The strawberries were no better than I could get at my local Nebraska Walmart. I was expecting huge, sweet California berries. The chocolate was just ok. It was difficult to eat together due to chocolate cracking and falling off the berry. I ordered the cherries and that was even worse. I could of bought a store bought bottle of maraschino cherries and dipped them in Hershey's syrup. Anyways way overpriced for the quality. Never again

I have been using this company for years. Had chocolate berries delivered to a client.
Client took them directly from delivery person into her house. Opened to find, ice packs melter, chocolate everywhere melted. I called the company and they said they will give me 1/2 of our money back and a $20.00 voucher. I dont need the voucher, won't be using them again after many years. Client threw product away. A waste of money.

After writing my first review about the dipped strawberries being small and under ripe, I was contacted by them and issued a full refund. I was pleased. I hope they corrected the problem with the berries. They were very large and lovely and sweet in past orders.

I ordered the dozen Rose's with six dipped strawberries since last week. I paid the guaranteed service etc etc... the only thing that arrived to my wife were the strawberries. Rose's never made it. I am extremely disappointed. What kind of company is this? NEVER AGAIN will I do business with them.

The chocolate covered strawberries were really small and way too pricey. I feel bad my husband wasted his money on them. I honestly didn't care for them. My local grocery store had them for Valentines Day and they were twice as big and half the price and they tasted so much fresher!

While ordering it showed one price for delivery after provided credit card the delivery charge was changed and also I have an additional charge for priority which I never requested was included. I contacted the company and their response was that it cost them a lot of money to do this delivery

$20 for 6 strawberries? Seriously?! And then $15 more for shipping! AND THEN they tried to charge me $5 more because I live in a warm state (Arizona). SCREW THAT! A complete rip off and a sham. I cancelled my order and made the strawberries my damn self. Absolutely appalled. Disgusting business

Placed an order a week and a half before my mom's birthday. Put that they were going to a school. They arrived after she left for the day even after I called several time to remind them it was a school and the day would end at 3:00. She actually got them the next day and they were small and no better than what you can get at a grocery store. When I called to complain, they offered to send another dozen which never arrived. Never again. Very unhappy!

Shari's Berries used to advertise that their strawberries were the size of your fist, and while that may have been a bit of a stretch, they were VERY large. My last last two orders have been average at best with the chocolate falling off. They definitely aren't what they used to be and as a result I will likely not be purchasing them any longer as my local grocery store has the same or better for a fraction of the price.

I ordered some strawberries for my mother-in-laws birthday which were never delivered. I called and they said I cancelled the order which was not the case. I received an email with a confirmation order but somehow they cancelled the order after I received then email. Completely ruined our surprise for her birthday. So disappointed and customer service was unhelpful. Basically just said sorry. Will never use this company again and will certainly tell family and friends that they cannot trust this company.

I order 2 different orders, one was received one was not. Online there was a form asking for my satisfaction regarding shipping, I filled that out no response. Two days later, I filled out another online form, there was no response from Shari's Berries for either of those. Last I called customer service, their customer service is outsourced to India (I believe) and it was difficult to understand anything the representative said. She asked if I wanted to have it delivered again, or a refund. I wanted it delivered again, so she said it would be the next day. Unfortunately that was not going to work for the recipient and I asked for the following day, and she said that would cost me an extra $10. I said no deal give me a refund which they did. But I need to find another company to work with, Shari's Berries is too difficult.

Ordered the day before Mother's Day, 6 strawberries for 19.99, used pay pal for payment, showed me my order with shipment addresses, no total! Mom lives in another state, is lonely and depressed, would have been a nice pick me up! Order did not show shipping price is 14.99 and guaranteed next day delivery charge of 19.99! Instead a survey add popped up and when I chose to not take it a new screen poped up with the survey and my order finalization screen disappeared. Order was confirmed and email sent showing me a total of $55! I called immediately and got a foreign person who would not cancel the order!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! I spent my whole day trying to get this cancelled and I finally did BUT... I have a hold of $55 in my account for 28 days, what! 28 days BS

I had bought a Groupon for some berries. My balance should have been $9 plus reasonable shipping costs. Shipping was $17! Seems as though this business is trying to re-coup Groupon costs by passing them along to customers in the form of ridiculous shipping costs. This approach is dishonest at best. Please buyer beware! Had I read the google reviews I would have not been hornswoggled.

I ordered Valentines Day Gifts for 5 different locations 3 wks before today (Valentines Day) paid a fortune to guaranteed they were received at the latest by today. Only 1 out of the 5 orders were received and the other 4 still have not been sent! I have spent 2 days concerned because I had only been emailed 1 tracking number and when I called and they reassured me that they did ship and that they would be received. Now it is almost 3:00 in the afternoon on Valentines Day and I have spent an hr trying to get through to them only to hear that they will be there tomorrow at the latest. After finally receiving tracking #'s UPS just informed me that the tickets were made but the packages were not ready for pick up. Stay away from a company who is out for the money not for holding true to their advertising and promises!

