ORDERED FLOWERS AND CHOCOLATE BERRIES FOR MY WIFE AS A SURPRISE AT WORK FOR VALENTINES DAY. I PLACED THE ORDER ON FEBRUARY 7TH AND PAYED FOR MORNING DELIVERY. NOT ONLY DID MY ORDER NOT GET DELIVED IN THE MORNING IT WONT BE DELIVERED UNTIL FRIDAY THE DAY AFTER VALENTINES DAY! I CALLED THEIR ORDER TRACKING LINE AFTER 2 PM TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER WAS AS HER WORK CLOSED AT 4 PM. I WAS UNABLE TO EVEN SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE AND THEIR LINE KEPT HANGING UP ON ME. I THEN CALLED BACK AND REQUESTED AN OPERATOR. THE OPERATOR WHO I WAS CONNECTED (AFTER 22 MINUTES) TO SPOKE VERY POOR ENGLISH AND TOLD ME BECUASE THEY HAD SO MANY ORDERS MINE WOULDN'T BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY! NOT A GREAT FEELING WHEN YOUR WIFE DOESN'T GET A GIFT FOR VALENTINES DAY!

My very first time ordering with Sharis berries and these people fraudently took money out of my bank account without my permission! When talking with the customer service rep for 35mins trying to get the money they took back she kept putting me on hold did not know what to say and refused to put a supervision on the phone. I had to call my bank and report fraud activity on my account. So not only am i missing a good amount of money out of my account now i have to wait 5-7 days for a new card and my money returned! TOTALLY IMCONVINCED AND SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE! DONT KNOW ORDER HERE!

I got one box delivered by FedEx at 10:00 on Thursday night and opened the box and they were broken and smelled overripe and the ice pack was melted, so I put them in the Frig and hoped for the best. I called my daughter who had ordered them for me for Mothers Day and they sent out another box that was delivered by Ups
And that box seemed ok, but after eating about 4 or these, I now have diarrhea and don't know if that is what caused or the first box which I ate the chocolate and threw the berries away. The 1st box was shipped out from SD on the 3rd and I got it 2 1/2 days later and everything was melted, So someone should be inspecting these packages and try not to send out from SD/

Do not order from this company. They do not care about your special ocassion, just the money they can make off of it. I am a service member assigned overseas in Germany. So I don't have the luxury of giving my mom a Mother's Day gift in person. I went with these. Overpriced? Yes. But its the thought that counts. Only problem is, its the thought they screwed up. I paid extra to include a card. Took the time to write heartfelt words. And they sent the wrong card, from Noel and Cassi". So i called... 20 minutes and $20 dollars later (overseas call), i finally spoke with a customer service rep. No joy. They offered to "send a replacement card. A replacement card? Really? I asked for a supervisor, and was transferred. She spoke in a monotone, that she apologized for the inconvenience. Every time i tried to explain that the gift, without the card... The correct card, that the gift was ruined. Again monotone, stating they could only refund card, as the berries arrived (the merchandise) even if the card didnt (the thought). She again apologized with zero sincerity. This company does not get it. We buy these overpriced berries for the thought, the memory, that our loved one feels as they read our words... the "merchandise " is secondary. But not for Sherries Berries. They appear to care only if there's y make a profit on the transaction.
Please, better to get a gift elsewhere. These folks are just in it for the profit

I saw ads for Shari's Berries on TV and it looked like a good idea. My wife's birthday is the day before Valentine's day and I wanted to do something special and different for Valentine's day.
I ordered strawberries and roses and spent and extra $15 to have it delivered to her work before noon.
Valentine's day came and despite the fact they said that they would send an email when it was delivered, I didn't hear anything by 2:00. There was not way to track my order from there site, so I spent a half hour on the phone trying to get someone to respond. When I finally got someone, they informed me it wouldn't be delivered until the 15th. I asked why I wasn't informed and they had no answer. I cancelled the order and scrounged through the remaining flowers at the local stores to get something passable for my wife.
I would give them -5 stars if I could. I will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It is bad enough that they couldn't make their commitment, but even worse that they couldn't inform me earlier that they would be making the delivery on time.

I wish I could give them negative numbers in this review! I purchased a Living Social coupon trying to try a new business. First, when I used the coupon the prices of the products are so expensive, this coupon barely covered half the cost. Then they start charging you for every shipping cost possible - rural area, Saturday delivery, etc. The site did not warn me of these charges until after my card was charged. I immediately called customer service to change the delivery to Friday. She complied and updated my order. I received 2 emails with confirmation that April 14 delivery would occur. April 14 is here an NO berries. I called customer service, and they said the order was cancelled April 4. I called Mar 31 and April 14. I never called NOR did I send an email as they suggest on April 4 to cancel this order. Now I have to call Living Social and try to get my money back from them as well as make sure the charge to my credit card from Shari's is deleted.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
THEY DO NOTHING... LITERALLY!

