Total scammers. Do not give them your money. My item was supposed to be delivered on Saturday Nov 3,2018 which I paid extra for. I paid an outrageous $27.99 for shipping. I called at 3pm on Saturday to find out why iit wasnt delivered as of yet. Before calling customer service I had checked UPS shipment tacking. The UPS tracking had said that 'status unavailable'. Customer service told me it was in transit and would be delivered today by 9pm. The agent on the phone told me she would call me back shortly with an updated time of delivery. I never got a phone call back. At 8pm on Saturday, I got an email saying that the item has just shipped. To sum it up, the gift never got to my friend on her Birthday, I have been scammed of my money and it would've never shipped had I jot chased it. Do not give your money to these scammers.

I have tried to order from them 3 times and every time the order was days late or lost. They offer to redeliver but at another 50% up charge. Stay away from them if your loved one is counting on you!

So I saw a commercial that said I could get strawberries and flowers for mother day for 19.99 so I went there they couldn't even deliver it till after Mother's Day. So I order flowers and truffles the truffles are super tiny the flowers looked nothing like they had them shown online the petals And leaves were falling off I was supposed to get a card with the flowers didn't get it oh speaking of the price it was like 30 some and I even had a coupon which brought it down to that then shipping and you had to pay for the vase my total was 85 dollars for not good flowers and tiny truffles that aren't even half a bite never ordering from them.

As a business owner myself, I have always done my best to make sure my customers are happy and go the extra mile to do such. In good faith I was told that my order would show up on Valentines day BEFORE 12 noon. Well it's 3:22 and nothing has shown up. I called and they gave me some lame excuse and told me they were sorry and that my order would show up now on the 15th! I placed this order over a week ago and all they said was "I'm sorry" refunded me not for the order but for the shipping only! They also went in and changed the tracking info on UPS to show that a label was created today vs. an old tracking number that said the label was created yesterday the 13th. I went another step in calling UPS and they told me that my order had never been sent and told me the company more than likely did that just to "please me". This company has acted in bad faith and I will NEVER order from them again. They should be ashamed of themselves. BUYERS BEWARE!

My boyfriend ordered berries to be delivered on Feb. 13... Tracked fed ex and had not been shipped yet... On the 13th! The shipment was placed on the 11th with a guarantee shipment on the 13th! CANCELLED... As still not shipped!

They broadcast on the radio of they're great prices and quality. What they don't tell you is they ADD EXTRA FEES FOR EVERYTHING. I went to order dozen roses and half dozen dipped strawberries using radio code which was $39.99. At the Checkout they CHARGE YOU $14.99 shipping then another $14.99 if you want it by Noon and Another $9.99 for guaranteed delivery on that date...$40 in shipping and they're customer service is HORRIBLE can't understand them. NO HELP. STAY AWAY

The appearance of the product when first opened was disappointing ( stray nuts around the box, just basically sloppy) but the berries themselves were INCREDIBLE. They were ordered just before Mother's Day, were on time, and delicious. $50 total to have a dozen delivered the NEXT day wasn't unreasonable in my opinion. Hopefully you guys get the quality product my wife and I received.

I'm really glad that I'm the only person dissatisfied with this vender, when you get the delivery moron pounding on your door at time of delivery because my door bell wasn't working and then have him yelling at you about the delivery they should consider getting another delivery service, of course the owner of Sherries Berries should also be notified.

My son order Chocolate covered strawberries for my Birthday 08/04 It was 104 degrees here yesterday They came at 6pm They were all Melted and hot. Horrible. Please don't order from this Company.

I ordered my full dozen strawberries yesterday (Thursday) They sent me a tracking email so I can track my order I loved that. Kinda expensive but was worth it because it made my step moms day. I had my moms address on there yesterday and found out she had hip surgery and was recovering at her moms house so she was not at home to receive package I immediately changed it to her moms address at 10am. It was at fed ex at 5:15am. By 1:30pm they were emailing me package had been delivered and is on they porch so i knew the address change was too late. I was upset at first but she got a ride around 3:30 to pick them up and said they had an ice pack on them and they were still cold. She sent me a pick they were perfect and she was so happy.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Delivery of strawberries for Valentines day moved to the 15th, with mo notice to me at all. Calling customer service on Valentines day was a waste of time. I just got a busy signal when supposedly being transferred to a real person. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS, THEY SUCK! I did get a refund, but it was less than what they charged my card. There are simply not enough negative words, without resorting to foul language, to describe how bad this company is.

If you use cashback add-ons, they never credit for Shari's Berries unless you pester Shari's Berries for months after the fact. They are rude then too... The products are already pricey. Add in the shipping, and it hurts to eat their chocolcate. There isn't enough chocolate to justify the hassle. I've been so dissatisfied I bought 25 pounds of Gittard chocolate and paid that shipping gladly and learned to make chocolate. I'm happier than a lark. You can melt the chocolate with some butter and milk, or cream and you toss in some peanuts, and it's fabulous. Or you can dip cookies or pretzels in it and let it set. Delicious. And you only make as much as you need.

