I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for Mothers Day. They were to be delivered the 9th the day before it is now Mothers Day they are still not here the site says they have been in transit 3 days. I call this morning to see why to be told I would get a call back 3 1/2 hours later they called back I missed the call now I am waiting on another callback. For what I was charged I expected them to be here when I was told will never use this site again nor will I recommend them.

MY SON BUYS THESE EVERY YEAR FOR ME BECAUSE THEY WERE SO GREAT. LAST YEAR AND THIS YEAR ALL I CAN SAY IS "WHAT A RIP OFF!" THEY WERE 7 TINY, TWO LARGE THE REST MEDIUM AND ALL REALLY SOUR. MAYBE HALF RIPE... EVEN THE COATING WAS NOT NICE LIKE IT USE TO BE. I AM GOING TO ASK MY SON NOT TO BUY ANYMORE.

I used to love receiving Shari's Berries. My boyfriend ordered me some this Mothers Day 2019 and I was supposed to receive them on a Friday and didnt get until following Monday. They were disgusting looking, the box was so sticky, the strawberries was molded, mushy and all the chocolate had melted. It smelled so bad, I threw it in the trash. I called customer service and a foreign guy was so rude. Didn't want to replace my order. I will never order here AGAIN and he wont either. YALL HAVE WENT DOWNHILL.

I spent $1,187.61 on a large order of Shari's Berries for various clients. The online order process was terrible, but I went ahead and moved forward with placing the order. No one in customer service speaks good English. You cannot understand a word they are saying. The order came to me partially completed, some items were incorrect, and all nearly all of the individualized messages were incorrect. Also, one of the boxes that was supposed to be filled with 1 dozen strawberries was completely missing a strawberry. There were so many issues with this order, I don't even know where to begin. I tried calling the help number for help/ assistance twice. I asked to be transferred to someone who could speak good English, and the person on the other line would not transfer me. I don't think they understand what my problem is, and their English is so broken and bad that I cannot understand the questions they are asking me.
The product is very good, but the customer service, online order process and order fulfillment is terrible.

I ordered strawberries for my daughter's birthday in March and they were left to rot at FedEx but decided to give them another try and ordered yesterday and was provided with a order number. However I am unable to confirm that the order was placed or will be delivered tomorrow as requested and when I asked for the order to be canceled and a refund provided I was advised the system is down and then agent disconnected chat. Will be reporting them to the BBB.

I made a mistake with the address on my order. It had not been shipped yet and was not due to be shipped for a while yet. I called and explained the situation (I paid over $100 for the $40 product plus delivery charges), and they would not help me. They would give me all the details of my order as I proved it was me who ordered it, but they would not change the address saying that it had already shipped (it hadn't. I confirmed with UPS) and they couldn't change it after it had shipped. I ended up having to intercept the delivery and deliver them myself. I'll give them that they got to the wrong address on time. Plus everything was small and the price was a ripoff.

I spent $103 on my Order. It was a surprise for my husband for Valentine's Day. I placed my Order on Feb 7th. I had no idea there would be a problem. It wasn't until 5:45 pm on Valentine's Day I was notified my Order, my Valentine's Day gift to my husband, would never be delivered. Their solution was to give me a $10 refund and ship them on Feb 15th! I spent $17.99 on regular shipping, $14.99 for morning shipping on VALENTINE'S day and $9.99 for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery. I couldn't get through by phone to customer service and they never responded to my emails to their customer service. Please... don't let give them your business and hard-earned money. They don't deserve it!

I ordered Shari's berries for a Birthday gift for my brother. I inadvertently put the wrong date. I called them back almost immediately to have the date changed! I spoke with one of their representatives who assured me that it was handled.
I received a confirmation from Shari's almost immediately for the correct date and felt secure that it would be delivered on time? NOT!
It never showed up and here I am a day later trying to see if they are delivering another box today?
NOT!
They are now blaming me... telling me that I'd cancelled the order? NOT! I never cancelled this order.
I thought... ok they will send another replacement ASAP to see that the gift arrives? NOT!
They are doing nothing to rectify their error and were looking for me to place another order with
Them? NOT... in fact, never again!?
Don't do business with these folks... they lack integrity! And, in fact, as much as called me a liar when they repeatedly said that "they did not modify the order" and that I had!
Stay away from this one!

Piece of crap service. They completely messed up three consecutive orders! Sending spoiled fruit!, and leaving items out that i requested and paid for. Then got charged 2 times for the same order. They barely speak english and have POOR POOR POOR comprehension. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS CRAPPY $#*! COMPANY AGAIN!

Berries were left at my door for I dont know how long. I was home but Nobody rang the bell. Looks like a wild animal was trying to burrow into the box as it had a hole in it but looks like it didnt get to the berries. The berries tasted bad. I make them at home all the time so I know what fresh berries taste like. These were previously frozen and you are not supposed to freeze chicolate covered strawberries. They had a weird alcohol taste to them. The white chocolate was especially weird tasting. They also make you pay alot more then advertised by charging more for delivery on certain days but dont advertise tgis until you checkout. I was charged more for delivery on a monday and it wasnt a holiday. Why is it more for monday delivery?

I have been a long-time repeat customer of this service, but the Mother's Day order Inplaced with them for my wife arrived late and the fruit was spoiled. Repeated attempts to contact them about the problem have been frustrating. Every call Inhave placed to their customer service number results is a "there is a 60 minute wait" message and a pr9mise to call me back. Only 2 of 10 attempts generated a return call. The firsypt call was from someone on a speaker phone with a squalling baby so I co7ld nor hear her. The second return call was at 5 a.m. Repeated e-mails to their customer service department have resulted in emails assuring me they care and a request I call them with the complaint. The calls go to the standard "one hour wait" line.
The site claims to have a chat option, but it is obviously simply a bot, not a person.
They need to invest in human operators to respond to customer complaints.

