Huge Rip off! Nothing like the pictures, and the advertising. They are the smallest berry's ever. Also not decorated for Christmas like they said. Also very, very expensive, and then when you check out they tack on $16.00 for shipping. I was so embarrassed I sent these as gifts. Stay as far away from these folks as you can. It is a waste of money, and I can 100% assure you that they will disappoint you.

We received an item as a gift from this company for Christmas, it contained the wrong nutritional information. I attempted to email through the website to request it, "error"... then I emailed and never got a response. I called only to have a very hard time understanding the representative. We received a replacement but still, no nutritional information was included. Due to our health conditions, we must have nutritional information so these went in the trash.

The customer service sucks. You call to find out where you delivery is and given answers that make no sense what so ever. Don't have any idea. Zero clue. On a special day they should know where and when your product is going to get to the destination. No idea. No clue. No managers to talk to. Put on hold numerous times saying the supervisor is on another line. I can see why they are on another line. Don't ruin your special occasion with this company.

I got them as a Mothers Day gift. All the pictures show strawberries with stems and are only partially covered berries. Mine had no stems and were completely covered in chocolate. I guess that was to hide the fact that some were not ripe (white tops) or that some were mushy (old berries). I can get tastier berries at the grocery store and dip them myself and would be a lot cheaper!

Began to make an order, found a few sites that enabled some discounts, and ended up with a total of $80. After entering all of my information, the final screen had me paying a total of $122. Shipping and Taxes tacked on an extra $42. I ended up sending my wife Tiff's Treats and only spent $50. Don't get excited about your total, until you get the to final screen.

I purchased a Groupon for Mothers Day. It was a 40.00 value for 20.00. After checking out My total came out to 86.00. Meaning after the 40.00 credit I still owed 46.00 for a dozen chocolate covered berries. This is outrageous. Even edible arrangements is not this expensive. The lack of thought behind pricing makes me sick. I will NOT spend 86.00 on a berry delivery even if it includes delivery. Unreasonable.

My daughter sent me chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday and the strawberries we're so bitter! I didn't even tell her because I did not want her to feel bad. You would think they would make sure the fruit was "fresh and sweet"... Definitely not worth your $$$$.

Ordered for birthday. Was not delivered as promised. Delivered late in the afternoon the NEXT day! What was so bad-they did not let me know. If i had known, i could have ordered flowers from a local florist. Did not even get an apology or anything! Never again!

I have ordered from Shari's Berries several times... first mistake is when Shari sold out to Proflowers and overseas company to carry her berry company on. Can't understand the customer service people because all calls are directed over seas... paid $$$$ for shipping to have it delivered for my daughter and still has arrived. ITS THE WORSE! Find a USA based company for your next berry purchase because this company is a sunken ship!

My experience with this company was absolutely awful. Do not purchase from them! They will ruin your day!
I paid extra for a delivery on a certain day. The delivery never arrived. I rescheduled for a week later.
The delivery driver was so incompetent they could not follow basic instructions on the building call box to get into the building. The recipient of the gift tried giving the driver instructions and they refused to listen. They later texted the recipient of my gift to call them rude. Very unprofessional.
They finally delivered the next day after they ruined everything. Do not purchase from them. I am telling everyone I know.

I ordered 6 strawberries and I had accidentally chose extra for morning delivery and I called not even 2 minutes after I completed my order and explained that I made a mistake. I was told that I would be reimbursed. I kept checking my bank and no reimbursement, The Customer Service Rep tried to act like they only charged me $34 while I'm looking at my online banking and could clearly see they didn't. Never again.

This place sux! Order placed on Tue 5/8 was billed $20 for delivery and promised Thur. Today is 5/12 and nothing with Mothers Day tomorrow. If you call customer service expect a long wait because as you can see from all the complaints, these guys scammed a lot of ppl! Am not paying my bill and will never order again. Received shipment after lunch. With 3 extra shipping charges (almost $30 more) I was hoping for mid morning arrival before wife left at noon.
Beautifully decorated large strawberries but rather tasteless. Dissatisfied with quality. Wish I could return them

I ordered something off their website to be delivered 2 weeks after. The day of the delivery arrived and I have no updates if the item has even been shipped. I called and emailed and tried to log in to my account and got no information. I keep getting kicked off of being on hold and I can't even access my account. This company is a scam, stay away. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Also delivery charges are $15, steep for any service especially for NO service.

Ordered and paid extra for delivery by noon. Due diligence was used and found the delivery date had been changed. When were they going to notify me? Item arrived day late of course. Instead of 2 dozen red roses, received 1.5 dozen. Strawberries trashed and not appealing at all. Called them, rep trued her best but she had some difficulties understanding my concern. Refund was processed but this is 2 straight years of miscues or ineptitude. Not odering from them again. Lessons learned.

My mother purchased, as she does every year from this company chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. My children eagerly awaited their treats, which never arrived. I get it, busy time. We called the company expecting an apology buy all we received from the manager was that we could place another order. They were rude on the phone and obviously not helpful. You have lost business from my family. Good riddens.

Sharies Berries use to be a great company with great U.S. based customer service. I ordered regularly for birthdays and holidays. No more. Bought out and now they are terrible! Don't ruin your gift by ordering here.

I ordered an Easter package for my grandson. When notification came the delivery address was totally wrong. Called immediately and was told nothing could be done... Will never ever order again... THANX 4 spoiling my surprise

Shari's Berries customer service team is clearly outsourced to a foreign country. I've called twice this week for help in figuring out their confusing gift options, and twice I've gotten reps with strong foreign accents who couldn't help me at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Shipping 2 items from your cart to same address will cost you 2x's as much. Customer services are in India so don't waste your time. I spent over $1,000 in the past 3 months on them and they didn't care... done with them

My sweet working college student thought a nice Valentine treat would be SBerries. My order came promptly on VD. Inside was a disastrous mess of mangled berries in sweaty holders. Obviously not packaged well, these were not what she spent her hard earned money on. I tried several times to call and complain, but the wait times were too long.

The presentation was exceptional but the berries were very Gassy, only ate two and gave up, shoud'nt have to submit over 100 letters to describe my disappointment, i will never order from there again. Don't know how that stay in business.

My husband ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake as well. The poor guy has been waiting all day for them to arrive for me and then at 4:59 he gets an e-mail saying that they weren't sent out for delivery. What a disappointment! This is no way to do business. We should have read the reviews. $87.00 later and they want to send us a $10 gift card... Bull$&@!... Just refund our money so we can use it on a more trusted company... We will never again order from them!

My wife received some chocolate strawberries sent by one of her friends as a gift to celebrate the arrival of our baby daughter. Twice this company sent strawberries that arrived looking like they'd been put in a box and tied to a donkey's backside and dragged around the World three times. Absolutely appalling! The overnight delivery turned out to be 4 days and the ice pack wasn't remotely cold. Take some free advice - do not order anything from this company! How they remain in business is a anyone"s guess (?). If I could give them zero stars I would - SHOCKING! A massive thumbs down! They'll be getting a negative BBB review, too.

Don't trust the website photos. They show an arrangement of beautiful red "hand dipped" strawberries. What was delivered was a box of machine dipped berries with no stems. Ugly and boring. When I inquired, the company rep told me that "The calyxes (green tops) are removed for sanitation reasons", and that "Each berry MAY arrive fully covered in chocolaty goodness". So embarrassed I gave these as a gift. Should have made my own.
