I agree with many other posters here. I have ordered many times before, but I never will again. I sent 2 dozen to my mother for her 84th birthday, and paid the extra to ensure rush delivery to make the day. I got an email on her birthday saying they were delivered (left at door). But at 84, she hardly ever goes out and was home all day, and has a dog that goes crazy whenever someone approaches the door. So it was a LIE. They never even attempted delivery! Avoid this company!

I like the berries and candies and have had no problems with any of my orders. However they charge you shipping for each gift you send even when it's all going to the same address. To me that is not fair. I ordered a dozen strawberries and the candy sampler and had to pay $14.99 each. That came to $29.98 in shipping charges. It makes it too expensive for me to ordered than once or twice a year. I usually order from someone else. From other reviews I wouldn't order on big holiday or occasions like Mothers day as you may not get the best strawberries.

My wife recently made an order for the holidays and they showed up in a chines take out bag on their side. They used to show up in a nice box with a big ice pack to make sure they stayed fresh. The quality of the berries were terrible and we will never be ordering from them again. They must've been sold which is a huge disappointment.

So disappointed in this company. Sent a gift basket to my husband at work for his 50th birthday. I paid $15 extra to guarantee morning delivery. As of 3 PM, it's still had not been delivered. They did refund the money, and said it was on the truck out for delivery. I expressed my concern that all employees leave at five and they said they would just leave it outside but it will be delivered by six. Food left outside? I said. Unacceptable. This is Midwest weather and unacceptable for food to be left out at business facility. I finally had to tell my husband the surprise, and he stayed until 6 o'clock waiting for the package that never arrived.

I ordered Sharis berries for my sisters birthday to be delivered on her birthday. I was told they would be delivered and after multiple calls with customer service where they lied and told me that they had attempted a delivery, when my sister was home all day, they sent me a note and told me that they had reached capacity for the day, and the berries would not be delivered until the following day. Too late and totally disappointed! Not worth their price!

I have ordered from this company numerous times. The berries are delicious and the presentation is up to par. However their punctuality is less than anything I've ever experienced. Every time I have ordered they send on the wrong date. This year I decided to order a month in advance for Valentine's to be certain it arrived on time. A MONTH IN ADVANCE. It never showed up. 200 dollars worth and it never showed. Then tells me it will be another week because it had to be re ordered! Seriously? I'm done with this company. I gave them to many chances and this time they just dropped the ball all together.

Waiting 4 days for my birthday gift from Shari's Berries They lied 3x that "truck is on the way;" 4x that they "rang my [video!] doorbell;" that they "can't cancel it." The people at the call center just pass on the lies and barely intelligible English. I can't remember a worse customer experience. If you want to give a birthday present, try Hickory Farms.

Very disappointed with the flower arrangement my wife received! When a person pays over a $100 for flowers! It should not look like something that came from the dollar store. The vase is double the size of the arrangement, the roses had nothing but the stem and the rose bud. This looked very cheap looking! When you purchase flowers and you pay over $100 for them, you should never have to apologize

I ordered 3 orders for my wife and 2 daughters on valentines day, I got the wrong products and their customer service is a nightmare. My issues were never resolved. I'm just sorry I can't give them a zero. I'm posting what I ordered and what I received...

Ordered two items from their website, was charged extra for Saturday delivery, only one showed up on Saturday. It wasn't my idea to separate this into two shipments, and both were due Saturday. So my gift was viewed as pretty cheap since half of it was missing, and nothing was done proactively to send me notification.
Won't be using them again,

This is a local company, but the shipping costs are a rip off! I ordered 10 days in advance of valentines day and the shipping charges were as much as the berries! I ordered 2 of the $29.99 berry dozen and the shipping was $25. Each order. Thats $50. To send a small package locally... I wont be ordering again... they are taking advantage.

I ordered my wife a flower and strawberries and the card was a handwritten post it note and then it was not cold and to top it off its a darn virus out there and the delivery driver didn't have no gloves on! Edible Arrangements for now on!

I received someone else's order today and they received mine. We are 15 miles apart and in two different towns. Can't reach customer service (except in the Philippines) Two years ago the order was left outside, I have a screened porch, in the rain and the squirrels ate them. This year out in the grass and no number to call the delivery people.
I wouldn't recommend this company,ever.

I ordered a full doz strawberries for my wife for Valentines day. Here I think I'm getting her the very best large plump fancy dipped gourmet strawberries. But what she received were strawberries I could have picked up in the supermarket for $3.50. They were small, not ripe and melting.
Unfortunately for me I should have read the reviews first. I guess they never receive repeat orders they make there money on first time shills like me.
Very sad, I hope the diamond ring I gave my wife mad her happy because the berries didn't sweeten the deal.

