is delicious but the berries are inedible. I tried another and as I nibbled at it all I could wonder us if I was eating a cancer causing berry! I threw the berries out. Now I'm left lying to my best friend so that I don't hurt her feelings, and hoping that she never sends me Sherry's berries again.

Placed two orders on Monday for delivery on Friday. One order was delivered, the other was not. Customer service representative refused to overnight ship my missing order and also refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor for a better resolution. First and last time I will ever order from here.

I am completely disappointed and frankly embarrassed by the sad product that I received. I have had the opportunity to enjoy your strawberries several times in the past and they have always been large, succulent, and delicious. It was for that reason that I ordered a dozen for my mother. I could not stop bragging about how good they are, and how much she was going to enjoy them. Needless to say, she was excited.
When we opened the box to find small to average size strawberries my first reaction was to apologize to my mom for getting her hopes up. She was still excited, as they still looked appetizing. Then she bit into one and it was still green... GREEN?!?! What's that say about your feelings toward your customers? Do you fully expect to completely disappoint and yet retain return customers?
Anyway, thanks for allowing me to pay top dollar for a mediocre, at best, product.

My husband has ordered me chocolate covered strawberries from Shari's Berries for several years now to be delivered on my birthday. This year, I was disappointed when I didn't get them! My husband had ordered them, and they were scheduled to be delivered, but instead spent a few extra days on a delivery truck in a snow storm. When my berries finally arrived, the quality was not at all what I had come to expect from Shari's Berries. I contacted them and explained what had happened. I not only got an apology, I was also offered replacement berries at no cost to me, to be delivered on a date of my choosing. Today, my fresh berries arrived and are of the spectacular quality that I know and love from Shari's Berries. Thank you so much for continuing to make my birthday extra special, and having exceptional customer service to go far above and beyond that of most companies today.

Get an email was shipped the day it was to be delivered and will arrive Thursday! Well I called you know the calls are outsourced - they explained since this was a special holiday. Orders may be delivered on the day listed.

Wow - I'm at a loss for words. I just received a box of Shari's Berries and was shocked at how bad this product was. The packaging itself was adorable, but when I opened the box, it was full of condensation and the actual strawberries were soft and mushy under the chocolate - they tasted very tangy; a sign that they were about to turn bad! I love strawberry dipped strawberries, but have never had nasty ones like this! I don't want to be rude to the person who shipped them to me, but they honestly should get a refund since I had to throw the product out after trying to 3 berries only to find they were all the same way. Save your money and buy something else!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I tried to order strawberries and upon checkout it asked if I would like to add flowers to which I selected to add them. It automatically chose a different date for delivery rather that the date I had selected. I immediately noticed on my confirmation and called customer service. They could not help me and gave me a different number to 1800 flowers who could not help me either and then gave me the exact same number I had previously called. I went around calling and speaking with 5 different people all who where of no help. They order never got changed. I would have even settled for someone to cancel it all together but no one was able to do that either. I am disgusted with how they handle customers. I would never order from them again personally nor would I recommend wasting your own money.

I ordered strawberries for mother's day well in advance. I received a tracking email at the day of the scheduled delivery day notifying that it would not be delivered until the day AFTER mother's day although I paid the shipping and received confirmation before hand. I called the same evening to notify them, was on hold for 30 minutes then the call was disconnected by the agent. Their delivery charge was almost as much as the product. I am still trying to resolve my problem.

I received a box of 6 chocolate covered strawberries and every one of them were rotted. Cakes customers service and the woman wanted to send new ones I say no and to refund the person who purchased them for me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was none available.

I did not know that Shari's Berries was purchased in 2019. You can certainly tell the level of quality has plummeted with the berry products. The berries do not look as depicted on the website. The order did not arrive when scheduled and the customer service was poor, as it took the 7 hours to return my call. Very, very disappointed. I will not purchase from them again.

I have ordered strawberries about 6 times from this company and I have no complaints! They are a little pricey and the shipping is high but if you look at the packaging to get them delivered and cold it's worth it. Love them.

Don't buy shari's berries! They are the biggest rip off! $50 for 12 strawberries after shipping. 2 were medium sized, the rest are tiny. Definitely not worth it. I'm giving them a 2 only because they were an hour early in delivering them.

Chocolate was cracked off the fruit and the fruit was going bad & old, called left message, stayed on hold and no one every came to the phone, and I emailed them with pictures. The sad thing about it is, I could not tell may daughter how bad the order was. I trashed them since they belong in the garage with all the other trash. What waste of my daughters money. Shame on you.
