I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted with their service. I ordered a birthday fruit like cake through 1800Flowers for my father's 50th birthday. What was sent looked nothing like the picture. If you are incompetent and talentless just let the customer know so money is not wasted!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Just had a horrible experience with Shari's Berries. My mother only received half the order and what she did get was melted. Paid almost twice the cost of the product in shipping and still didn't get everything. CS was a complete joke and didn't want to do anything about it. There's not enough room to type how bad it was. Wish I would've seen these reviews before we ordered. Will never buy anything from them again. Too bad there's not a 0 star rating

A vendor of ours sent a large box of chocolate covered berries to us as a surprise. It's obviously the dry ice package isn't big enough that they use. The strawberries were stale. WIthin less than 48 hours they all had mode inside them. Talk about gross. Stay away from them.

If there was a way to give only a 1/2 Star rating that is what they would be getting from me. I paid over $42.00 in delivery fees to get the order delivered before noon today (valentines day). I placed the order on Feb. 6th as a Valentines day gift for my wife, How very embarrassed I am now because they failed to deliver. I will never do business with them again.

I ordered 2 dozen strawberries. Expensive but it's that time of year, charged me $30 shipping so I figured they would be really good. Nope, very small and no flavor. Never again I will go to my local grocery store and buy from them. I received some as a gift and they were sweet and huge. And cost alot less. Learned my lesson...

I ordered berries as a holiday treat for my grandparents. These arrived a day late (with it being the holidays and considering the crazy winter weather I was honestly surprised they didn't come later.) Made in Florida, yet for some reason needed to be transported to Indiana (delayed there) before being delivered to South Carolina a day late. That's on FedEx, but frustrating nonetheless. The berries were negligently prepared and looked nothing like how they are advertised. My grandparents sent me a picture and I was so disappointed. And for $80!? No thanks. My three-year-old nephew could have made these, packed them up in his wagon, and walked them the 400+ miles to my grandparents' house and they would have looked better. After much back and forth with customer service (and letting them know I wouldn't hesitate to dispute the charge with my bank) they're issuing me a full refund. Don't take the coupons, people! Demand your money back!

I received a Valentines order from my girlfriend 2 doz. Choc dipped strawberries. Due to the harsh winter storm affecting the DC Metro area my order my have gotten frozen during transit. After a few days the berries did not taste very good. I wrote to Shari's Berries as this was a gift. There service was impeccable... they sent a new shipment which tasted fantastic. This door to door responsibility for customer satisfaction is what's missing in most companies these days. Rick - Arlington VA

Despite having to wait all day on her birthday for the edible arrangement($112), it finally arrived almost at 7pm! Ok, but the fruit basket was warm, the oranges were almost dehydrated the orange rind was literally curled! The melon slices were also dehydrated! How does that even happen? It would have been cheaper, faster and fresher if we had just gone 2 miles over to the real Edible Arrangements store! Never again!

Ordered for Mother's Day gift. Had a guaranteed delivery for Saturday. They didn't arrive till Tuesday evening. They were hot with coating sliding off berries. Some even had mold! Will not ever order from here again!

I never write negative reviews until today. I ordered this product last Wednesday to be sent to both of my moms for MD. I received the email thanking me for my $40 order but then saw there was an added $68.80 in shipping charges! Um. No! So I emailed five times and called once within a few hours to cancel the order. I have received various answers that are untrue or ridiculous. My favorite? "We don't have the technology to refund since you used PayPal." What? PayPal did not respond. Today I called my bank to dispute the charges. They had to cancel my card to do so. Never. Ever. Ever. Again.

If I could give 0 stars I would, my girlfriend who lives in Boston sent me flowers and what was supposed to be chocolate covered strawberries, but they never arrived. She ordered them on Wednesday and they got here Monday at 2pm. I was also home all day but since the delivery driver didn't knock they stayed in the blazing sun for about 2 more hours. Absolutely unacceptable, the strawberries were completely melted, had mold on them, and the box was crawling with ants everywhere. I barely wanted to bring it in but I need you to know how your service is looking out there. Check the picture out.
From a business aspect, you should really make it a mission to stick to your word. "... committed to the highest standards of quality and service" You did quite the opposite and it seems from previous reviews that it's the same story. I was sent a gift to uplift my spirits and then I got your product and service, not the best obviously. Work on it!

Terrible. Berries were way over ripe and inedible. Tulips looked bad and wilted completely in two days. I have been avoiding 1-800 flowers for years due to poor quality on prior orders. I was shocked to find out Sherries is really 1-800 Flowers. But after I found that fact out the poor quality made sense. Refund was eventually given but will not order again. This company has gotten way too big and quality control is completely gone. Even crucial customer support is largely based overseas.

