Our daughter sent us a box of Shari's Chocolate covered strawberries as a "Thank You" gift. The outside box was perfectly OK. We were horrified when we opened the box and found the gel pack soft and warm, the inner packing soaked with juice and the berries rotten and smelly. You could not even see the strawberry shape on any of them. We are very disappointed with the service and product..

This is one of the worst valentines day experiences. The berries themselves are not too expensive but the fees that are associated with shipping are outrageous, in fact two times more. The funniest one is valentines day guarentee for $10; unfortunately the berries did not arrive even with the $10 guarantee. When I did finally receive the berries they were scattered in the box. I have pictures and documentation to prove all of this too. This is completely unsatisfactory! I even sent a message to complain with no response, not even a simple sorry. I believe that I should share my experience through social media platforms to show what this company is about and their predatory practices. Please feel free to finally email me back with an apology, but even that won't resolve this unsatisfactory service. I want a refund because this has been a colossal mistake, but lucky my girlfriend understood that it was the company, not me, that made this such a regrettable experience.

Shari's Berries has been charging me $32.43 a year for the last several years even though I canceled their services in 2021. They didn't even send me a confirmation email to notify me of these charges. When I tried to address the issue they apologized and said they wouldn't do it again. No wonder the company went bankrupt, they're dysfunctional & unethical.

After receiving eMail to "Wrap up my order", I thought there was something I had not done to complete the order I placed. Turns out that it was just a badly worded email; the order was ready to go. While on their web site, I noticed that the items I had ordered were going for $6 per item less than when I ordered. The lame mope that answered the phone told me there was nothing they could do to reduce the price or issue a credit to my card. This is nonsense! Of course they can issue a credit - it's not a case of "can't" but "won't". So I cancelled my order - maybe they can calculate what their margin on $0 is. I have no use for a company that charges $20 to ship a box and then won't work with their customers.

I ordered strawberries and cake pops for my boyfriend's birthday. They charged me about $15 for standard shipping along with another $20 for early morning delivery. They promised that the package would be received by noon, by 12:30 I called, since my boyfriend was leaving work at 1. I was advised they could not tell me what happened to my package but promised it would be received by evening time. Unacceptable, I cancelled the order.

I have been on the phone with customer service for 3 days 45 minutes each day and still have not resolved the issue. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and pretzels. The strawberries were delivered to my mom but no pretzels. When I call its never resolved. They ended up delivering the pretzels to the wrong address and I'm still trying to get them shipped to my mom. I paid $99 for these items and have gotten nothing but incompetenrt people from this company. Not planning on doing this again.

I trusted Shari's Berries to deliver a gift to my wife who had to be out of town on her birthday. After placing the order I called 2-days in advance to confirm that everything was on track, and they verified that it was. On the delivery date I looked at the tracking information and found that it was going to the street address where she was but with our city, state, and zip code. They promised the delivery truck was going to drive the 475 miles and have it there by the end of the day. I knew that was not going to happen, but they said they could do nothing else because everything looked to be on track. They also reached out to my wife and told her it would be delivered, ruining the surprise delivery. Their resolution was to resend 3 days later and upgrade the size of a box of chocolates (I have since learned that the size I'd originally ordered was actually out of stock), and to give me $20 off my next order... which will never happen!

Yesterday I received a box of dozen rotten strawberries and broken chocolate. I Emailed twice and called once. Explaining it was a gift and ask for refund on the cc it was purchased with. The answer was …. Let the person that bought it call. Really?

If we could give zero stars we would. Our berries were never delivered. Tried calling and was told that there was a 4-6 hour wait. I tried e-mailing and no one replied for a week. I am very unsatisfied with this company.

Ordered for my gf 40th birthday. Received them 3 days late. They left them outside a closed post office. The berries looked like a 2 year old decorated them nothing like the pictures. Ruined a surprise and screwed me out of $75.

Ordered our first batch of Shari Berries. They were very good, other than I was very disappointed in the sizes of the strawberries themselves I will leave a picture below, and I left three strawberries there and I left one of the biggest one that was in the box of 12 but all the rest were pretty small.! For the price we paid I could have went to my local market and got bigger strawberries! And the add-on fees at the checkout be ready for those.

I received the chocolate covered strawberries as a gift for Valentines Day. The strawberries were a nice size, the packaging was perfect; however I feel that for the price of them, the chocolate should be a higher quality than they are. I received strawberries a few years ago and I didn't like them then either. I can buy better quality strawberries at my local grocery store and I do. I feel this is a rip off. I won't ever buy them again

My husband and I received a gift from friends from Shari's Berries. The berries were completely moldy. I called customer service only to be told they would refund my friends but not send a replacement. My friends were appalled as they wanted us to have a gift since my husband's father had just passed away. We really appreciated the thought and didn't really have a desire for chocolate covered strawberries during this difficult time, but felt it should be known the risks of dealing with this failing company.

It was difficult to order & once order was placed all sorts of hidden cost showed up on receipt of purchase! The order ended up being over double original amount! When I tried to cancel order the customer service rep, who spoke very poor english, gave me the runaround! Thankfully, I payed with paypal & can block the charge!

We purchased a dozen Belgian chocolate covered berries which were supposed to be $27.95. At checkout, the total bill was almost $70 after multiple add on charges. Although they did arrive when they were scheduled, the quality was terrible. The berries were totally mushy and inedible. We ended up throwing out the rest. Terrible product at a ridiculous price.

I have ordered Shari's Berries a few times in the past years. Never had a problem always the best. I thought let's do it again this year. I have never been so disappointed! Some of the strawberries were beginning to rot. They had a horrible smell! They were all different sizes even though we were not able to eat them! Spent what I thought was way to much money but hey it was the holidays. NEVER again! I will take my money and shop locally. So do not waste your money!

Placed an order via phone - the customer service rep spoke broken English and could not get the order right. Call back 4 times, finally spoke to someone else. Never got the email confirmation or a order #. Told delivery would be for 2/14. Well, no delivery - called. They spent 20 minutes finding my order. The order said delivery was for 2/14, and then they tracked the order - it shipped today and will be delivered tomorrow. They were willing to refund the shipping fee, but I asked for the order to be cancelled and a full refund issued. The refund was processed onto my card, so they say, but we were also told the email confirmation was sent (and where is it? Maybe the delivery will be tomorrow). Really don't trust they know what they are doing.

I have ordered these berries for a very long time and many hundred's of dollars. The quality is good real good but the service sucks bad! The last two orders I made with Sherri's berries was a no show! I paid for my expensive products to be delivered for a very special occasion and AGAIN! My orders did not show up! So, I got on the internet very upset and seen that they changed MY delivery date! I called and again there was nothing they could do about it. Ordered Berries and Brownie pops for my wife. They were delivered a day early to he business which was closed when I ordered it to be delivered on Valentines day. The day of delivery the business was closed. After telling me I would get a refund I was actually charged a second time. Unfortunately my berries were not there when she arrived to work yesterday as the package was left on the doorstep a day early. Please do not use this company for anything as they are not reliable and will double charge you.

I ordered a bundle for$49.99 roses and 6 chocolate covered strawberries, and for shipping price is $16.99 plus $14.99 which is a ridiculous price to receive soggy strawberries that were hot when my mother received them. Horrible experience!
