Paid over 200 dollars for my gift. Sister took pic. The teddy bear was worth $10. Got 5 little lady bug brownies cute but miniature worth maybe $15. A dozen choc strawberries if i buy them here worth $30 and half dozen choc dipped cherries if bought locally $20. This was on 1 order. They charged me for 4 sep orders and then 9.99 per sep order for reg deliv then an addition, 14 dollars for upgraded deliv per order. IT WAS 1 ORDER TO SAME ADDRESS NOT SEPARATE. MISLEADED THE UPGRADED SHIPPING BY SAYING IF YOU UPGRADE ITS 14 FOR SHIPPING NOT 9.99 AND 14. THE PRODUCT TASTED FINE BUT QAY OVERPRICED AND FALSELY REPRESENTED. WONT BE DOING THIS AGAIN. I VOULD HAVE SENT THE 200 TO HER FOR A WONDERFUL GORMET MEAL AT A 5 STAR RESTAURANT

I sent flowers and chocolate covered strawberries on the 20th to my niece for her birthday from Shari's Berries. The flowers were half dead and ice pack was melted so strawberries were melted, mushy and spoiled. The arrangement didn't look anything like what I ordered.

I called and complained - customer service spoke broken English - they sent a replacement for delivery today. Todays shipment had melted ice, the strawberry box was HOT and smelled, and the flowers looked like a $9.99 arrangement you'd pick up at a grocery store - and they were Cemetery dead. Oh the card said "Happy birthday from Howie and Monica".

Had a mini stroke, called to complain again. I could barely understand the Customer service rep. They wanted to send a replacement order - I said no. I said I want a full refund. They said how about 50% and a coupon. Said no again. He processed my refund for $115 and offered a $50 coupon. I told him nope I wouldn't use this service ever again.

He then asked if he could call Kim to apologize. He then called her and asked if she wanted something else. She declined and explained how awful both deliveries were. He then tried to talk to her about my credit. What are they doing talking to the recipient of a delivery about crediting my credit card?!

I actually have used them before and they were great. Not sure what happened but I will never use them again.

Talk about embarrassing!

I dont normally write reviews, but this is so misrepresented I had to tell my experience. The berries are really good. The $60 roses... F****n suck! I coulda got a pack of Skittles and a rose bouquet from 7-11 and have a better bouquet than this crap. The roses are about 1/2 the size of a normal rose. You have to cut them to fit the vase and arrange them. I dont know the first thing about flower arrangement, Im a dude. It defeats the purpose of ordering if I gotta put it together. I wish I could submit a pic of these sad $#*! roses. Its actuslly embarrassing to give them to my wife. Thank goodness she has a good sense of humor. So, the crappy roses were $59.99, standard shipping is $17.99, guaranteed delivery is $4.99 and holy crap, a $3.99 rural area carrier surcharge. W T F? This company is terrible. It cost $86.96 for this gift. I dont mind spending the money, but what I received is not near worth that price. I basically paid $86.96 for 12 chocolate covered strawberries because those roses are a freakin joke. It boils down to this, throw out the roses cause they SUCK. My wife is left with 12 chocolate covered strawberries at $7.25 a copy. And I ate 2 of them, so... At least it arrived on time. Some of these folks didnt even get theirs on time. What a joke. The berries are good though.

Im never one to complain, but when it comes to paying good money for something and not receive what you ordered I have to! My Husband ordered Mother's Day special with nut lover's carmel apples. The wrong order of apples came Saturday which he paid for the whole order to come Saturday they came FedEx and not even nut lover's. My flowers and berries didn't show up unti Monday from ups, the ice packs was melted and they flowers was welted, he had fresh shipped free of charge and the right order of apples sent they came Wednesday from fedex, and it was nut lover's! I call and complained for them to refund his money back which he did get refunded. But I still haven't received the fresh flowers and berries he called and had shipped free of charge the only reason he ordered was the for the Mothers Day special you had going on! Which Im okay with now because his money was refunded. But if someone pays 168 dollars for 3 items and pays to have delivery before Mother's Day, you as an established company should make sure that happens and make sure that customer is happy so they will keep ordering from your company. And trying to send 20% off next order for your apology doesnt work when we wont be ordering from you anymore. You should make your paying customers happy so your don't have to refund money!

