What the heck, random folks making Sherri's Berries not an actual store where product can be monitored and regulated. Never would I ever order from this fake company again.

I was very skeptical after seeing a lot of low star reviews, but I'm glad I put my trust into this company as everything worked out seamlessly. The quality of everything was up to par and they delivered in between the time slot provided! I'd definitely order from them again!

I sent berries to a friend that just got out of the hospital. Spent $100 and $16 delivery fee so they would be there when she arrived. NEVER were delivered! Called customer service and they barely spoke English and just told me to call back another time! Seriously? What kind of business runs like this?

Horrible experience with this company. Purchased flowers and chocolate covered berries for $144 on Mother's Day. I was embarrassed by what my mother received. Flowers looked nothing like the photo and most were dead with pedals falling off.

I wish they could shut company's down like this! Horrible service and my fault for not checking the reviews I would have never ordered from these piece of $#*! people. The delivery and extra fees are ridiculous prices. $64 for this $#*!! I'm better off going to edible arrangements or to a damn grocery store for this damn service. The delivery guy rang my doorbell and ran when I got to the door he literally just threw my package making it land sideways. My freezer bag they gave me was water and warm. The box was wet like the strawberries melted. Yep they sure did! This place $#*!ing rips you off please beware people! Worst customer service ever! They barely speak English and dont really care.

Shari's Berries has gone to crap. Look at these $50.00 Strawberries. I am trying to get my money back but they refuse. Their customer service is a joke and so is their product. Do not buy from them it's a rip off. The photos on their website are a not a proper representation of what you actually receive. My 2 year old grandson would have done a better job decorating.

I ordered 4 different orders for Mother's Day gifts and thank you gift I paid extra for warm weather areas, spent well over $300 for small melted over ripe strawberries and wilted flowers, 2 of the four orders were ok (not worth the $ though) 2 were absolutely horrible! Worst gift ever, so embarrassed to have sent them! I've sent messages and emails with no response! Never again! Don't waste your money with this terrible company!

My husband orders Shari's Berries for me on Valentine's day the past four years. Valentine's 2020, the berries were small and sloppy. Definitely not as advertised. Valentine's 2021 he tried again (benefit of the doubt. Fluke maybe.) Bad idea. Berries were crushed, sloppy, and close to past edible. Customer service was no help at all. Don't waste your money on overpriced messy produce. We will NEVER purchase their products again. Very disappointing.

I received some berries as a birthday gift, and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had Shari's berries in the past and I always remembered them being good, but it would appear they've sold out since then and their quality has gone with that. The berries were all going bad, the design was butchered, and the chocolate was the same cheap melting chocolates you find at a craft store. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I suggest you not waste your money either. I have made better dipped strawberries myself at home and I am by no means a professional.

Looked up the reviews to see if anyone else found these to he tasteless and blah. My husband bought me these for my birthday. They came packaged nicely and still cold ish however I could see where if left on my porch all day in late June weather they'd look like the other reviewers pics. I ordered for my mother for mothers day. I chose delivery as either Thursday or Friday before she left work. At 6:00 pm, still nothing. I called the company. They could only say it was in transit but did not know where it was or when/if it would be delivered. Well it arrived today. 4 days late. The box smelled. The flowers were out of water and wilted; the strawberries you could hardly tell were strawberries. What was supposed to be a surprise became an embarrassment for my mother. I planned ahead with my order. I wanted to make her happy. This was the worst mother's day!

I ordered these berries about a month age. Should have been delivered between 5/4-5/7. One attempt was made on 5/4. She then placed a note on the door that the package could be left with any neighbor. That was it. Crickets. Trying to call these people is a joke. You are automatically placed on hold, and a person never answers. The "live chat" is not live. Do yourself a favor and do something other than sharis berries. Very disappointed, and I'm sure it's going to be a chore if not impose to get my money back.

My children could have done a better job on these. They were super tiny (bigger strawberries at Walmart) and I only received 1/2 of my order. When I called they sent out a new order but after waiting another WEEK for them to be delivered I decided to get a refund. They offered a 50% refund and a "gift card" like I will ever use it after dealing with this crap. Never using them again as I am so disappointed, sad also because we have been buying from them for years. They have lost a long time customer.

You know those side by side photos of Real Life vs. Instagram? That is what we have here.
First off, they were delivered a day later than the selected date.
Second, they look like a child dipped them and toss them in a container to rush out the orders. The shipping package was well done but the presentation of the actual strawberries was quite disappointing.
The taste is mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor and shop local if you are looking to gift someone some dipped strawberries.

Never order from this place. Huge waste of money. Ordered a dozen chocolate strawberries for my mom for mothers days and almost every berry was broken. All the chocolate was cracked off the the fruit was soggy and gross. Was suppose to be delivered on Saturday didn't come until Monday but still charged me the weekend delivery price. Worst service ever! Spend nearly $200 for a dozen red roses and chocolate covered strawberry's. AND Only received the berries called customer service, they where not able to do anything and refuse to transfer my call to management or refund! Will never order or recommend them ever! My fiance sent me these on Valentine's Day. They were received in very poor condition. Most were thrown away due to soft mushy brown berries and melted chocolate. Your site clearly states refund if not satisfied but when she tried to get the refund they only offered a 50% refund on a $71.00 Order. She had to argue and argue with them and still, 50% was all that was offered. They said they would send a reorder but she wanted her money not another chance of poorly shipped Berries. If you people advertise refunds on your site then you had t best state 50% or someone will report you for false advertising to the Federal Trade Commission.

My husband spent over $100 for both orders and that's a lot for fruit, covered in chocolate, that is delivered broken, in pieces and that doesn't smell fresh. On May 5 I ordered two items based on a May 5 email that offered buy 1, get 1 half off. I got charged full price for both items. I emailed for help and got an [apparently] automated form email from them telling me to call their service center. I was not able to do so until a couple of days later. The friendly foreign service desk agent apologized profusely and told me there was nothing they could do about it since the order had already shipped.

It's become a tradition between my siblings and I to send chocolate covered strawberries to each other for the appropriate holidays. Sherries berries is our favorite company for that particular gift. The shipping is a bit pricey if only giving short notice however they always make it happen. The strawberries, both taste and presentation, are divine every time. Expect to spend a little money but you get what you pay for every last time!

Used this company a couple of time in the past 10 years. Shipping charges are out of control and product quality has gone down hill. Latest order was combined with a dozen roses from Pro Flowers --- but I guess that the people placing the order can only count to 10. I got 10 roses and 6 small strawberries for $60 -- customer service was not good and it took me 10 minutes to get a service rep and then they had me on hold for 15 minutes. I will not use Shari's Berries or Pro Flowers ever again.

Today around 10 am I placed an order for my cousin who was released from the hospital. I thought that it would be delivered in a few hours. Its 7:45 pm and she still hasn't received the berries. I went online to try and track the order to no avail and had to call their customer service line. Should it really take all day for berries to be delivered and will they be delivered fresh? I should have checked the most recent reviews before I paid almost $70 for this. I called their customer service and was told they have until 8 pm to deliver. We shall see that's 15 min from now. Never again...

There smiles guarantee is an absolute lie. I felt I was short changed on 2 of the 3 orders I placed with them. My Half dozen my daughter received had 2 big strawberries and 4 very small. The dozen I sent to my mother were delivered late. On hold for 2.5 hours trying to get customer care and gave up when my phone was dyeing. E-mailed them all I got back was a $20 discount on next purchase. I don't do a $20 discount on next purchase when the current one is not fixed. Been buying for three mothers twice year for 4 years. Never again. No smiles from me.
