Packaging for the berries was terrible. Half of them were destroyed because they weren't secure. When reaching out to customer service they showed no interest in caring at all & just kept letting me know my order had been delivered. Not worth the cost at all.

An absolute joke & waste of your time.
I placed an order for mothers day today. They sent me an email with a different delivery date I requested and was promised / supported by their website.
I called the support number provided to correct their mistake... twice. Finding someone who actually spoke English was a challenge and my mistake thinking that would actually happen. But I hung in there giving them an opportunity. (1.2 hours total out of life I will never get back.)
I ended up canceling the order and assured I would receive an email confirmation. Which of course I never received. I have been in the hospitality business for more than 25 years and NEVER received worse service.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this situation.

Not follow instructions on contacting the phone number provided. Total disappointment! Customer service was very unapologetic, as if this thing happens all of the time.

This was an absolute joke. I ordered a dozen berries and when they arrived they were 1/2 the size of what they should be. For around $3.00 a strawberry, this is a complete ripoff! I will never place another order and will be advising my friends to do the same. Swindling customers during the holidays. Disgusting.

Ordered berries 2 weeks in advance for Valentine's day. Paid extra to guarantee deliver on Valentine's Day. They showed up after the business was closed. 5:30PM. So the berries never got delivered. I sent 4 different emails asking what my options were. NO REPLY. I called twice, both times got someone who barely spoke english. The first one just kept asking me to repeat the order number and asking if i use any other name. The second one, all i could make out was, do you want a refund.

My daughters bought me an order of chocolate covered strawberries. They were supposed to be fresh and delivered same day made. They were inedible! First of all they were frozen solid. The berries were not ripe. If you cut one open you saw a green center. The chocolate covering was hard as a rock and tasteless.

My husband ordered the berries as a valentine's day gift. They arrived first thing in the morning which was great. The Fed ex guy even had a smile on his face when he delivered them. The berries were cold and pretty. The box was nice and everything was well stored. But the berries were the best part they were fresh and juicy. The chocolate was good too. I didn't care to much for the ones with the nuts but I don't really like nuts. Anyway I'm glad that he got them for me.

I placed an order for my mom for Mother's Day and when the delivery came, it was an empty box! Their customer service is in India or the phillipines and don't speak English and are rude. This place is terrible they did not even offer to make it right. I'm pretty sure this company does not operate in this country but may have some corporate office as a front. I will NEVER use the cheap $#*! place again. Beware of this place. I had to not only pay for over priced products but there was a $27 delivery charge.
What a f$&king rip off! This place should be run out of business. I wonder if the IRS knows about these people? A front for illegal activity I bet. So after my rant I give them no stars, if fact I give -5 star rating! It made me give them 1 star, ever their rating system is a rip off.

Ordered berries the week before Mother's Day with a promised delivery date on Friday before. Order didn't show up and said it would instead be delivered Saturday. Now it shows it will be delivered the Tuesday after. It has been packaged and sitting, no longer cold.
Called customer service but no answer and no return call.

Most of these seem to be from buyer's, so as a woman receiving these, let me just say: "DON'T". I have now been the recipient of Shari's Berries 3 times from 2 different boyfriends. They have sucked EVERY time. This last time, they were delivered after hours, so I didn't get them until the following morning & by then, they were drippy and the box had obviously been thrown around. Chocolate covered strawberries are probably my favorite thing on Earth & these are not worth it. Plus all the sprinkles & fancy crap they put on the outside make them totally unappealing to me. Seriously, go the store & buy some real fresh berries & a bag of chocolate chips and make them for $6 & they'll be delicious. Don't buy these.

On the road for work and ordered chocolate dipped strawberries and love bug cake pops to be delivered for my husband and young sons for Valentine's Day. I PAID EXTRA to guarantee 2/13 delivery... just figuring that if they were late, they'd still make it in time for Valentine's Day. Well, it's 5pm on Valentine's Day and my order tracking says they have never left the warehouse at Shari's... still listed as processing. My husband confirms that nothing has been received. Live chat is unavailable. The "24 hour" customer service line began "experiencing technical difficulties, please call back at a later time" after holding for 34 minutes. No delivery. No customer service. Never again!

Ordered last year for my wife on Valentines day, Friday. She works in the school system so the Friday arrival was critical. They did not arrive on time. They actually arrived later that next week. The berries were in horrible shape. None of the coatings were attached. Sent pictures and got a refund. Their advertisements sound great and you would think that they would be prepared for a big holiday. I mean they are doing all the advertising but, from the reviews they aren't. Maybe it's their delivery method, however they are still accountable. The internet is full of bad reviews. Order them at your own risk but I'd advise a backup plan cause there is a very good chance they will not arrive on time.

