Made 1 order for 2 different delivery addresses. My wife's were delivered as contracted. The order for my mother has not shown up yet. Still shows out for delivery by UPS since 10am PDT. This is in a town of 32k, and 19 hours so far in transit "out for delivery". Called customer service and very obvious it's some non U.S. service taking calls. The female at the other end clearly does not have command of the English language and could be understood nor could she understand me. How can they possibly be of ANY customer service.
This is my first and LAST order with this shoddy company. I will definitely not recommended this to anyone and will call and complain to the radio station who carries this company as a advertiser.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

My husband bought me the birthday berries for my birthday. I went to take a bite of one and it was rotten on the inside. I went on thinking maybe it was just one. 6 of them were bad out of the 12.

My husband ordered a dozen roses and Shari's berries combined gift. These did come on Valentine's day but there was no vase in box and it did say it comes with vase and I only received 11 roses!

I placed my order over a month ago & the original delivery date was 5/8. One of your Representatives a week or so before the delivery date called and asked if the order could be delivered on 5/9 and I agreed. The order was never received on 5/9, on 5/10 I waited 3 hours to talk to a representative, who ended up hanging up on me after I gave her all my information and never called back. I waited another 3 hours and a representative said there's nothing he could do to help me & the order will be delivered on Tuesday 5/12 at the latest. After I asked if there was ANYTHING at all that could be delivered - anything in the shop, not even what I ordered- on 5/10 to this rep, his response was no they have other deliveries that take priority. I agreed to the order date being pushed back again to 5/12 since that was my only option. I emailed the company as well as 1800 flowers Both on 5/9 and still no response. Today, 5/12, my order was not delivered still... I waited for over 2 hours on hold where the automated system continued to assure me that my wait time was 60 minutes when I first got on the line since the callback method hasn't worked on your line.
1800-flowers calls me back but said they're unable to help.
At this point, I don't even care about anything but getting my money back. Please issue me a refund and forget about the order. My Mother's Day gift is already ruined. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company and still no one has responded.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL with Shari's Berries. I had placed an order on April 5,2021 with delivery date for May 5th. On May 5th, there was no delivery. I was told by SB's customer service that the delivery would be delayed by one day. Today May 6th - I see they cancelled the original order & put a replacement order in with delivery for May 12th.
So not only did the first order not get delivered as expected, I was given incorrect info about a 1 day delay in delivery. Instead of my mother receiving her Mother's Day gift early (as planned) she will be receiving her gift 4 days late. I was given incorrect information when I called customer service on May 5th & then had to call again on May 6th. Both times my call was answered by individuals with foreign speaking accents & very poor english. When asked where individual was located - I was told that he could not give out that info.
I have been a long term customer of Shari's Berries - but they are certainly not run the same way as in the past so am going to start looking for a different company for any of my future orders
Very disappointed customer

The strawberries are shipped by fedex and they are in a really bad shape and spoiled. Terrible company to work with. Somebody needs to stop them from ripping off the people.

Shari's Berries charged my credit card after I cancelled my order in a timely manner before shipment. I review my purchased and canceled the order IMMEDIATELY! I canceled because the shipping charged was $17+ dollars. Shari's Berries claimed to have sent me an email of the cancellation notice. THE COMPANY LIED. I never received an email. I will dispute the charges with my bank. BUYERS, PLEASE BEWARE! They are liars and cheater in all aspects of list and cheater. Never again! Awful!

Not only were they 2 days late but they look like a 3rd grader made them. And they don't even let you write a review on their site. Shameful and disappointing
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy and save your money please

I recently ordered a birthday gift (chocolate cover strawberries w/Happy Birthday written on them) on 04/29/2020. My friends birthday was 05/04/2020, but they had that date blacked out, so I chose to have them delivered on 05/05/20. I received a confirmation from Shari's Berries stating they were delivered & signed. I called my friend, and she never received them. So I did some calling around (mind you I'm on the phone for almost an hour before someone picked up) I told them my issue, was told they will redelivered them to my friends place of employment. She & I was told they will be delivered either on 05/06/2020, or 05/07/2020 and she still hasn't received them. Also their call center customer service I believe is outsourced to India. They also contacted my friend, recipient to verify her job address, to no avail nothing was delivered, and was told they have no notes on when the first original call was made to her, and I know every thing was verified by me & the recipient. I have issues with Edible Arrangements for using Shari's Berries as a second, or third party vendor. I will not ever suggest Shari's Berries to anyone I know, and hopefully when my friend gets her gift, I'm going to tell her to take a picture of her strawberries, so I can put it online. Worst experience I ever had

Arrived 3 days late, not anywhere near as nice as what's shown on the website.
The wrong first name was on the card envelop.
Frist and last order from Shari's Berries.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 12th birthday, what a joke, it was completely unacceptable. The cake was incredibly small and looked nothing like the photos, the frosting was falling apart, the beautiful photo doesn't even come close to what this horrible cake looked like. Save your money, go to WINCO or FRED MEYER, you will get a much better cake.

The strawberries was very little, I've had these before, berries were much bigger. Very disappointed with my order. Berries was hot on arrival. Chocolate was falling off the berries

Picture this:
You receive a box of chocolate covered strawberries delivered to your house on 2/12 (I'm assuming it will be delivered on time and that the quality will be fine? Remains to be seen. Based on these other reviews that's a brave assumption).
Then, you return to the office on Monday and find that there's a box of chocolate covered strawberries there as well, but they're rotting and clearly several days old.
Is this love? Is it a threat?
Well, this could be your confusing experience if you order from Shari's Berries!
Let's recap:
-Place order on 2/2, to be delivered 2/10
-Order does not arrive on 2/10
-Call that evening, they cancel the order and place a new one to be delivered to to the house, since the recipient works remotely the rest of the week
-The old order is delivered to the office a day late, to sit on the desk unrefrigerated and unopened until Monday, rotting
-Customer service suggests that you, a stranger on the phone, call and ask the office to throw out the package addressed to that person
-Claims the replacement order is still in transit but that yes the recipient now has fruit rotting on his desk until Monday
Happy Valentine's Day! This is why we can't have nice things.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all costs.

