I order thru Groupon some 6 strawberries that they had posted online for $19.97 and when I called it took 1 hour for them to answer and another 1 hour for them to take my order, then just to find out it was a wast of time. My $30.00 dollar value they did not want to use on there product. They had very poor customer service and wanted to charge more then what the online price was. From $19.97 it was a total of $46.00 because they said it was already discounted... don't wast your time and money with false advertising...

Somebody elses order was delivered to my contact on his birthday with the wrong note which was embarrassing as the concerned person send mea pic of the note asking why did I write him such a note?
On requesting to the customer relationship to rectify the mistake, got a response saying they can refund $5/-. Seriously? Negative rating-5

No you have done enough by ruining Valentine's day! Did not show up and did not even call! I had to call and get put on hold for 15 minutes to find out you were not coming today! The girl said they would delivery 2/15/19 (a day late) but wait she will not be there until 2/21/19!

My precious daughter sent me a bouquet of flowers and a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. What a lovely, generous Mother's Day gift! It arrived three days late. Needless to say, the ice was melted, the flowers wilted (though I was able to revive them) and the candy broken and strawberries mushy. She has received no response to her efforts to reach the company.

I was shocked at Shipping and delivery charges for my 30$ order as they were almost as much as the final order price as I attempted an online order. I called them and got a sales person who was nice but incredibly difficult to understand as I asked for a discount, if available. Took her 10 minutes to give me an answer and when I asked for a supervisor I was told none were available. Based on other reviews here, I am lucky I didn't get a discount. Hello Edible Arrangements and never Sherries Berries again. Lesson learned

These are the smallest strawberries we've ever seen. The toppings are sparse. What a waste of hard earned money. They don't come close to all the hype. We waited for years to give Shari's Berries a try. What a huge disappointment.

The berries arrived falling apart assuming it was because they were fermented. Oh and as a Mother's Day gift. Upon contacting I was offered new berries. No thank you. Next a gift certificate. No again. After insisting on a refund they agreed along with a $20 certificate for future order. Again I would never order.
I did not receive the refund as promised and have been on the line several times to get it. Still nothing. $65 for a horrible gift and still zero money. Very poor all across the board. Total waste of money!

I paid extra to guarantee delivery on Mothers Day. It never showed up and now it says delivering Tuesday. Customer service hold time is 3 hours. Just contested the charge on our credit card and going to refuse delivery.

This company's Customer care is useless. Ordered through PayPal, received Paypal transaction number, never received Flowers and Strawberries. Do yourself a favor, order from a local vendor. Their Customer Care in the Philippines kept me on hold for hours, disconnected me several times and was terrible. I will never buy from Proflower/ Shari berries again.

Shari's Berries was advertising on the radio starting about two months before Mother's Day, guaranteeing delivery by that holiday, and offering substantial discounts on various packages. Ordering off the website, I discovered the guaranteed delivery date before Mother's Day was not available, and the earliest they could get them out was a week later. The package came today (May 25), a week after the promised delivery date. The package was warm, the berries soft and mushy and the chocolate melted. Going back to the website, I could not find any customer service contact link, and the toll-free number was an offshore facility, and only for new orders only. That's it. I'm done with this outfit. If they promise delivery by a certain date, they better deliver, and for the prices, the product better be higher quality than what's available in the grocery store.

I was given two 6ct, what was supposed to be chocolate covered strawberries along with flowers for Valentine's, but what I received was 3 chocolate covered strawberries, that were average size and 3 huge hunks of chocolate with a tiny strawberry in the middle! This happened in both boxes! This stuff is too expensive for them to take an inch size strawberry and cover it with so much chocolate that it looks to be 2 inches or more!

I paid $35 for an order and was charged $38 for shipping! I had to pay $17 for shipping then $5 for Valentine Day delivery then $16 more for before noon delivery because they will not guarantee a before 5 PM delivery to a business! They would be better off (psychologically) just charging me $60 and free shipping but they know nobody would pay that much for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a couple of pretzels! I feel like an idiot getting this but my wife wanted it from seeing on TV so I did it anyway...

Beware that what ever you order (6 strawberries) you will pay at least $15 for shipping. The shipping cost are not apparent and when I contact the company to express my concern customer service was rude and indignant. I hope the product is worth the hassle.

I placed order for two DIFFERENT dozen strawberries, I paid extra shipping $9.95 EACH on top of the already high shipping costs, for a total of $49.96 just in shipping! That's crazy! I paid $146.06 for 2 dozen chocolate dipped strawberries NEVER AGAIN! I received two dozen of the same strawberries, and not what I ordered. This was my daughters first Mother's Day and we celebrated a weekend early because we were also celebrating my birthday. When they delivered to my house, where the family was for celebration, I was so embarrassed when she opened the box of strawberries! It looks like a 3rd grader art project. Very disappointed! I'd give a zero if I could.

Paid extra to have delivery between 2/12 and 2/14. Didn't happen. 2/15 talked with them they guaranteed delivery by 8 pm... didn't happen. Talked with them again on 2/16 they told me they would deliver fresh delivery only to come back and say there were no strawberries (in California?) so they would give me a complete refund as well as email me a 20$ gift certificate! At this time 2/25 have not received a gift certificate and had to contact my credit company to challenge the charge that is still on my card. No refund! Absolutely pitiful.

A friend of mine in Hawaii took the time and money to place an order and have it shipped to our home as a holiday gift. External Packaging was good, icepack still cold. But the contents? Doesn't even come close to the advert pic. Somebody seriously needs to refund her, her money.

Once they arrived, they were completely ruined.
It was not easy getting a refund. I had to call and talk to two reps, who tried to convince me that I shouldn't get a refund. They finally caved. Very disappointing mother's day.

I just spent almost an hour trying to place an order because the person could not understand and kept putting me on hold. I asked to speak with a supervisor and waited another 10 minutes. (never got to speak to one!) I had previously tried the week before and thought I had just come across an incompetent person. Obviously everyone there is incompetent. What a shame because we always enjoyed the strawberries but is not worth your time trying to place an order! 1

My mother's day gift was a disaster and I was very disappointed. When I opened the package and the berries was melted completely and my flowers were hot a ruined. Why in the hell do they use UPS services to deliver what is supposed to be fresh!?. I got my refund of $90 but I can not believe what I saw when I opened the box. Thank god I got this before my mother did. It would have been such an embarrassment.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my mother on mother's day. I ordered well in advance to have them delivered the Thursday prior. They never arrived and UPS tracking said the box was empty and damaged and they would notify shipper. I emailed every day for 4 days with no response from their customer service.
Today I called and the first person disconnected me. I called back and they wanted to re-deliver. I asked for a refund and was told that would take 5 to 7 business days. Funny it did not take 5 to 7 business days to charge my card for the order. That was immediate!
I asked them to expedite the refund and the person just kept saying over and over that I would get an email.
Horrible experience - please don't make the mistake I did. My mom is 80. Next mother's day I'll use someone reputable.

I sent the lady bug pops and berries as a Valentine gift. My granddaughter loved the pops but the strawberries were MUSHY... ugh. I had read about this complaint and thought that this being a California address to ship to that they might be better. Sorry my bad. I won't order strawberries from them again. I did email them today so we will see if I get a refund.

My name is Jacob, and I ordered those for my wife karol on mother's day this 2019. The 12 berries arrived wrapped properly in some kind of ice packs, we live in Florida and they were not melted! They were DELICIOUS! She loved them. I payed about $58 (plus shipping) for the 12 berries. I will order every year for mother's day, she felt so special like she should.
