I bought a HALF A DOZEN strawberries after they advertised it being 19.99. After I hit the submit button for purchase, they charged me 53.00 after shipping and delivery! 50 dollars for 6 little strawberries. Ridiculous! I could have just bought an edibles arrangement for 50 than on 6 little pieces of fruit

I tried to order online. The website didn't seem to be working. So an hour or so later, I called. She told me to "call back later." I asked her what later was. I called another hour later and the person answering could not speak English. I didn't know if my order had been placed or not because the website not sure it was working. The lady could not even understand English at all. I tried to get a supervisor but she wouldn't give me one or even understand what I was saying. Horrible!

I ordered berries for my Dentist office and when they were finally delivered they were hot and molded. I contacted the company they claimed they would give me a refund but after going round and round still NO refund. Will never use them again.

I ordered a valentines bouquet of sharis berries on February 10th to be delivered on the 14th. Although I got a confirmation at 6:30pm at night the recipient didn't receive the item. His number was never called and order was never received! So frustrated $110 wasted. I should have just stuck with edible arrangements. I've called customer service and they give the run arounds and don't talk to customers the correct way neither. Very horrible experience I've had with them, as well as the flower place.

I ordered a Valentines Gift for my husband with a delivery date of 2/11. I paid the extra $14.99 besides the $17.99 to have it delivered before noon. At 12:30, I called him asking if he received anything. The answer no. I called Shari's Berties and spoke to a rep asking where the order was coming from. She spoke very little English and responded the US. Again I asked where in Nj it was originating from. Again she replied the US. Apparently she had no clue! I should have learned my lesson because a year earlier, they had delivered my gift to the wrong address. Having the benefit of the doubt, I ordered this year. My mistake! I had to argue with them for a refund. The my gift, order never made it to my husband. To say the least, as I told the supervisor, this was my last. I learned my lesson and will NEVER order from them again!

I ordered 12 berries from a Groupon I had purchased. Yes, the shipping was a bit pricy (about $19), but the order arrived on time in a very well packed box with a cold pack and insulation. I can see why it was expensive. I had ordered the berries without looking at the reviews and looked at the reviews after. So I was skeptical.
I was pleasantly surprised. I had my husband cut into the berries first to make sure they were good. They were bright red and looked amazing. Yes, they were completely covered in chocolate (including the stem unlike all of the photos on their website), but who cares. I say the more chocolate the better. I though they were very good. I would order again for a special treat.

Ordered a $50 package for dear friends, to be delivered for a strategic special occasion. The package did not arrive by the intended date. I gave it 2 more days. Still no arrival. I called and a man who spoke poor English and with a difficult dialect answered. It took us 30 minutes to dialogue in order for him to understand the problem and how to solve it. He reordered our gift and said it'll be there by May 16th. May 17th, still no package. (Ugh). I called again, a lady answered who spoke a little more English but still a foreign dialect. I get it, these people are just trying to make a living and feed their families. I empathize with that. But c'mon on.
And yes, we're just coming off COVID. Okay.
So I reordered the package a second time. She said it'll be there by May 20th.
Today is May 21st.
I'm "out" 50 bucks because I don't even want to call back again.

I ordered for Mother's Day a dozen Chocolate covered starwberries and 18 mini strawberry cheese cake bites. Not only was the shipping charge because it is hot out ridiculous that it cost more them the order. It was delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day and was only half the order. Called customer service and told me they would deliver the other half on the following Wednesday after Mother's Day. After I said it was unacceptable they said they could deliver on Monday that was the best they could do. Then when the order came on Monday it was still wrong not strawberry covered cheesecake it was plain cheese cake bites. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here.

Called customer service number after first delivery attempt was over a week late. They sent a second order out workout offering a refund. These were also not received on delivery date and were inedible on receipt. I was not offered a refund prior to this shipment and as I wanted my mother to get her strawberries, i did not decline a second attempt. After this second attempt also failed I called customer service and after I was on hold for over 1 hour because I requested a full refund, I was told tjat the wpuls only issue partial refund since there had been a second delivery attempt. They also issued me a $20 credit to use towards my next order but this still did not cover the entire cost. And is useless as I will not be using this company again!
I was told between first and second order someone would call to follow up with me to ensure delivery and they did not.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor to explain this complex situation, they hung up on me.