After spending 30 plus minutes picking out the perfect gift for my mom, I chose a half dozen strawberries with a dozen cheesecake bites. I was thinking $38 for all of that was great! I didn't mind paying the extra $5 shipping fee bc it was Mother's Day. Only it wasn't specified the $5 shipping fee was added on to the $16.99 standard shipping fee and the $4.99 rural fee. It didn't show me any of that until AFTER i checked out! Called immediately to cancel!
Now I understand that businesses like this go through a lot to deliver and they deliver themselves. So I really don't mind paying a little extra on shipping. But my "on sale" price of $38 really adding up to $65 is a bit ridiculous. You can keep your dang strawberries!

Last Valentines Day I was excited to receive a box of Shari's Beries at my door. But when I opened it their was a lame "romantic" note was from Joe. Problem... my husband is Mark! A little pissed, my husband called to complain that they didn't send his note (it was Valentines Day after all). Several weeks later they did what they said and sent his message COD! Yes, I would have to pay almost $6 to read the note Shari's Berries failed to send with the order he already paid for.

Using this company is the worst possible idea for a gift for someone. You will select the date you would like your order to be delivered and they will not receive the package that day. If the intended person is not home, they will not deliver it to a neighbor unless they have an exact address number. Upon delivery, they don't even take the time to call the recipient to see if they are home. Also, if they are unable to deliver the package, they don't even give you an explanation as to why. I will never use this company ever again it's not worth the frustration and it's overpriced anyway!

It was my first time ordering. The flowers on the website were beautiful! I ordered the flowers and berries on Thursday. My mom received berries and ugly flowers with a broken vase. I am so disappointed. I should have read the reviews prior before ordering. Currently waiting on a full refund.

I ordered strawberries to be delivered to my Mom for Mother's Day. They wouldn't deliver on Saturday because she lives in a rural area. That's fine. Friday is good. Epic fail. I called customer service, got hung up on 3 times. The last customer service rep was having an argument with her husband and had children screaming in the background. My wife and I were double teaming customer service and she made better progress than I did. I will never order from them again and since they are affiliated with FTD and Pro Flowers I will never order from any of them.

Beware of conducting business with Shari's Berries. My first order arrived a day late and was spoiled to which their CS offered only a second order. That second order is now on track to be a day late as well. In my search to find a CS rep that can comprehend the situation I've been told that a 50% refund is the best they can do. Buyer beware.

The strawberries were mushy, old, soft, and tasted awful. The cheesebites smelled like old cheese. I am disappointed in the quality.
I contacted the company through Twitter and Facebook. They responded within minutes. I sent them pictures and an email as instructed. They quickly helped me and now I have a new order on the way. Hopefully the quality is better. I will update this once it arrives.

Received this 12 berries from my wife. ALL the berries were smashed and melting. Even the message note inside was a mess. I would go with Edible Arrangements over this poor excuse of a business. I live in PA. They shouldn't be melting...

To be fair the first time I ordered from Shari's Berries they were beautiful and delicious. So I was confident to order from them a second time for a special event - I ordered cake pops and sea salt caramel chocolate covered Oreos. I'd tell you how they were but they never showed despite an email confirmation saying that they had. I called customer service and got a half hearted apology and a refund. Despite the tasty berries the first time, I'll be taking my dollars elsewhere.

I placed an order on 2/12/19 for my granddaughter who is away at college to brighten her Valentine's Day as she is homesick. I was charged a $24.98 GUARANTEED delivery fee for Valentine's Day on top of the $29.00 charge. She did not receive it. I called on 2/15/19 to file a complaint. The delivery charge was reversed and I was assured she would receive the delivery on 02/15/19, AFTER the holiday. She did not receive it. I called 2/16/19 to complain. They "assured" me it would be delivered on 2/18/19, President's Day, when the college office is closed. At this point the berries will be rotten. They said they could send a "replacement" delivery for 2/19/19. I asked that ALL charges be reversed; they refused. NEVER AGAIN.

I was going to buy flowers and chocolates for my mom this mothers day. I had a 25% off code that they sent me. The cost was originally $64.99 but with the code it went down to $48.99. I was like, that's not too bad of a price. I thought the price of deliver might be $10.00 but nope. They tried to charge me $30.00 in delivery fee's. I tell you what I love my Mom but wouldn't pay nearly $80.00 for flowers and chocolates. Hell if I didn't have the discount it would have been almost $100.00. If my Mom every found out that I paid that much she would beat my@$$. I will go to the local grocery store on Saturday and pick up a nice bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for $25.00. Thank you.
