Not sure what happened I was a big fan. I understand things can go wrong but sometimes you are judge by how you respond. So far no response in 2 days. I have called, message on facebook, and emailed. I am sorry to see this happen to this business.

My fiance sent me these on Valentine's Day. They were received in very poor condition. Most were thrown away due to soft mushy brown berries and melted chocolate. Your site clearly states refund if not satisfied but when she tried to get the refund they only offered a 50% refund on a $71.00 Order. She had to argue and argue with them and still, 50% was all that was offered. They said they would send a reorder but she wanted her money not another chance of poorly shipped Berries. If you people advertise refunds on your site then you had t best state 50% or someone will report you for false advertising to the Federal Trade Commission.

On May 5 I ordered two items based on a May 5 email that offered buy 1, get 1 half off. I got charged full price for both items. I emailed for help and got an [apparently] automated form email from them telling me to call their service center. I was not able to do so until a couple of days later. The friendly foreign service desk agent apologized profusely and told me there was nothing they could do about it since the order had already shipped.

I have ordered from here 2-3 times in the past with no problem. But today what they sent to me and my mother in law was a mess! My husband spent over $100 for both orders and that's a lot for fruit, covered in chocolate, that is delivered broken, in pieces and that doesn't smell fresh. I think we will stick with our local edible arrangements from now on.

Used this company a couple of time in the past 10 years. Shipping charges are out of control and product quality has gone down hill. Latest order was combined with a dozen roses from Pro Flowers --- but I guess that the people placing the order can only count to 10. I got 10 roses and 6 small strawberries for $60 -- customer service was not good and it took me 10 minutes to get a service rep and then they had me on hold for 15 minutes. I will not use Shari's Berries or Pro Flowers ever again.

It's become a tradition between my siblings and I to send chocolate covered strawberries to each other for the appropriate holidays. Sherries berries is our favorite company for that particular gift. The shipping is a bit pricey if only giving short notice however they always make it happen. The strawberries, both taste and presentation, are divine every time. Expect to spend a little money but you get what you pay for every last time!

Today around 10 am I placed an order for my cousin who was released from the hospital. I thought that it would be delivered in a few hours. Its 7:45 pm and she still hasn't received the berries. I went online to try and track the order to no avail and had to call their customer service line. Should it really take all day for berries to be delivered and will they be delivered fresh? I should have checked the most recent reviews before I paid almost $70 for this. I called their customer service and was told they have until 8 pm to deliver. We shall see that's 15 min from now. Never again...

There smiles guarantee is an absolute lie. I felt I was short changed on 2 of the 3 orders I placed with them. My Half dozen my daughter received had 2 big strawberries and 4 very small. The dozen I sent to my mother were delivered late. On hold for 2.5 hours trying to get customer care and gave up when my phone was dyeing. E-mailed them all I got back was a $20 discount on next purchase. I don't do a $20 discount on next purchase when the current one is not fixed. Been buying for three mothers twice year for 4 years. Never again. No smiles from me.

For years, I have sent strawberries to my mom for special occasions. Last year for Mother's Day, the quality of the order was very disappointing. The chocolate was literally off most of the strawberries. I contacted the company, just to let them know. They offered another dozen that we declined because I only contacted them for informational purposes. I did something different for her birthday but decided to try again fort Mother's Day since she's really does love them. Once again, the chocolate was off several berries. I reached out and did not even receive a response. Done with this company.

Up until recently I loved this company. However, my last two orders were super late and not edible. Customer service is non existent. I have sent emails from my account and through paypal. I am very disappointed and have had to escalate a claim through PP to recover some of the $120 spent.

After receiving a dozen chocolate covered strawberries 2 days late they were broken and nasty. Sent email to customer service and no reply. I'll never order here again. They used to have great service but not anymore

Product awful! Looks absolutely nothing like picture and strawberries beyond sloppy. Looks like a 5 year old art project. See below. Looks NOTHING like what ordered

Customer service horrendous and they are such liars!

Will tell everyone I know NEVER to use them.

Not sure what happened to company. I received some as a gift in the past and was very pleased.

Never again!

I was worried after reading so many terrible reviews on this site and considered cancelling my order out of panic, but decided to see if the delivery would be on time. Thankfully, the order was delivered to my friend without any issues.