Placed an order five days before Mother's Day to have 2 dozen strawberries delivered to my mom and wife and come Mother's day my wife received hers after 7p.m. And my mom never received hers despite a email confirmation that it was delivered. Called customer service and all he said was that shouldn't of happened (no kidding!) Then offered 50 percent off to have delivered the next day, so I agreed and he put me on hold for 5 minutes only to come back and say he couldn't guarantee that. I said forget it, give me a full refund and I will never use Shari's Berries again! Felt so bad for my mom as I could not visit because of Co-vid and then to have a lot of love never delivered but quick to take my payment.

TERRIBLE, not only did my wife not get the berries on valentines day (that I paid extra for) but she didn't get them until the following Monday. The berries were so bad that they pulled away from the chocolate. Never again will I order from them, I will tell people to stay away!

Last year in August My son went to USA to pursue his PhD in Petroleum Engineering. His Birthday was in 31st August so I have decided to surprise him to by sending gifts & cake. Hence I ordered the cake cookies and chocolates online from Shari's Berries. With a clause that the same should be delivered on 31st August precisely. The CS accepted and the order was completed. Unfortunately I have conveyed that on 2 packages received out of 3, I immediately contacted online with the Shari's Berries and explained them the situation. On the spot the concerned CS has refunded me the the cost of leftout item and credited to my account. But later I have conveyed that the all 3 packages has received by my son. I once again contacted them and conveyed that the all 3 packages received and stop the refund procedure. But the CS staff has politely refused that now he can not stop the procedure. Great work and great response.

I placed an order of flowers and berries combo as a gift for my mother who lives in another state and I couldn't be with on Mothers Day. Wish I never ordered with Shari's berries! They never delivered her what I ordered even though my order was promised to be there either the day before or the day of Mothers day. I called evening of Mothers Day to check on status and they said they will make sure it gets delivered in time and will call me to follow up. Not only did they not deliver it they also never called me back. The worst experience I have ever had! NO ONE ORDER HERE!

I got my strawberries but they were the size of a grape. I am totally disappointed and embarassed that i sent them as a valentines day gift after paying $19.99 for 6 strawberries, $14.99 for shipping and an extra $9.99 just because its valentines day I expected a quaility product. What I received was a joke. I have iordered strawberries from other places in the past and the berries were large and juicy. These were terrable.

I LOVED Shari's Berries, but the charges for shipping/handling were too expensive. A customer is not notified of shipping charges in a timely manner during the order process. I won't be gifting from this company ONLY because of the shipping charges.

I received an arrangement that did not match the picture and was not what I ordered. What they sent was bad fruit. Grapes were so sour your puckered, pineapple was mostly the center core, and there was still the rind on the cantelope and honey dew. Terrible terrible terrible. When I contacted customer service they did a 50% refund and offered to redeliver the same terrible fruit i got in the first order. Byt the way it really isnt Sherri's Berries now, it is the corporate comblomerate of 1800 flowers... Stay away and order some where else...

I placed 3 separate orders with Sherries Berries just about $400 worth of products.
I opted for either 2/13or 2/14 as delivery dates. Only 1 of the 3 orders made it on 2/14. The first order showed up on 2/11 and the second part of the first order showed up on the 12th. The 3rd order will not show up until the 17th.
My wife jus sent me a video of the flowers showing up in a box and the vase was separate.

I'll never order from these guys definitely not what I was expecting. Please consider other options for your orders.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Over Priced for 6 small soft strawberries and Shipping charges were a disgrace, how they charged extra for Mother Day delivery! My Poor Husband who bought them for me was so embarrassed at the high cost and the lack of quality with this product. I would never buy from this place again!

I submitted my negative review to their website on 5/14/18, including 2 pictures, got the "Confirm your review submission" email, and the "Thank you" that I'd been "verified." However, my review has never shown up on their site, so here it is:

What a mess
My daughter ordered these for me over a week ago to be delivered this past Friday for Mother's Day. She was charged regular shipping, an "up charge" for being close to Mother's Day, and an additional charge for "extra precaution" because I live in a "warm climate." The package arrived today, Monday, via UPS after 5:00 - three days after the expected/paid-for delivery. The ice pack was pure water, the boxes containing the products were all wet, and the strawberries were totally destroyed; melted, broken apart, and appeared to be rotten. The smell was horrible. I had to toss the entire box and all the contents. The UPS shipping label indicated "UPS Ground." She was told it left the facility at 2:00 a.m. Friday morning. How long do they expect their ice packs to last? It is evidently not a good idea to send these to "warm climates." I don't know who was more disappointed, my daughter or me. And "30% off your next purchase" doesn't cut it.
