I ordered a dozen strawberries and other stuff for a Monday delivery and here Tuesday is almost over and no Mother's Day present. I don't feel I will ever order from Sharies Berries again.

My daughter surprised me with berries, but they're wet on the bottom and NO consistency at all like fresh berries. Looked sweet, but dont eat. Yuk.

I ordered twice from this site and both times the orders were for gifts. The first time I ordered a gift for New Years Eve for a friend, I got a coupon and thought I was saving so much, the order was for 6 chocolate covered strawberries and 4 chocolate covered caramel pretzel rods. They came when they said they would be, the day before New Years Eve, but when I opened them they were all small and some were smaller, different sizes and looked nothing like the picture and all 4 pretzels were broken. I did contact the Customer service and they were nothing short of wonderful. I did get a replacement order for no extra cost and the replacement was wonderful, I should say the stawberries were great, the pretzels were all broken again. The problem was I didn't have the gift when I wanted it
So I thought I would try it again, silly me, I ordered for a gift for my husband for Valentines day, half a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and 4 chocolate dipped cookies. Once again they were delivered in plenty of time but the strawberries were all uneven in size, also very small, the cookies were fine and tasted good. Here I go again off to customer service, well instead of giving me a choice of a replacement order or a refund they took it upon themselves to just give me a refund, minus the $15 shipping cost. Once again the gift was not as good as it should have been. I do love their strawberries but if I ever get the crazy idea to order from the again, it will NOT be a gift or on a holiday.

I ordered a few things for my boss who was hospitalized for a punctured lung. I spent over $50 for the items to be delivered NEXT DAY MORNING to the Hospital. By 4:00pm the next day my boss shoots me a text asking where her goodies are... so I actually check and see that not only did they ship one of the items via Fed Ex and the other with UPS - but BOTH of the Tracking numbers stated that the items are stuck in PA! (WE live in Chicago) Had I known that these God forsaken things were coming from states away - I would have ordered from Edible Arrangements and had no issues! NOWHERE on their site does it say that they are shipping from another state. Secondly, WHY use 2 different carriers for ONE ORDER? Third, I use Fed Ex OFTEN - and pay the $40+ for Express Overnight shipping, and NOT EVER have I had any client call and say that they did not receive the package. I think they charge an arm and a leg for "express shipping" and make false promises... knowing they ship it the cheapest way. THANK GOD I did not order "fresh" fruit - otherwise they would be deteriorated by the time they arrived! Whats worse is - my boss is being released from the Hospital tonight and guess what? The only thing they will reimburse is the Shipping. So I suppose that is just $167 dollars out the window. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before using them... and all I wanted was something that would be delivered express next day. Lesson Learned. Ricky Smiley better stop advertising for them too, before I stop listening to his crazy self in the morning!

My mom and I received Shari's Berries from my sister and her family for Valentines 2022 and they came broken and yellow. The others were horrible. First I emailed them with a picture and never got a reply. Then I called them. I was offered a 50% refund or they could send out a replacement order and also send her $20 off her next order, so I said I would take a replacement (since 50% was a joke). She was charged for the replacement order! I called them again. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND A WORD SHE SAID! She then transferred me to another department, but I could not understand what department she said she was transferring me to. Then another person came on and it wasn't even a Shari's Bertie's rep, it was a flower rep. They transfer me AGAIN! Still have a very hard time understanding her. She finally said the sender needs to call to get a refund because they NEVER charge for a replacement. When my sister called she was told that she was offered a 50% refund but didn't take it and they would have to research it and call her back. There should be no researching anything. If they say they NEVER charge for a replacement and they did, there's a simple solution……. REFUND her! I called again after they told her that and once again I was told she should not have been charged for that replacement but she would have to call. The customer service is NOT in the United States and they cannot be understood and they can't understand us! I would NEVER order from Shari's Berries! They're HORRIBLE!

I received a 25% Off Orders Over $29.00. I went online to place an order for Mother's Day. I realized that the offer had no discount code to type into the box provided on the check-out page. I called the company to find out how to apply the 25% off at check-out. After over 7 minutes of going round-and-round about this, the conversation being totally redundant, and not being able to understand the person on the phone, I gave up and decided to order from someone else, such as Harry and David. Meanwhile, my husband is on his laptop on Shari's Berries site and sees a promotion for 20% off the same item I was trying to order. I thought that it was still worth it and he proceeded to place the order. At no time did the shipping show they were charging me over $30 to ship a dozen dipped strawberries! I didn't see this until I received the email receipt. I promptly called them within 15 minutes of placing this order to cancel. Again, round-and-round redundant conversation trying to cancel the order. And they had the order number assigned to this order! I threatened to report them to Bank of America Visa, which I did after hanging up.
The order department is out-sourced to the Philippines. The sales/customer service reps barely speak English, which accounts for the very lengthy phone conversations of which you get nowhere. They also do not seem to understand very simple conversation and questions. I order a lot and deal with plenty of people on the phone, and have never had such a frustrating conversation. And, I feel they are very sneaky about their shipping charges, since the numbers do not show up online on the page you

On a good note, I have had their strawberries, and my gift was very well done. However, that is not consistent from order to order. Buyer beware!