I received an email confirming the order, another one stating that the order was being prepared by a local shop, and a third email once the delivery was successful. My friend said the edible bouquet looked really nice, the fruit and chocolate tasted great, and she was very happy with her surprise gift.

My husband is away for work out of state for Valentine's day. He ordered a dozen of these berries for delivery from 1-800-flowers. They arrived this afternoon and I immediately opened the box to find the berries leaked juice all over the inside box. The white coated berries were so small and my first bite greeted me with a fizzy rotten taste on my tongue. I decided to try another one and the same result. Disgusting!

Do not order from this company. They are super stingy with the chocolate. They are nothing like the photos shows. The is a paper thin layer of chocolate for ridiculously expensive Strawberries. Make them yourself and you will be much happier

The flowers were great but the chocolate strawberries were 5 days late and rotten. When my wife opened the box to see one of her birthday presents, the smell was worse than a dump and it is still lingering after an hour. I cannot recommend Shari's Berries unless you enjoy the rotten smell and enjoy eating garbage. I have multiple photos if anyone is interested, Shari's Berries customer service was not.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift of 12 strawberries. I was charged $68.00 with shipping. I could have done a better job making these myself on a $5 budget. 1/3 of the berries were to be covered with chocolate chips and another 1/3 peanuts. They are practically bare.

This was a horrible company to use. Late on order everything was so nasty hot and melted. They promised to fix it but ge this not for another 5 days. Okay fine... Guess what still no second order. By the time it arrives it will be melted also. They say we have to wait 24hr extra hours for a refund.

They don't hold up their end of product like it says 100% satisfaction

I'm only putting one star because I had to do so in order to write a review. The delivery man left the box in the sun on my porch instead of the shed and ruined a $100 order. I tried to reach them via (Live) Chat, but it was only automated. I received no help at all and I left my order number, date of delivery, and contact information. Do NOT order from Shari's. Save your money. What a complete disappointment. The flowers are wilted and the berries packaging was so hot I could barely touch it. I had them delivered a day early to take to my mother for Mother's Day. Now, I have to figure something else out to give her.

Since 1800flowers.com has taken over the Shari's Berries brand, I have only received late deliveries and ruined strawberries. This Valentine's Day I made 4 orders (1 for each of my granddaughters) and only one order arrived on time. The other 3 are still in limbo and I expect the strawberries to be ruined.

I need to find another company.

Absolute disaster. 2 dozen long stemmed roses were all covered in black and white frost burns. Then they sent a replacement after I complained and asked for a refund and they were no better than the first set. Three days since the strawberries were suppose to show and and they are still not hear. NEVER AGAIN...

#1 - just buy from your local florist
#2 - Go to Jewel and get your own berries

This was a gift to my in laws for Christmas. Here you go, enjoy... not so much. What a mess!, I called and complained so they sent a replacement box of... you guessed it, the same mess. So misleading, the pictures on the website look so perfect and delicious, which is what I would expect for $50 a dozen which are overpriced even if they are perfect but I thought, this one time I will splurge. See Photo of "What we ordered" vs "What we got". My advice, stay away from Shari's Berries, especially if it's a gift.

Tip for consumers:
Sharis berries and 1 800 flowers are the same company, both were a disappointment. Misleading photos of products, you do not get what is pictured.

Ordered a week in advance to make sure delivery on birthday. Order arrived 3 days late and was foul smelling and melted. They also left the package at the garage instead of trying to deliver to the person who was at home. They tried to talk me into a $20 discount instead of giving me my money back. Too many other vendors to deal with this!

This company is making edible arrangements company look very bad. I understand If it's bad weather but to be lied to about delivery. That's just BAD. I was in the house ALL DAY. I received and email stating it was a delivery attempt. Companies that practice this type business., should not be able to process payments until the items are delivered.

I ordered for my wife for Valentines day. I paid for guaranteed delivery on said day. An additional $25 to be exact. Now I can understand if ordered 1-3 days before, but I ordered 9 days prior. I get an email the day of delivery stating they were sorry and to compensate me they would refund $10. Really, I check tracking and they didn't even process my order until Valentines Day. I have attached screenshots as proof. Dont ever buy from this company. I will make sure I do my part and inform anyone interested to go somewhere else to some one more reliable.