I ordered an organic fruit basket to arrive the Monday before Christimas, paid extra for fast delivery and for a Monday delivery. The basket didn't come and repeated calls to the service center couldn't tell me when it would come. The service center is clearly located outside of the country and it was difficult to communicate with them. The basket finally arrived Tuesday evening and the fruit looked terrible, most likely because it had been in frigid weather conditions as it hadn't been delivered on time. This time I communicated by email and they promised to deliver another one on December 23rd. It didn't show up at all! I'm still fighting with them and they send me emails requesting the same information I have provided them with six times before. Every time the email is from a new person and that person does not seem to have access to any of the previous history. I have repeatedly requested contact information for a manager but with no luck. I will never purchase anything from them again. As a point of reference, I am a huge on-line shopper and have never posted a negative review on any site before, that's how bad this has been. If I could have figured out how to give it 0 or negative stars I would have.

I ordered these flowers and supposedly delicious chocolate covered strawberries 15 days before Mother's Day, paid to have them delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day to my moms work, paid for guaranteed delivery and paid for morning delivery guarantee. I called Friday to check on the order and the lady told me they were not scheduled to be delivered until Sunday that there was an issue with their shipper, FedEx. After several minutes on the phone expressing my frustration she guaranteed me they would be delivered Sunday, Mother's Day. She took me through a very long process to redo the order and correct shipping address but when I called today Mother's Day, to my dismay the flowers and strawberries were not set to be delivered until Tuesday. I was so very disappointed with this company, for a company who advertises so much and guarantees satisfaction I could not have been more disappointed with this company. My mother will now not receive flowers and strawberries from this place for Mother's Day nor will I ever do business with this company again!

I orederd 1dozen of full strawberries and cheese cake for mothers day I payed for then to be delivered on mothers and didn't get them till Tuesday. I even played extra for the date.

I tried to order online as we have every year. But now its 800 flowers.com What a mess. COuldn't do it online so I tried finding just "Sharis Berries" It kept coming up with 800flowers, com. I finally was able to get ahold of someone from Sharis on the phone but she couldn't speak good English. It took forever. She would not pass me on to someone who could speak English even though I asked. I made two separate orders. I received one order number for both. One received theirs on time, the other one did not. I called after Christmas and they did not know where it was. But offered to give me a discount on one. Great. Hopefully not all mushy by now or frozen as no one was home today to get them. They were home on the 24th when they were supposed to receive them. I called in again.as an email said it was in transit and to call them. It was the 800flowers AGAIN! And they knew nothing.So I finally got transferred to someone from Sharis. I could NOT get ANYONE who spoke clear English. OH MY WORD! So frustrating. She couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. She kept asking for another order number. Horrible. Unfortunately I am done ordering from this company. They used to be very user friendly. Not anymore. I still don't know if my friends got them today or not.

First the good: I did like the way that the strawberries were covered and didn't have the green tops on them. Very nice presentation for the berries and the cheesecake. Was delivered on time. Spa package was a nice touch.
Now the bad: If my order was the normal for service I will NEVER order from Shari's Berries again and recommend no one else does either. The flowers were not anywhere as full as the ones in the picture. So much so that it made the vase look too big for the flowers. Had to go and buy more flowers at a local florist to fill in the vase. I would of had better flowers if I had of bought the $15 dozen at local grocery store (and I don't like grocery store Roses). The roses also aren't lasting very long. 2 of the strawberries were good, but 4 were not ripe enough so instead of sweet they were more sour. I don't event want to get started on the cheese cake... WAY WAY WAY to much flower as a thickener in the cheesecake, gross. You can get the same quality at a local gas station bakery. Defiantly not what I expected from what should be a reputable company. I wouldn't of paid more than $25 for this whole thing (including shipping) if I had of had a sample and known. WAY over priced. Paid for for $86.95 ($102.94 after shipping). Very unsatisfied. I've ordered from other online flower places and been very satisfied.