Like everyone else on here... I paid $26 to have this shipped on one day for Valentines day... it is STILL OUT for delivery somewhere and never made it there with the GUARANTEED all over their check out summary page and the extra 9.99 to get the "GUARANTEED VALENTINE's DAY DELIVERY" Just like everyone else is saying here... it did not make the guaranteed delivery date.

I placed an order on Feb 6,2019 for Valentine's Day and paid extra for garenteed delivery by 6 pm on Feb 14,2019. Well being the causcious shopper I am I called the company because I was to be sent an email once my order had shipped. I was advised the delivery, which I paid extra for to insure said day delivery, would not arrive until Feb 15,2019. I blew a gasket! These people are the sorriest excuse for a business I have ever incountered. Then to top it all off I was sent an email advising the company was so sorry for the delay in delivering my delequent order and was refunding 10.00 from my 80.00 purchase. Tell this to my poor wife who is the real victim in this whole ordeal. I had to spend another 100.00 locally to keep from haveing to sleep with the dog. I am not done with this company yet. This review is just the beginning. Shop local and please do not waist your time and money with these crooks.

I ordered some tulips, chocolate covered strawberries and little cheesecake for my mother on Mother's Day. They were to be delivered the day before. My mother is 96, so it is unlikely that she will have many more Mother's Days, and gift delivery is how I have to do it since I am five states away.
I got an email stating that the gift had been delivered. My sister took a picture of my mother displaying the tulips and texted it to me. But there was nothing about the food items. I had to ask my mother if she got them. She did not.
I contacted the company, and they did deliver the full gift about a week and a half after the original delivery date.
What made me furious is that had I not asked my mother about the other items, I would never have known what she got - Shari's Berries certainly did not let on that the shipment wasn't complete. Their service recovery was to ship the order again - at no charge to me. What? Don't you mean fulfill the original order. There wasn't anything extra except the wilted tulips.
Oh - they did offer 25% of my next order.
I will never, never order from this company again.

I paid $55.00 for two "HALF DOZEN GOURMET DIPPED SWIZZLED STRAWBERRIES." I did purchase them using a Groupon, but I never expected to receive what I did. The strawberries did not look like any of those I've seen in advertisements. And because I was ordering 2 half dozen, I was charged an additional $14.99 shipping and handling for the second. I've purchased strawberries in the past and I was completely disappointed this time. I will be posting on social media a picture of what I received and how dissatisfied I am with Shari's Berries and the quality. And to top it off, when I called customer service, I was talking to a representative in the Philippines that I could not understand. They told me they would send me a "replacement" half dozen but I would not receive it until six days later. When I complained about paying the second shipping fee and not receiving my order, I was offered an extra half dozen. I would NOT recommend Shari's Berries to anyone at this point.

Please do not order from Shar's Berries for any occasion. I received half of the order and was promised a re-delivery of the order. A different vendor called me and said that my order was delivered and they would not be sending out another order. After explaining it was half of what I purchased, she told me it was a confirmed delivery and would not honor the redelivery. My order was delivered by Grub Hub, the berries were very small compared to orders in the past. I wish I could remember the name of the company that made them instead of Shari's Berries. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS OUTFIT. EVERYTHING IS OUTSOURCED.
Tip for consumers:
The real Shari's Berries went out of business and is carried on by sub-par companies. Customer service is outsourced over seas.

My husband ordered these for me for Valentine's Day. It was a first time order. I was excited and so was my grandson who happened to be at my home when the package arrived. I shared them with my family and we all had the same opinion... YUCK. First of all the strawberries I received looked NOTHING like the advertisement. The berries were not consistent in size. A few were huge and most of the others were quite small. The inside of the box was sticky and flecked with drops of juice making it difficult to open the box and the berries very wet and sticky. I cut one of the berries in half so my 3-year old grandson could eat it more easily. All the chocolate fell off and there was a leaf imbedded in the chocolate. The other berry we divided was green throughout. My berry was rotten and mushy. The chocolate was asterisks and the berries tasted old and rotten. While I appreciated my husband's thoughtfulness I told him to not bother ordering from Shari's Berries again. He agreed and was frustrated that he spent so much money for such a poor product. And he was disappointed that my Valentine's Day gift was not up to his standards of typical gifts for me. Do NOT waste your money. They're going In the trash.

I ordered the Mothers Day dozen assorted roses and 6 fancy strawberries. They came on the day stated. The berries were delicious. The flowers however were not good. A couple were fully bloomed with petals falling off and some had brown spots. The next day they were all wilted. I called Shari's Berries and without any problems she offered to replace my order completely free of charge and said they would arrive the next day. ( Day before Mother's Day) and they did arrive! Today! The flowers are perfect this time and we even received more berries. Which again are DELICIOUS! Isaw all of the bad reviews and I have ordered from here before for my mother in law. We had no issues and she said her berries and candies were delicious. I know the shipping is expensive but most of these types of companies shipping costs are expensive. I guess you pay it or you don't. People don't think about how much would it cost you to buy the supplies to make this yourself, the packaging, the cost to ship the product. All in all it's worth it! It's a nice and delicious surprise for the recipient. Thank You!
