It said my order was $39.98 then when I go to cart it says $49.98 plus $22.00 for shipping. Why hasn't anyone filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General or the FTC? I think I am going to.

What a joke.

What the hell is this? I've been in tears all day!. First after finding out my mother isn't going to get her gift on time (that I paid $40 to make sure it was guaranteed delivery today) and then to see the one that WAS delivered on time to my mother in law to LOOK LIKE THIS?!? Are you guys serious right now?!?!

MOTHERS DAY IS RUINED THIS YEAR, THANKS SHARI'S. What an embarrassment, my God.

I PAID ALMOST $200 FOR THIS!. I paid $80 to make sure they got there on time and intact and they'll only refund me $20. Horrible customer service reps very hard to communicate with them, seems like they have no idea what's going on.

I placed a $70 order 4 days before my girl bday and they never brought it I didn't receive an email or phone call no nothing and when I called to figure out what was going on the lady who was very helpful told me that they emailed me stating they tried delivering it and to call and they would bring it back I never got that email and I had been tracking my order the whole $#*!ing day and after hours of seeing it say their starting on my order I called because I'm like damn when is it going to be in transit and that's when I found out I had wasted my whole day sitting at the house waiting on order that was never in route $#*! these ppl next time I'll go to Walmart and put some $#*! together myself

I order a BIRTHDAY gift for a friend who also happens to be a client. I ordered 12 assorted cake pops, 6 BIRTHDAY chocolate covered strawberries, and 4 chocolate covered cookies on Monday for a Saturday delivery. I paid the extra fee to enclose a BIRTHDAY card with a message. Only for my recipient to receive ONLY 3 GET WELL CAKE POPS, regular and not birthday decorated strawberries and 4 cookies that looked like they fell in a mud puddle. When I called their most horrible and disgusting customer service, they gave me the run around, could have cared less about the error and said I had reached Pakistan! Is this company not based in California? I could hardly understand a word they said and they REFUSED to let me speak to a supervisor. I HAD TO ASK them to ship out the correct items that I purchased. Their earliest ship date was 5 DAYS from Saturday! Happy Birthday? Belated more like it! Guess what? They never replaced my order! This company is DISGUSTING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Well I ordered mine on a Friday and asked for it to arrive on Tuesday. My mother really wanted these and I was excited to buy them for her. Tuesday arrived and UPS said it was going to be before 5pm and it wasn't here until 7pm. The guy tossed it at the door and walked off in a hurry. I opened the box where it contained one ice pack that was melted and the box and my little letter which could've been done cuter. I opened the box and of course the toppings were all over the box and some where big some were tiny And still had the stem on them. They were edible but not worth buying for someone you cared for ever! I will not buy these chocolate covered strawberries ever again. I'll just make my own.

Ordered flowers and berries 8 days before valentines day as a package they deliver the flowers the next day 2/7/23 who deliveries the flowers 7 days early chatted with customer service no help. They could careless just provide excuses DONT USE THIS COMPANY CALL SOMEONE ELSE they are scam

I received barries onmay 6th from my daughter, she is on the road i will not telll her they were bad. But i am telling you so you will watch what you send.
The way it sounds is if you make a complant it doesn't matter.

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE IN THE PICTURE. YOU GET ONE LARGE AND THE REST ARE TINY. WORST PART WAS THE ONE LARGE WAS BROWN ON TOP. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE BEYOND UNHELPFUL AFTER 40 MINS ON THE PHONE AND THE SUPERVISOR REFUSING TO PUT HER BOSS ON THE PHONE. WE HAD TO CALL OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE CHARGE.

I placed a order om 02/09/2018 for a deliver on 02/14/2018 by noon. The order was not delivered i called them and they stated the order will not be delivered till tomorrow 02/15/2019. Like why the heck would I want to send my girl flower and strawberries the day after. She is so hurt and disappointed about this. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM

I received berries from Shari's Berries at home as a gift a few years ago and they arrived just fine. I just received them as a gift again at work. Our mailroom guy left before I got back from an appointment in the afternoon and had them locked in the mailroom. I didn't get until the next morning. Granted I know they are perishable, but they were all broken up and very soft. If they were fresh berries, they shouldn't have been mushy/rotten after just one night. Not impressed! They could at least mark the box with a bright colored sticker saying PERISHABLE - PLEASE REFRIGERATE ASAP! The Perishable printing on the package was hardly noticeable.

I made the grave error of ordering Shari's Berries for my daughter's 18th birthday AND my elderly homebound mother who could not attend. BOTH deliveries arrived one day late. $124.94 wasted. Shari's Berries is an UTTER FAIL. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered on 7/19 to be delivered on 7/20 when I received ordered it was the wrong order so they resent the order to be delivered the next day 7/21 the delivery never came I checked cameras and everything but they said they were delivered the Cincinnati ohio branch is very unprofessional I will not recommend them

I already expressed my feelings towards this PIRATE business and the inferior product I received and ask them to remove my name and email from their contact lists. They said they were sorry and that they were sending another replacement order. WELL, didn't get that and still getting SPAM MESSAGES wanting my business on "special" deals. I am done with these people, I want them to go away. Now it's harrasment.

My gf and I live 7 hours away from each other and couldn't see each other. She bought 2 weeks ahead and paid extra for guaranteed Valentine's Day shipping on top of their already outrageous prices. I'm not getting my present and she only got back the $10 for shipping. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

They said they delivered at 10:42 to a business the business closes at 6 and doors are locked they replied your out of luck and hung up - waste of $100 - but i will give them 1000's in poor reviews CROOKS

called customer service and they hung up on me and said too bad you should have been at the business at 10:42 at night seriously!!!

I ordered berries for my 87 year old Mother-in-Law. The delivery date was to be May 10,2018. I had her stay home to wait on the delivery... they never came. I called to find out what the problem was. I was told the delivery date was changed to the 15th which was not acceptable. I was told they could ship a different item but would have to give my card info again. I said no way! I had already been charged for an order that was never received. I ask for cancellation confirmation and was told it would take 48 hours. I will never order again and I'm also contacting Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck to let the know the kind of company they are advertising. Also, the call center was in the Phillipeans and I could not understand the rep :(