They charged extra fees not selected. Charged my credit card in 2 minutes with confirmation. Requested cancellation in 4 minutes after order and no confirmation will be sent and 7-10 days for credit. They are a joke so don't waste your time. I spent 1 hour or more on phone with them and my credit card company. I should of read reviews before ordering from them. Wanted to do something nice for my 92 year old dad that just lost his wife/my mom. Better off to deliver on your own.

My husband ordered 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries to give me on Valentines Day. He paid extra for them to be delivered before noon as he had a mid day dinner plan for us also. They arrived at 4:30. We contacted the company and they immediately not only refunded the extra shipping fee for delivery before noon but also all the shipping costs. Customer service did a great job. AND, the berries were so good! We will order again from this company as they stepped up and did the right thing which I might add so many companies simply don't. We do business with companies that treat their customers as valued assets. Shari's Berries did that.

After years of using this for Mother's Day this was the last time. They didn't give the shipping to UPS or FedEx, but to some local florist, A Catered Affair. Can you say horrible. Tried to deliver on Friday, but unlike UPS shipping the package is not packed with a cold pack. So, they leave a note. My mother has to go pick it up herself. The florist said they were too busy to deliver.
Can't reach customer service. Put on hold for 3 hours over multiple attempts. They just don't care.
Move on to other vendors

While I did receive my order my husband placed for Valentine's day, what I received was pitiful. The strawberries already started "leaking" juice (the pamphlet said they will do that after 48 hours) and tasted so acidic, not fresh at all. The tulips I received were a joke - blooms no bigger than a quarter each, so small, with broken stems. Highly disappointed. Will NOT order from them again.

Did not even come close to what is pictured online. Varying sizes very small to large. Not drizzled like picture and quality is poor. Some sweet, some not. Packaging was excellent and delivered on time. Adding picture. Won't use this vendor again! For $60 +, I made a huge error in buying. One of my worst purchases ever. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

Husband late ordered delivery night of Feb 13 of luscious cheesecake trio, large fancy swirled strawberries and 2 dozen gourmet truffles to arrive on Valentine's and it was here early by early afternoon. I'm in Love with how good it tastes

My husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries for both myself and my daughter to be delivered on Valentines Day. Today is the 17th and they still haven't arrived. When I called I was told the refund could take 1-28 days. Never again!

Although they were delivered on time this past Valentine's Day the strawberries were no better than those sold in the local grocery store, even worse. They were small and tasted as if they had been frozen since they were very watery and tasteless. To make matters worse two of the four pretzels were broken. Furthermore one cannot email a complaint on their website, no such site! I'll probably call them but expect little sympathy.

I ordered 2 dozen roses and a dozen "Fancy Strawberries" I paid extra for morning delivery. Well the morning has come and gone Shari's Berries has no idea where the order is. I could barely understand the customer service rep so communication was incredibly hard. I will never make the same mistake. I am going to head to the local flower store and have something waiting at home for her. STAY AWAY do not buy anything from this company.

Like everyone else, ordered on 2/3 for delivery on 2/14 and checked Tuesday and Wednesday still said "processing order." Today they change the UPS tracking number which says will be delivered tomorrow 2/15. Called customer service and twice the line dropped, twice is was busy and once the line went silent. Emailed at noon, no reply. Emailed at 5 pm, no reply. I will never use this service again. I've order multiple times before but they don't have the service to full fill orders this year on time

I ordered from Shari's Berries a week in advance but it never reached the recipient. When I called to inquire about it, I was on hold for over thirty mins and finally when I was helped they refused to accommodate me and will now deliver two days later than the actual delivery request date. First of all, they are way too expensive and do not provide good customer service. I will not order from Shari's berries ever again. I'd rather give business to more deserving stores.

I am in a new relationship and wanted to impress this man and his young daughter with a dozen of the gourmet dipped fancy strawberries before my arrival that weekend. Everything was perfect with the order through delivery. When he called to express his gratitude, I asked for a picture and let out gasped at the site of what was supposed to be strawberries. The chocolate edibles did not resemble any type of fruit much less strawberries because the the entire piece had been submerged and no portion of the berry was shown. I was embarrassed to say the least.
I received constant discount emails but have chosen to not order from this company again.

For our fourth anniversary my wife sent an assortment of strawberries to me. First order was not what she ordered so they sent another dozen. We received very small strawberries and four of them had gone bad already. We won't be ordering from them again.
