I placed an order from them a few years ago and the entire experience was a complete disaster, from start to finish. I encountered problems right away- beginning with placing my order, issues with my credit card payment, delivery, quality of product, and finally deplorable customer service representation! Unfortunately, I decided I would give them another chance, since it was so long ago & I had a coupon for Mother's Day. Big mistake! I tried numerous times to place the order online to no avail, so I was forced to call the company. Two representatives and an hour later I was still trying to process my order. I also wanted to MAKE SURE that a note that I had to now dictate verrry slowly (including punctuation) would be included in the order. It was NOT. It was also delivered the day BEFORE Mother's Day. And I was charged TWICE on my credit card. I just got off the phone after speaking with TWO Shari's Berries customer service reps. I was told that the reason there are TWO charges is because the company puts a "prior authorization hold" on your card for 5-7 days! I was not informed of ANY of this. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

They run their customer service overseas! They can't speak English. The item I was ordering was 44.97 they charged me 27.00 to ship! Never again!

I ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries for my wife and mom for Mother's Day. I placed the order May 4th, and one of their delivery options was for Saturday the 8th for an extra $14.99. I chose that option, paid the bill, into the works it went. By May 7th tracking showed it was still over 375 miles away. No tracking on May 8th the day the extra fee charge was suppose to have my order there. Order arrived May 11th. Chocolate was melting and Strawberries were runny. Sent pic to company asking why. Received reply back that my delivery date was not available anyway, and they were sorry about it arriving late. Called corporate, they confirmed delivery date was not available, I mentioned the extra charge for that date that they happily accepted from me, and Wendy from corporate said ya sorry. I said well you know that's fraud. You charged extra for a service, I paid, but you never intended to fulfill. Look up the definition of fraud, and you'll find it fits this scenario. Wendy's response, "well we didn't intent to." Of so that makes it all better. Problem is you charge how many people this extra fee, that people like me gladly paid for delivery, KNOWING ALL ALONG, they had no INTENTION of delivery on their obligation. This was my second attempt with them. First time, crash and burn, second time, crash and burn, so third time... not a $#*!ing chance! If you need chocolate strawberries or anything like, check the local businesses first. They will deliver, this place will just say oops sorry we will send more after it's too late. Rethink using this company. They have a poor business practice & and track mark of failure. Refer to FedEx tracking for this order in the attached pics.

I went to order two items, 12 hand dipped strawberrys and a pack of 6 hand dipped strawberry's! I did want them delivered on Saturday to my house! They went to try to charge me twice for shipping! 9.99 regular shipping and 12.99 for Saturday shipping. Ok I was cool with paying that once, but they were trying to charge me it twice? I thought it was a mistake and I tried to first chat with someone, they said they charge shipping for each item you try to buy! MIND YOU IT COMES ALL IN ONE BOX! (My husband has ordered the same thing I am trying to order, two items came in one box) so I try to call the number to find out what is going on! Person on the phone said they charge shipping for reach item in your cart. The 12 dipped strawberry's were 33.98 and the 6 Dipped strawberry's were 33.99 (differ chocolate) so in total it would of been 68.00 bucks for strawberry's and 46.00 bucks for shipping? They are ripping people off because they ship everything in the same box but charge 9.99 X2 plus 12.99 X2 for shipping Saturday? But if I wanted to order the 6 strawberry's and a cake that they bundled together I would of only paid 9.99 for shipping and 12.99 for Saturday order all shipped in the same box! A $#*!ing cake weighs more than 12 strawberry's. So, they are scammers and try to rape people of their money. Don't buy from this place! Sad part is I like the product! But not when they try this $#*!! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE COPIES OF ALL THE CORRESPONDENCE TO PROVE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND ARE CHARGING FOR SHIPPING THEY DONT USE.

Never purchase from this company. They didn't deliver my product, customer service promised a discount to rectify the order, they ended getting it cancelled. When I tried to reorder they flagged my account as fraudulent. Customer service is useless, they couldn't resolve the issue. Will never order from this company