I got online to make an order with Shari's Berries (unfortunately 1 800 flowers bought that company in 2019). At checkout it asked if I would like to add flowers to my order.

I went ahead and chose one of their flower options that popped and after payment the confirmation showed the berries to be delivered on Valentine's Day and flowers to be delivered Tuesday 18th (4 days after the berries and Valentines day).

I contacted them immediately by phone. Customer service gave me the run-around and ended up trying to give me a $20 discount in lieu of the flowers being delivered four days later. I told them I did not want the flowers since they were not going to come on Valentine's day but they said they cannot be canceled until Saturday the 15th (the day after V. D.)... Then after emails and more phone calls, they have me a generic excuse saying that the flowers have already shipped (this is on Thursday the 13th).

I asked how they have been shipped if they aren't coming for almost 6 more days and no response. The customer service is awful and they will never get my business again.

I plan on trying to let everyone I know about their horrible deceptive business practices...

Side note... I think their call center is in India because w of the 3 customer service reps had to repeat themselves several times for me to understand what they said. Very frustrating for a company that is located 1 hour from my home and I can't speak to someone local.

Never order from them! Ordered on Monday to be delivered on my mother in laws birthday on Friday! Said they couldn't find address! Ok so they gave me refund and said would be delivered on Saturday... well I called next day bc they still weren't delivered and he said FedEx wouldn't deliver on Saturday... SO WHY DID HE TELL ME THEY WOULD? And I paid for Groupon so they technically couldn't refund me! He said I could use it again well I don't want to use it ever again!

I want to rate your company a -100 stars but it was not listed. I have ordered one other time and had no issue. I ordered today and the site did not apply the discount code that was listed on the site. When I went to put it in, the site jumped to order complete then I couldn't find what I was charged. I called customer service where I encountered a nightmare of frustration with customer service. I had to call back three times. I thought I was unable to hear the rep due to a bad connection, it ended up that the reps broken English was so undecipherable that I guessed at what she might be trying to say. After an hour of comple the frustration with this conversation, the rep got across that the discount could not be applied because it was expired. I told her it was the one from the site. Then she said she would check. She said she couldn't apply the discount because my order shipped. I called almost immediately after I ordered. I am very, highly disappointed with my whole experience.The amount my order came to after the ordeal was 66.00 approx. How is that justifiable for 6 strawberries and two or three tiny cakes... Tell me! This is my very last time ordering from this company. Take me off your mailing list. I will be spreading the word with my experience.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I got an email st 11am on the day of my Valentine's Day delievery telling me the address I entered was invalid. The address was NOT invalid it was correct and I spent my entire lunch at work waiting on the phone just for the representative to tell me they can no longer deliver it on Valentine's Day to my fiancé - it would have to be a day or so later. WHAT!? I paid every extra fee known to man to have it delivered on Valentine's day and another fee just to have it there BEFORE 5. I will never order from this company again. There was no sincere apology, explanation or anything given to me about their mistake. Now I have to send a picture to my fiancé of what he would have gotten rather than receive anything special at work as planned OVER A WEEK BEFORE VALENTINES DAY.

Don't waste your time or your money with this company- and every radio station who promotes them should really think again.

I tried to get ahold of costumer service for over three hours. They never got back to me and I NEEDED them to because the address for my order was INCORRECT and needed to be FIXED. Due to them not responding back to my messages and calls my order for Mother's Day was LATE. I do not recommend this website, even their website is wack.

