Paid the extra $31 for Sat or Sun delivery for Mother's Day. It is Monday night at 9:45 and still no berries.$147 gift that never showed. I talked to them again tonight, and they said they were just busy from the mother's day orders. They said they could deliver it on Tuesday. Seriously?
This is the second time this has happened to us. Her Birthday bowl/ berries finally came 2 days after her birthday even though they were ordered well in advance.
She lives in Lady Lake Florida and the local distributer is obviously in way over their heads. I will be using Edible Arrangements from now on.

AWFUL! My dad just pasted away in December so I wanted to send my mom something special for valentines. I paid over $40 for shipping to "guarantee" she would get her flowers and berries before lunch. Well at 12:15 she still didn't have them so I called, after being on hold for 25 minutes I was told my order wouldn't be delivered today and it was sold out... unacceptable! I have cried for an hour, this is ridiculous. I will never use these people again.

My wife loves chocolate covered strawberries. So I was excited to surprise her with a delivery of two dozen berries for our anniversary.
Despite a guaranteed delivery date, they never arrived. What was supposed to be a pleasant surprise on a special day was instead something that kept us anchored at home waiting for no reason at all.
When I called support that evening, they were quick to apologize. But only after demanding a refund was it even considered.
A complete waste of our time with absolutely no gain. I couldn't possibly recommend this service to anyone. Don't take the chance.

Rip off. Bought two boxes of one dozen "fancy" berries. Arrived all jostled in box with toppings all over and stuck to sides of box. Looks like they were all shaken up and warm & sweaty. $96 for two boxes of broken undersized berries! Some were only half the size of the formed cup that is supposed to support them. Called customer service for the "Guaranteed Satisfaction" to have them tell me they only refund $47 of my $96 purchase! Scamming, lying, bad quality. --Come on guys, give us what we pay for and keep customers. You lost me! You won't be around long screwing people-

I've used Sharies Berries several times in the past. Ordered my sister a birthday gift on March 25 to be delivered by April 1, which was her birthday. No way would I have agreed to have the product delivered on April 6, and agree to $20 in shipping. I remember very specifically looking at the shipping dates because they've been late before. Their response was it was my fault, and offered to cancel the order. Very pissed off about this. Then the customer service rep can barely speak English. Will NOT patronize their business anymore, period.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother. If you need something delivered remotely on time find a business local to the area.

Just like all these other reviews state... dont use this company! Paid extra for a specific delivery and it never showed up. Call customer service and they state its coming the next day. Awesome, roses and treats delivered on Feb 15th... I don't see this company being able to afford to make everyone happy, so my review will stay 0 starts until they make this right.

Worst online shopping experience I've had. They offered a 20% discount and I used it. My price was supposed to be around $55 or so and when I went to confirm my order I saw they added a shipping and delivery 90.00!

This is my third time purchasing from sherries berries over the past five years and every purchase has been nothing but problems from the quality of the berries, shipping on time and delivery. It's very disappointing that a US company has to subcontract their customer service out of the country. And when you do call the one 800 number you are getting someone who neither speaks or understands English along with dogs barking and roosters crowing in the background.
Please if you read this review please take your business elsewhere and do not support this company that can't even support the USA.

Thank you Shari's Berries for the wonderful order we received on July 3, just in time for 4th of July. The 4 different boxes all were wonderful, from the chocolate dipped strawberries, to the cheesecake, and the chocolate turtles. This was my first taste of Shari's Berries, as it was my son's girlfriend's birthday, and the 14 of us enjoyed them immensely. Thank you. Also, the ice packs inside were still frozen and it was 96 degrees outside. Delicious!

The only reason why gave this one star is because I couldn't give a review with zero stars. And the only reason why I bought from Shari's Berries a second time is because they gave me a $30 discount after they screwed up and delivered my Valentine's present a day late. I paid extra for Saturday 4/20/19 delivery on a shipment that had a 4/18/19 tracking email. The strawberries are not due for delivery until today when no one is home, four days after the initial shipment. By now the packing will have thawed for who knows how long. Nothing says Happy Easter like a bunch of spoiled strawberries with melted chocolate.

Ordered this morning for my daughter using the microphone code from a radio ad. Discount was not applied. Ordered the $19.99 special, which included only six strawberries. I upgraded to six more, and then completed my order, but not before being barraged with about a half-dozen prompts to upgrade to this or that. It was clear they are pushing to trick customers into choosing extras. After completing the transaction, I was shocked to see the starting price had risen to almost $50.00 due to high price up upgrading to 12 berries and a $15.00 shipping fee. I promptly cancelled and explained that I was a first time and last time customer who doesn't do business with crooks.

I ordered 2 orders through a Groupon deal. Shipping is $17 for regular day shipping and over the top for weekend or that special day - Mother's Day - shipping. Then had a problem with my credit card (fraud issue) and called them 3 times to talk to someone about getting it cleared up. All 3 times bad connection, they couldn't understand my English, couldn't make sense of what I was saying. Finally, just got online and was able to get the card changed. We'll see how it all tastes and how it's shipped. Probably going to pass on Shari's Berries and get strawberries from the grocery store.