Delivery was "attempted" except I've been at the delivery location all day and not once was Amy delivery attempted. This was supposed to deliver for a birthday, and now it won't be there for her. Called customer service and they said they couldn't get in touch with the store and they would have it resent in the morning... after it sits at the shipping facility in florida all night and melts.? I do not recommend sharis berries ever...

Bought one dozen of the most expensive multi-dipped strawberries. Put in "promo code" for 20% off. Checked out. Didn't apply my discount and charged $25 for shipping! All in all= Paid $70 for strawberries. They hide the final cost and it is very shady. Many of my friends were going to buy some also until they saw this garbage happen. You can do them yourself 1/8th the cost or even go to your local shopping center and get them for under $20. Save your money and run. Will never EVER order from this shady place again.

I placed a order on May 1,2016, on the phone. I was told a receipt would be emailed to be right then, Five calls and three days later back to Shari's Berries still no receipt emailed to me. Ever time I talk with some about the receipt they say OK sending it right now, still nothing. Now after I made this order I started get advertisement emails but no receipt. Mother's Day is so special to me. And I have no clue if my order was ever placed. It was so hard for the Operator to understand English. On my note with the gift to my mom was the word "you", but she would write and say "we". Am going out to purchase another gift from someone else now because am clueless if my mom will get this gift or not. Oh I look on my profile account and my order is not there, but my card was charged.

My wonderful husband sends me your chocolate covered strawberries pretty often. This time he added a dozen roses. Five of the roses where snapped when they arrived on Valentines day, so they sent me another dozen roses which came a day late and were dried up and shriveled. Very disappointed. I am sure he will not order any more flowers from this company. The strawberries are always beautiful and amazing! Sorry, but thought you should know. Thanks.

Shari's Berries used to be fabulous UNTIL they sold out to 1 800 FLOWERS. Then, they went downhill when the local florist started dipping.
A recent order showed up a day late. Florist tried to cover their berry (lol) by claiming they attempted to deliver. I was home all day. Additionally, driver from Door dash called 3 times claiming he could not deliver because when he got to florist, they were closed. Product finally delivered next morning at 7:10am and woke entire household by ringing doorbell.
Berries were not as picture perfect as shown. Very sloppy and even Corporate Customer service said they were ugly when they saw picture.

Shari's Berries more like Shari's Scammys. Placed my order a long time ago, paid extra for Valentine's day delivery. When I didn't receive the shipping notice this morning I called. The tracking number they gave me was fake (invalid) so i called back and spoke to an agent who told me they are "updating their systems today". B. S.! What gift company would update their systems on Valentine's day? So they are lying to their customers. Item still hasn't shipped and now the customer service line is disconnected (no answer). They took the money and ran. Fraud reports coming!

They charged for a rush delivery even though I did ask for rush delivery. No refund. Then they delivered the package two (2) days after the event it was sent for. A total waste of my money. Again, no refund, only "I'm sorry for the inconvenience."
Do business with someone else who cares about giving the customer what they spend their money on.

My son sent me the dipped strawberries and cheesecakes for mothers day. Cheesecakes were good, chocolate covered strawberries were green. All the pictures show strawberries with the stem showing. These were completely covered probably so you couldn't see they were green. I have sent these berries before based on recommendation of Glenn Beck. He probably gets the best ones. We however do not. I called customer service and spoke to someone I had trouble understanding with a heavy Indian accent and a bad connection who was going to send some more berries. Haven't gotten then yet to be delivered in 2 days. I was disappointed in the quality and the out of country customer service. Won't order from them again and will let my son know.

Will never order Shari's Berries ever again. The website stated it could be delivered as early as 05/08 so that is what I selected. Checked out and AFTER I got to the end, it was over 35 dollars for shipping and all sorts of other ridiculous charges, rush charge? Really. If this order gets to my father in law and it bad... First time customer LAST time customer. Complete ripoff.

Dont bother ordering from them. Their commercials that Ive heard said Huge berries, as big as your fist. The order I made for v day never arrived. They ( the person on the phone in the Philippines) told me they were lost in transit. But i never got an email telling me they were sent and UPS tracking number said invalid, which means they were never even sent. They gave me a refund and a complimentary re-order. My wife got her vday gift two days late. The strawberries were smaller than strawberries from walmart. False advertising really gets in my crawl. If you call you will never talk to anyone at the actual facility. They outsource all their communication to some place in Manila. Pretty sure the also outsource their FB Msg Service.