I placed three orders with Shari's Berries to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They delivered one of the three on Valentine's Day and felt a refund of $10 when shipping cost was $25 and the gifts $20-$30. So on top of poor service they feel all they owe is $10. Don't order from Shari"s Berries you will be disappointed and your loved ones will believe you didn't care about them.

I orderd a dozen berries but when we opened the box there were only 11. I spent over an hour on hold on their customer service line and after 65 minutes when the lady answered all she said was OH! And hung up.

My daughter surprised me by ordering the Mother's Day Dipped Strawberries. They are absolutely delicious and I am so enjoying them! I do have a deep concern, and it is about the delivery. I am a hospital worker who is in contact with Covid patients on a daily basis. I wear a mask and protective apparel all day at work. I had just arrived home, (no PPE) and was relaxing in my garage talking with my husband. Garage door was open. A car pulled into my driveway and a person got out and walked halfway up to where we were sitting. She took out her cell phone without saying a word and took a photo of us. I asked if I could help her with something and she then returned to her car, retrieved the box of strawberries, walked directly within 2 feet of me and asked me to sign for the box. No mask. No distance. Just glad I had my own pen. After observing Covid precautions every all day, every day, I don't appreciate this kind of disrespect. Deborah, Arlington, TX

I ordered a total of $29.99 in strawberries and cherries. I even chose to have my order shipped two days later to save money on shipping costs. Only AFTER placing my order and getting a confirmation email did I see they charged me $14.99 for shipping plus an additional $3.99 rural fee. I called and canceled immediately and hope my card is refunded in the 5 to 7 days as they said. Huge scam! I figured they were trustworthy after how many times I saw the commercials on TV and heard them on radio.

Ordered from sherries berries 12 strawberries for valentines day for my wife. The were full of condensation. Where were the tops? The entire strawberry was dipped so when my wife took her first bite it was you guessed it a top of the strawberry. 2 out of 12 of the strawberries were no bigger then a 50 cent piece. She bit into a second one after she cut it up and it had a bad taste too but not from the top of the strawberry this time. I complained and I was glad I used paypal for the order. I was able to get my money refunded. This is a waste of money and time. The shipping charge was high too but this is not disclosed until you make the purchase. Below are comparison pic's. Picture 1 is what they advertise picture 2 is what I received...

First off they try to sneak in a so called $4.99 rush charge on top of the already $16.99 charge they charge you for a delivery fees. Now mind you the delivery I was requesting was 3 days out, NOT the next day... Secondly when you try to phone their toll free # it is some $#*!ty call center with someone who can barely grasp the English language, and consistently says what's that, I don't understand?" The last time I checked I do have a Doctorate Degree, so I am pretty sure my English is easily understood. VERY disappointed, and even more so that Shari's Berries thinks so little of their customers that I have to speak to a call center most likely in Curry Town India...

Two years a go ordered approx $400 worth 4 out of 5 orders were delivered and the 5th was not delivered. Contacted Sheri's Berries and no response from them. Still no idea where it went 2 yrs ago. Again this year one is missing. WOW They sure do know how to take your money and not let you know what happened to the missing orders or where they went!

Failed to deliver Mother's Day order. Was supposed to be delivered on 5/13/2017. Live faraway and Mom is homebound. Called the company and spoke with Shane and he said order would be delayed 3 days. Told him to cancel order immediately and asked for a cancellation #. Said I would get an e-mail of the cancellation within 15 minutes. Now next day and still haven't received confirmation of the cancellation and have sent them 3 e-mails. After searching through my e-mail, realized that they sent a notice from a different e-mail, not Shari's Berries, after business hours that my delivery would be delayed another 3 days. I will not do business with this company again. Very poor customer service.

I have had Shari's Berries for Valentine's Day; however, having them delivered in the summer in the south make for almost melted chocolate. They are shipped from CA and unless you are on the west coast or mid west the chocolate may not be as melted. The freezer pack was partially thawed but it is just too darn hot. Even if the chocolate wasn't melted I was disappointed in the size of at least half of my dozen order. Really only, 4, were "big". And the strawberries were sort of mushy. Many years ago and I do mean many, the quality was better and I would brag about them to co-workers who received their chocolate covered strawberries from Edible Arrangements that were small. Just disappointed in them but I sure ate them all by myself anyway---No sharing! Lol

Shari's Berries are absolutely delicious treats and very well put together. They can be a bit on the pricy side... especially with the cost of shipping. However, when the occasion calls for something special... give em a try. I always search the internet for coupons to help buffer the cost and I'm never disappointed.

Service is terrible - and when they charge 14.99 for standard delivery plus a 3.99 local handling fee, you would think you would at least be able to track the delivery. Unfortunately, the site was useless and the notification emails never came. NEVER AGAIN. You absolutely do not get what you pay for.