My husband ordered these for me for a surprised mothers day gift. You could smell the rotten strawberries from outside the delivery box. I knew they were ruined when I undid the tape and saw it wasnt in a cooler. My husband apparently paid extra because we are in a hotter climate (Arizona) and he paid for a cooler. I felt so horrible telling him they were rotten and melted...
The truffles were obviously ruined also. I called customer service and they were nice and apologized but we just wanted a refund. Supposed to be coming in a few days to our account. Just go with edible arrangements.

I ordered 12 berries and 3 cake pops for my mom for mother's day and didn't read reviews first. I'm really glad I didn't. The berries arrived today and they're HUGE! They're delicious, perfectly ripe and the chocolate is amazing. None of hers were out of place or melted, so I was very relieved. We haven't tried the cake pops yet, but they look delicious!

There is no good reason to charge twice for delivery - once for regular and a second, much more expensive charge for delivery on Saturday. Fedex delivers on Saturdays as a matter of course, so the extra $16.99 on top of $9.99 is nothing short of pure greed. The product may have been good, but I won't order from them again based on the extra charges.

I have wanted to try these forever too. Got a cheap groupon for $30 of product, but it would not let me use it on a sale priced item. Then they charge $14.99 for shipping, and an additional $4.99 for rush shipping for next day. So I decided to choose a later date, that made it $9.99 addition to the $14.99. When the berries arrived the 2 white chocolate (which I don't like anyway) were huge and the other 4 were smaller than a teaspoon, not even filling the slot in the tray. And why couldn't I customize my order to be all milk or dark chocolate and no white chocolate! What a huge disappointment

Ordered (in all fairness) a last-minute Christmas gift to be delivered to the office, and paid extra for delivery by 12:00 noon. At 2:15 PM, called UPS to find out where order was. They stated Shari's Berries shipped it to be delivered up until 7:00 PM! (That's no good, as the office closed for Christmas at 1:00 PM.) UPS said they could deliver to a new address, but Shari's would need to okay the change. I called Shari's Berries, only to be told they can't make a change "once the package has gone out for delivery!" I guess their "wonderful berries" will just have to sit and rot on a nameless loading dock somewhere. Absolutely most inept, amature, bungling company ever! Stay very far away!

$80 worth of product and $67 in shipping cost! We were delivering to a business as a thank you so had to make sure it arrived during normal business hours. The charges were for morning delivery, regular delivery (even though I was getting morning delivery I still got charged for this), and rush delivery charge ( even though I'd already paid for the morning delivery fee). You also charge regular and morning fees for each product purchased not counting the entire order as a whole. When you pay nearly the same amount for shipping that you do for the product this is not ok with me. I'm pretty sure their niche is last minute gifts. I won't be making this mistake again.

Ordered berries for Mom to be delivered on 5/9/20. Did not arrive, no communication from company. Finally arrived afternoon on the 11th. They were melted and total mush. Junk
Called them 5 times, got stuck in a revolving circle of waiting for a call back because they are so busy. No contact whatsoever. Emailed them, no response. Had to file a challenge with my bank to get money back.
Do not waste your money. You will never get it back.

First off, they offer an expensive service, which I would be willing to pay if the quality matched the price. They charged me three separate shipping fees, one as a base fee, another for Monday delivery, and a third for shipping to a "Rural address". Which again, I wouldn't mind, if everything checked out. But the final straw is that they sent the wrong card with the order. My mom's husband was rightfully distressed when my mother got a card that said "love, Chuck", when she has no child named Chuck. They offered me a $5.00 refund, which I think is hardly worth the disappointment and confusion.

This team for customer service is absolutely the worst! On top of that they are trying to charge me $14.99 + $4.99 for shipping their "standard shipping" or Flexible shipping as they called it and the item was only $19.99. I will NEVER purchase from this company EVER again. Their product is good but it is NOT good enough to deal with their customer service team.

My Husband ordered these for Mother's Day this year. We are now in June and I still have yet to receive berries that are not decomposed. They have tried four times to send a new shipment. One of them never showed up. Three of them arrived in mushy decomposed unedible nasty puddles of juicy yuckiness. I cannot believe after all these years we have never had a bad experience until this one. But honestly it should I even bother calling a fifth time? I would really just like My husbands $67 back.

My husband ordered me a dozed berries for Valentines Day. They came the day after and were tiny, runny, and rotten. We have tried several times to contact the company with no response. Paid $70 dollars for a dozed berries that I had to throw away. Very disappointing! Would never recommend this company and will be contacting Sean Hannity and others that advertise from them. Can get better product at my local grocery store!

I ordered a dozen choc covered strawberries and 3 lady bug cake pops for my parents (out of town). My son was visiting them when they received the order. He was SHOCKED at what they delivered as he knows I would NEVER send anything like that to anyone. I hope I can upload pictures of what they received. The strawberries were tiny- so tiny that they were completely inside the chocolate, not dipped with pretty green stem and top of strawberry sticking out. They were cracked and chocolate breaking off- they looked like old Christmas candy you accidentally stored for a year.

DON'T ORDER! They offered to re-send - Why would anyone trust them after this?