I have received the gourmet drizzled berries before and they were amazing. Unfortunately, when I placed an order for these berries I did not know that I would have a difficult time receiving them. The customer service is very difficult because many of the agent's background were extremely loud making it hard to share my information. I placed my order on 1/27/21 and was expected to get them on 2/11/21. I requested a delivery date change for 2/13/21, in which I was told was not available. However, I waited for my berries to be delivered on 2/11 and never received them. When I spoke to a representative they stated that my order was going to be delivered on 2/13 which I never received a confirmation of that. When I spoke to Luisa (the only representative that was helpful) she stated that the last agent that I spoke with did not process my order correctly that led to it being canceled. I would have never known of this cancelation if I did not call customer service. My berries were resubmitted and now I have to receive them on 2/16. I guess the thirty dollar credit that I also will receive because of this situation is suppose to help. For future reference, changing the date of your order is not worth it.

That at least the product will be up to an acceptable standard when it is delivered to my daughter later this week for her birthday. I agree with the other reviews here that this is a bait and switch operation. They do not reveal the shipping cost until you reach the very end of the transaction. I almost didn't place the order because of the exorbitant cost. But then I rationalized that it was for my daughter and she loves chocolate-covered strawberries. Afterwards, I realized that I made a mistake on the delivery date and should have specified delivery a day earlier. Good luck dealing with their India-outsourced customer service operation. It was one of the most frustrating customer service calls ever... bad connection, poor communication skills... I was so frustrated having to repeat myself over and over again that I had to turn over the phone to my wife who, God bless her, endured the tedious conversation. After 1/2 an hour, the solution offered to us was to cancel the order and reorder with no increase in cost. So our card was charged a second time and we are supposed to be receiving a credit for the original order. After hanging up, we realized that they did not apply the 15% promo code we had used (today they're offering a 20% discount). So we had to call back and go through the whole excruciating process again with an equally inept customer service rep. Another 1/2 hour wasted. So our card was charged a third time; now have to follow our bank statement closely and make sure that we are credited for both the first and second orders. I'm holding my breath that at lease the product is up to standard. If it is not, I will be demanding a full refund and will post a follow up to this scathing review.

I ORDERED on the 11th to be delivered a day early on the 13th of February... it is now the 14th and the order is not delivered nor will it be because SHARI'S BERRIES can't find the order... their customer service is the WORST i've ever experienced. COMPLETELY INEPT. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I placed an order online, or so I thought. Never got a confirmation number. When I went to order a 2nd order I was being charged for shipping after I already paid for the "Passport" for free shipping with first order. Called customer service 3x because they dont speak or understand English. Couldnt find my order for the strawberries, just the order for the "passport" for free shipping that was placed at the same time. Never got a resolution and no clue if my order exists because of the language barrier. Wont order from this place again. I cant provide a proof of purchase as requested because customer service cant get thru a conversation or understand what Im asking, or spelling of my name. They constantly ask for an order number when I have told them repeatedly that I never got the confirmation after I paid. Then they said it could take up to 48 hours to get a confirmation. There was a recoding to leave a survey after the call but they wouldnt hang up for me to leave the survey. Terrible customer service

I ordered Sharis Berries but never got a confirmation and their customer service is so bad that the communication/language gap kept me from getting it resolved. They are programmed to read their scripts and not listen to what we are asking. Assuming thats because they dont understand. For what we pay for the product, get your customer service in the United States with people that actually speak and understand english.

I placed an order this morning at 8:00am. I called over my lunch break at noon to see if I could make a change to the order I had placed hours before. I was told that I couldn't make any modifications to my order. Why? I asked. All she could tell me was the order is unmodifiable. I said well then I want to cancel the order and I will just re place it the way I want it online. She said she cannot cancel the order but she will refund my money. What Kind of idiotic business plan is that? However she was very misleading by telling me they value there customers and that's why she was doing it. However she couldn't tell me if the person I was sending the package to was still going to receive the package or not. I am beyond confused. I am sending this to a girlfriend for her birthday I want her to receive something from me but now I am unsure if she will or not. I don't want to place another order for fear she will now get two things? What I thought would be a simple phone call to modify an order that isn't supposed to go out for 5 days has turned into a disaster. Thanks for the headache shari's berries!

What a stressful mess...
My Husband and I Decided to give each other Sharis berries for Valentines Day. I placed the order on Feb. 5th. Picked 12th for delivery. FedEx tracking said the Address was wrong, no it isn't... I called your customer service on the night of the 12th, address was correct phone number was correct. The date change to 13th delivery... Ok stayed home all day, no berries, called Fedex at 2:50. Double checked all info for delivery. Was told they would send a message to route personal to call me, waited the 2 hrs I was told to wait. No call!
At 4:50 I called customer service gave Lei, my order number, ************** at that time I rechecked my tracking number, Will not deliver until 16, Do to weather! It's cold not anything else... Unbelievable!
At this time I'm waiting for a full refund...
I really fill I Deserve more for all I have put up with, not to mention the Disappointment...
I will be contacting Glen Beck, Fox News, Rush Limbaugh... Companies that advertise for you, with my dealings with you...