I got ready to order the super mini half dollar size trio cheeecakes and 6 strawberries for my fiancé for sweetest day but when I got to ship it, the ship fee went from 16.99 for standard shipping to an additional 9.99 extra for Saturday delivery. (44.99 to $75!) Smh I already knew it was expensive for this package but wow. Plus I read the reviews that says the strawberries werent fresh and the cheesecakes were moldy. Stuck to edible arrangements.

My daughter wanted to surprise me for this Mother's Day, and boy was I surprised. I was surprised to get what was supposed to be chocolate-dipped strawberries, but even more surprised at the quality of the product that was received, the presentation, etc. The package came wet on the inside, and after peeling the string off, the strawberries were very warm, ALL OF THEM broken, and tossed all over the box. The frozen package that it supposed to keep the strawberries warm, was completely melted and hot The berries smelled like they had been sitting too long in the heat and were spoiling... just terrible. You didn't even want to process a full refund... instead, you wanted to charge my daughter again, to resend the order again. I had to throw them all away! You have only one job as a company, and that it to provide the best service possible every day, and ESPECIALLY on special days. You failed miserably! I'm so disappointed in you, because you are always advertising about the services you provide. It's time to revamp, and get a whole new outlook and team, to provide the services you promise. Otherwise, you'll just keep losing great customers, and business and continue to get these terrible but honest reviews!

I ordered a dozen strawberries for Christmas, 2018 and when they arrived ( a day earlier than requested) the strawberries were super small, were of poor quality, and the chocolate was broken off the strawberries so I could not serve them to my guests. This transaction cost me $65.00 and when I complained I received an email that they were sorry and would give me 30% off a future order. What?! You should have refunded me 30% off my FAILED order, not expect me to buy more from you. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS! Save yourself the expense and buy something else to serve. I could have done a better job making them myself.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for mothers day. The package arrived on the day promised, but FedEX did not ring the bell or knock. The perishable package was left out in the heat and was indelible. I called Shari's Berries and I was denied a full refund that I was only eligible for 1/2 of the purchase price plus a $20 voucher for a future purchase. I can guarantee you THERE WILL BE NO FUTURE PURCHASES FROM THEM! I'm extremely disappointed that something that I Iooked forward to being delivered and enjoyed for mother's day was ruined!

I think the orders are rerouted through a 3rd party company for flowers and strawberries. What I received did NOT look like what I received. Strawberries: the way the fruit was dipped was not professional or pleasing to the eye, it was sooo much excessive chocolate that it no longer resembled the shape of a berry. The colors were not the same as pictured and neither was the sprinkles. I ordered 2 dozed, it was packaged nicely but the fruit also had 2 dried out berries, yuck! Flowers: the vas was flawless but the arrangement was NOT the same type of flower indicated on the site and the arrangement didn't include the smaller flowers to fill up the arrangement and offer color variety like what was posted on the site. I'm very disappointed with this experience and will order locally moving forward.

I ordered two items, strawberries and flowers. I got scared when I got 2 emails saying each separate order going to the same location, were both delivered. When I was in the process of a call, one was, but not the other. That scared me. However, upon calling, one was actually still in transit. Upon reading reviews, I got really scared. I spoke to several overseas sounding reps, who were very obliging and helpful. Long story short, both items arrived in good condition and pleased my elderly step mom. Not sure why one was marked delivered when it was not, perhaps it was a short distance away. I was really afraid since I used a different company for Mother's Day, and nothing was delivered. I called my bank and that helps. If you have problems, I advise you to open a dispute. This was a happy ending on all counts and the customer service reps, I spoke to 3 in total, tried their best to help. Hopefully they are on the upswing. I had mind delivered in Hewlett, NY. Hope this helps. I can't provide pictures because she lives in NY and Im in NJ, but if I get the opportunity to submit them, I will at a later date.

They were a day late brought by UPS left at the door even though I was there and I picked them up I opened them immediately they were soft inside meaning most likely the berries was too old when they made them and it took too long to get to me so that only were they poor sized for the price they were mushy and disgusting On the inside plus they cost too much for all of that trouble

You cannot make up how badly this company can screw up an order. I tried to send a Thank You gift to relatives who helped me move an entire household from California to Texas with a Uhaul Truck and Trailer on their Birthday and I wanted to get the Thank You gift to them on the birthday. Working with Sherries Berries on this simple order has been as much work as the entire household move. FIRST they make you pick three different delivery dates if you want to add two upgrades like fruit and candy to your strawberry order. Then they miss delivery on all 3 orders and don't really tell you they missed the delivery. So when you call customer service they won't give refund for missed delivery but they say they will re order. All three orders were delivered to different addresses - the pictures show different houses and driveways, none correct and they don't give actual address. This is a SCAM. AVOID THIS COMPANY

The last time I got berries from this company was 2012. My delivery arrived today and I was excited! That soon ended when i opened the box. No cooling packs at all, so the berries were room temp. The berries were all scattered around in the box. 4 of the 12 berries were no bigger than a quarter. For the $66 my husband paid for this, I could have gone to my local market, bought ingredients, made them myself AND still had $50 to blow. The quality from 2012 to now is ASTRONOMICALLY DIFFERENT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