I ordered $150 worth of flowers vase, 6 dipped strawberries and a spa set for my mom to show up on Mothers day. I called this afternoon because I was able to track my order and it says it wont be there until Monday afternoon, the agent lied and said "oh no, it will be there today." She could not give me a time but she said by 8pm. Well here we are past 8pm and I called and got a guy who barely speaks english and he took forever to confirm the package will not be there until tomorrow afternoon. Then offered a shipping refund. Oh no, I need more than a shipping refund back. I need my answer cancelled and refunded. I would have never purchased had I known they could not deliver like they guaranteed. False advertisement and scam artist is all I can say to describe right now. I was going to do future oreders with them and become a regular, but this did it for me. Looking for a manager callback to make this right. They have 100% guarentee, but all they can offer is a shipment refund on their overpriced stuff.

Twelve berries and a tote bag sent to Arkansas from Utah costing $53 dollars nine days from Mother's day, those berries better be in Arkansas on Mother's day not a maybe. Again you suck! Now I wish didn't even get them. Shameful company and sorry as hell.

I order 2 separate orders from Sheris berries to be delivered in two different states. Both orders were damaged, several strawberries were crushed! This is one company NEVER TO USE.

Ordered the berries for my son in Des Moines. They sent it to my house in Whitestown, IN... not once, but twice. 2nd time they said I should send it to my son. Customer service was terrible.

I've always wanted to receive berries and on my birthday when a box arrived I was ecstatic I kept thanking my husband and kids and they kept saying they didn't do it, a friend of mine from Texas sent me berries for my birthday when I opened the box and went to take one out it had barely any chocolate on it and as I lifted it the chocolate dripped off. I called customer service and was told they would love to replace it and they were so sorry so I received it yesterday. All excited I opened them and this time they're all cracked and melted I called again making them aware of this so that maybe they would not deliver when it is hot outside was told they'd like to replace it but not sure even that would be acceptable to me so they asked me to please go online and pick something 1999 okay fine I go online they have nothing for 1999 and then there is what my friend sent me are 2999 the representative asked me to go online pick something and then contact them via email no more calling them which I thought was quite weird but ok according to the representative on the phone my friend spent $19. Everywhere I look it says six berries are 2999 plus shipping well I guess my poor friend doesn't need to know what a crappy Company You Are but then again how many people does she send berries to and no one tells her how horrible they are

I placed an order on 9/5/23 for a delivery on 9/6/23 to a business with a 4pm cutoff time the office closes. I tried tracking the delivery all day online along with chatting online with an agent and then I LIVE Operator. They were unable to provide me a status update on when the order is scheduled for delivery or if it was even out for delivery nor would they provide me a phone number of the local shop processing the order so I could contact them directly. Needless to say the order finally appeared out for delivery in transit at 2:29PM however it never reached the location as once 4pm came I called Shari's berries requesting a refund because the order did not get to the location before it closed for business. I was however granted a full refund which I should receive in 7-10 business days however the disappoint was greater as now I do not have a gift for this special person in my life and I had to ruin the surprise by asking them if they ever received anything before leaving there place of business for the day, I am sure you can imagine the embarrassment I felt having to ask these questions and not delivering a present for there birthday. If I could give an overall rating of ZERO stars I would however I don't believe the overall rating section permits this So I had to indicate one star only. Moving forward I will no longer use Shari's berries or it affiliates 1800 Flowers, Fruit Bouquets, Harry & David Etc.Etc. As they are NOT a reliable company who does its due diligence to see that the orders placed are fulfilled in a timely manner by its outsourcing locations.

Tip for consumers:
That even though you are given the option of delivery specifications they are disregarded by the local shop that is given the order.

Ordered $88 dollars online for delivery on Tuesday, February 13th. Nothing delivered on Tuesday, called and was told it is in shipment? Valentine's Day, still nothing, called and emailed again - no response since overwhelmed I'm sure. It is now Thursday, Feb 16th... still nothing. Called and canceled the order and asked for a refund, which they processed - doesn't matter Valetine's Day is ruined and I still have nothing to show for it. I WILL NEVER USE SHARI'S BERRIES OR PROFLOWERS EVER AGAIN. If I could give zero "0" stars I would.