I will post two pictures with this review- one of what I ordered and one that was that actually received. The fact that this is a nationally known company that charges ridiculous rates, you'd think the product would be better. I will not order from your company ever again.

I have ordered from Shari's Berries several times with very satisfying results. My wife loves them and they look so nice. I have even gotten friends to order through my account for their wives. Well I upped the anti and got what I though was going to be a beautiful arrangement. (12 berries 12 cherries and 4 cookies) 68.00 after my discount. Package arrived and wife was excited big box. But when we opened the ice packs were all melted (not a good sign) and the cherries were first, they were slightly melted and warm (ok not so bad) cookies were all in one piece so that was good. Then the wife went for the berries. It was sad they were all melted and broken not sitting in the right places my wife (bless her) was understanding and still loved the gift I was a bit upset. This is not what I was accustomed to and thought it warranted a call. I took pics and was ready to email to the proper person when I got on the phone. A very nice lady (Beth I believe) came on and I explained what had happened. She said she fully understood that it was the WOW factor that really made the gift and that this was very sub par she agreed that it should not have come like that. Now here is where I thought that would be it they might throw me a coupon for my next order but they fill millions of these orders so what do they care. To my surprise she told me that she had refunded the entire amount to the CC and that she hoped I would give them another try next year. There is no doubt that I will that is great customer service I didn't ask for my money back I was just disappointed and wanted someone else to care also. In my order history they have not failed to deliver and when they did they fixed it like a PRO. I work in customer service and this impressed me!

Thanks Beth and Shari's Berries I will use you again and I hope for a long brand loyal relationship with you.

I ordered some cake truffles for my mother for Mother's Day. The original price was a little on the expensive side as most of their items, but I could afford it. As I went through the check-out process, they had added on items that I hadn't even looked at, in a way of trying to sneak-in things so I could spend more money. I didn't want what they were offering so I checked it off, and the I don't know if it's a problem with their already-sketchy looking series of check-out pages or what, but the price for the item was still accounted for in my total. Added with shipping prices, all of it was so expensive. I ordered it anyway, because I had grown tired of dealing with it and extra treats wouldn't be all too bad.

When the gift arrived, the added-on treats weren't even there. Just the cake truffles.:'^( I got suckered for my money with the promise of desserts.

TL; DR: When ordering, they snuck in another dessert for me to pay for, and in the end, said dessert wasn't delivered to the recipient or myself. They just took my money in return for nothin.

I chose Shari's Berries because my husband got me your chocolate covered strawberries and 2 dozen roses for Valentine's Day and the strawberries were AMAZING! And the roses were absolutely beautiful!

I ordered a 24 package of Shari's Berries and paid extra to assure it would be delivered to my house on Friday, February 12th. It didn't show up even after I called late night and kept being assured by their automatic system that they would be delivered that day yet. Saturday morning, February 13th, I get an e-mail saying they had been delivered. No they haven't so I call them and get a customer service rep. Who puts me on hold several times then tells me they can't deliver until Monday, February 15th! Also says they will give me a $20 discount on my next order. I said not good enough! Must have by Valentines on Feb. 14th. She said they couldn't and I said I want to talk to a supervisor. After another 10 minute hold a supervisor comes on and again tells me they can't deliver until after Valentine's. I said not my problem and they must deliver by Valentines. Finally, he said he would work on it to have it to me by Valentines tomorrow. I told him I expect a call if he can not. He said he would. I'm sure I'm going to end up calling my credit card company to report them and get a refund as I have no faith in this outfit.

A friend sent me Shari's Berries as a birthday present and I cannot be more pleased. They arrived in perfect condition. They are juicy and delicious.

Tip for consumers:
The recommendation is to eat then within 24 hours but they are still good after 2 days, although I have made significant progress on finishing the box.

I purchase everything online and I know when I am getting reasonable service. This company has the worst customer service that I have EVER experienced EVER! I wish I could do negative stars!

They were very pleasant on the phone and they took my order quickly especially my money. Butmy order never made it today it was supposed to be there March 16th for my granny's birthday. It never made it I never got a phone call I never got an email nothing! When I called them to see why my granny never called me overly excited, they tried to tell me that the UPS CAUGHT ON FIRE and that's why they couldn't deliver my damn package! Mind u, it was already in MIAMI and then they moved it to Hialeah then back to Miami then back to Hialeah then back to Miami and then they posted and said it will make it on the 17th. I am very upset very dissatisfied I was crying. And the lady never even APOLOGIZED it was as if she was very nonchalant. Never ever again will I buy from Shari's damn berries! I will be sure to tell all of my family friends and my fans Not to ever purchase anything from this place who has ruined the moment for my granny!