Placed an order on 2/12 paid "additional" $41.00 in delivery charges to guarantee the order was delivered on Valentine's Day by noon. When I called to track on Feb 14 since it was not delivered by noon, the recording told me it hadn't even shipped yet! I called, on hold 40 minutes only to talk to some person who did not speak clear English AND kept breaking up. He told me to hang up and call back! I called back, on hold again for 23 minutes, go a female who also did not speak clear English AND she kept breaking up. After 15 minutes of frustration, she said she could refund only part of my delivery charges and I said cancel the whole order... she said she couldn't. I asked to speak with a Supervisor who spoke clear English; she put me on hold and after 8 minutes came back on to say they refunded my account! NEVER AGAIN! How this company stays in business is ridiculous!

Ordered online and by the time I got total of the berries I canceled my order. I talk to a person could not speak English very well and she assured me my order was cancelled. On Valentine's Day my girlfriend called and asked me why I sent four boxes of sherries berries. I told her I canceled the order. I then called back at sherries berries and the girl on the line assured me that they would refund my money. To this day I haven't got a refund so I say sherries berries suck

My BFFL Jaybriel grandmother passed I ordered two boxes of strawberries for her and her mother during this horrible time. The box finally came after five days from ordering. (It was suppose to take two days) The strawberries were spoiled and had horrible presentation! Never have I been this embarrassed before in my life. I would not recommend ordering from this company!

Hello all. I ordered 6 strawberries with the intention of paying 24.99 because I received a free shipping order code. However the price ended up being 58.74! Is this a JOKE. I then called to get a refund, which luckily I received, however later found out the only reason I got the refund was because they hadn't delivered the berries yet. This is absurd considering it is Valentine's day, and they charged me $10.00 for guaranteed Valentine's day delivery date. This is a completely disfunctional unorganized business. Reminds me of Fyre festival. These people will be sued.

I received Shari Berries for Christmas and was very disappointed in what was delivered. The Berries were small compared to the pictures and had NO stems. The berries were throw all over the box from shipping and the taste of the one Berrie I tried was awful... Very disappointed. Website looks beautiful but the product not great upon shipping.

Apparently, Shari's Berries and I don't agree on which day Valentine's Day falls on. I say the 14th. They apparently, think it's the 15th. When I complained about their taking $27.98 in delivery charges and not delivering as guaranteed, they asked if I wanted the delivery money back. Duh, yes! What did they think my answer would be? I would never use them again. They had four days to keep their guarantee and they didn't. They sent me an email giving me 30% off my next purchase of $29 or more. Don't think that's going to happen...

I ordered 12 dozen gourmet chocolate coveted strawberries for my dad's 80th birthday. Shipping was delayed for 4 days. The SMELL coming from The unopened box told me right away we had a problem. It took me HOURS to get rid of the horid smell left in my dad's kitchen. Nothjngvsays happy birthday like rotten strawberries! Note to company... perisble items need to arrive within 2 days.

What happened was not Shari's fault. However, the later part is! FedEx didn't deliver the berries. We found them 2 days later in the mailbox. YES, in the mailbox 2 DAYS LATER melted and with ants. Shari's agreed to send another. The people I was sending it to were going to be out that week, so I scheduled delivery for the following week. After much talks with Shari's customer service, they still shipped that week when nobody was there to eat them. No refunds and still no berries. This is the 3rd time dealing with them and that was the last chance they get. Always something wrong with the order. Plus, the price is very hefty for delivery. Choose something else and save yourself the headache!

Don't but these on Groupon! I bought one that was supposed to be a $20 voucher that was worth $40. It wasn't shipped, the voucher was emailed to my Mom where they then charged her $14.99 for regular shipping and $3.99 for rural shipping for her OWN GIFT! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a Mother's Day special for my mother in law. I kept checking to see if it had been delivered and it had not. I called and they said it was scheduled for next weekend and that they had sold out of what I ordered. They could deliver the product Wednesday (4days after Mother's Day) but were sold out of the item I had ordered. They Just took $81 out of my account yesterday and the couldn't provide what I ordered. Ended up having to pay $2.50 more to have something similar delivered. The person I spoke with could barely speak English and was beyond rude. This was my first time ordering from them and it WILL NEVER happen again. Just awful. They are a joke!

I ordered flowers and berry's February 5th for del on valentines day flowers showed up next day the 15th. Next a card enjoy the berry's guess what no berry's. 2 phone calls and hour on the phone i was put on hold multilabel times with them trying to give me 20 percent off next order coupons finally they gave me half off. I spent 30 min on each call put on hold for half that time they were trying to wear me down. Will never order again ever with this company.

Advertisers on radio say the berries are HUGE! Not so. Even below average in size. Prices are outrageous for what you get! I'll get mine from Peterbrooke from now on! For 3 dozen berries@ $250, I'll go local from now on! Lesson learned!

Could not understand them they got the order wrong so we called again to cancel well they messed that up and charged us for a 2nd time so the next day called again and guess what now they have charged us 3 times!
