I ordered for my wife for Valentines day. I paid for guaranteed delivery on said day. An additional $25 to be exact. Now I can understand if ordered 1-3 days before, but I ordered 9 days prior. I get an email the day of delivery stating they were sorry and to compensate me they would refund $10. Really, I check tracking and they didn't even process my order until Valentines Day. I have attached screenshots as proof. Dont ever buy from this company. I will make sure I do my part and inform anyone interested to go somewhere else to some one more reliable.

2 deliveries 1 month apart both failed. The local delivery vendors they use always say "attempted delivery" but I was home all day and never saw anyone. It's all lies. If you need a delivery in time for an anniversary or gift - don't do it. This service will make you stressed if you have a timed gift or event. It will not arrive. When the offer a discount or etc do not take it -- ask for the full refund only.

Tried to call 4 times over a period of almost a week and got NO SUPPORT! I was promised by someone half-way around the world the original spoiled order received 4 days late would be replaced overnight - nothing arrived. Then, after another call, a new order was sent - it too arrive days late and spoiled! I'm done with these fraudsters! Only could find one of the pictures I had of the spoiled product received.

My husband ordered me some orders two years in a row. I'm happy with the taste and freshness. However, it's very pricey for each order. You thought they will make each order look nice and uniform in measure. The pictures show how small some pieces were. They ad the price for each dozen. It doesn't make sense some are very small. Not sure goin to order more

Received these from my husband for Mothers Day. The package was dripping with water and strawberry juice. The ice packet was completely defrosted and dripping water. The strawberries were rotten and the chocolate fell off of them. My husband was so upset. This happened two years in a row. Spoke with customer service and they are replacing the berries and giving a $20.00 coupon. Delivery in 3 days. Not expecting much.

Placed an order about 4 days before Valentine's Day. Paid a substantial amount for delivery on Valentine's day. Despite tracking information all day showing it would be delivered on Valentine's Day, it never arrived. Still out for shipping a day later with no revised date. Feel like they just took my money an didn't really care if it got delivered or not.

I wanted my daughter who lives in a separate state than myself have something special from her Mom. What she got a few days after her birthday (I had them sent early) was a complete birthday gift nightmare. She finally received them this morning and they were warm, had mole all over them and the chocolate was sick. She sent me pictures. I was devastated this is what she got from her Mom. Contacting an attorney now. I am so upset they ruined my daughters birthday! I will never order from this sick company again!

Ordered for mother's day for my mom and sister some flowers and chocolate covered strawberries, mother's day came and went and the order was never delivered. Called customer service for him only to tell me, "well would you like me to deliver it tomorrow". Still not delivered, called back a couple days later and the lady made it seem as if they were actually just putting the order in as they supposedly ran out of inventory which is why my order never got delivered. Well don't you think you should've let me know that rather than just taking money from people. Well she tried to rectify the issue by changing my order to an available product which was just flowers and no berries, $#*! y'all are called Shari's berries. I can get flowers anywhere, I just had to cancel the whole order and get a refund which is gonna take another 5 days to get back. Basically just let them hold my money for 10 days for no reason

My wife's Mothers Day strawberries were supposed to be delivered Saturday 05/09 the day before Mother's Day. Instead they arrived on Tuesday 05/12. Three days late and when she opened them they were broken and warm. If I could I would give a lower rating than "1 Star".

Horrible experience ordered well. Over $260 in merch and never arrive on the day it was supposed to for my wife's and I Anniversary customer service offered a $20 voucher to use in further purchases witch i know there will not be. The disappointment in my wife and I are more than $20 for the amount spent definitely will never order from here again

If you like water logged strawberry jam with chocolate, I highly recommend ordering from Shari's Berries.
Customer service is overseas and if you send a detailed e-mail which includes order information and pictures, they will get back to you promptly with a promise to make it right and ask you to respond to that e-mail. When you respond to that e-mail the next e-mail says you did not provide enough information. When you call it sounds like a boiler room full of very nice people. I finally gave up and hung up after being put on hold for a long time. In all fairness, the flowers in this order were lovely, just way overpriced for the amount of flowers and the chocolate covered strawberry jam.

This is the last year we will buy these berries. For several years my husband bought me Sherri's berries for Valentine's. I loved them. They arrived on time and were delicious. Not for the last two years. They arrive a day late and are bitter and runny. ProFlowers bought this company and ruined it. These berries are the same horrible quality as their dead flowers. Do not waste your hard earned money on them.

0 stars. Rotten fruit or reused! Don't buy me none I will definitely not buy for anyone I care about. I received this 3 times as gift. The packaging is great but that's as far as it goes. Tried taking the chocolate off but it had fungus underneath.

I recently ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries for boss. They were supposed to look like reindeer. They looked deranged! It literally looked like a child had done them. I was so embarrassed! Not only that but they failed to deliver them to the correct address and left them in a doorway overnight! I will never order from them again.

Have placed three orders. Two of those orders had damaged packing and berries were not visually appealing. They charge 19.99 for shipping, which is an outrage, but receiving order in bad condition makes it a compound outrage.

Ordered 2 dozen chocolate strawberries for my wife on Mother's day. Half of them were broken and rotten had to throw 5 of them away. Paid $100.00 I would have gotten a better deal at Walmart and that's not saying much. They haven't even fixed the problem or refund my money. Terrible service.

How the things came 180. In recent years I received Saharis Berries and loved them. They were ripe, big beautifully adorned strawberries. This box was a sloppy, sad, under ripe and over priced sadness. I asked my husband not to waste his money on these again.

Wish there was a "zero star" rating. Like some others, paid the ridiculous shipping for Mother's Day delivery, but product never arrived. Sent an email over the weekend, but no response by Monday afternoon. Called the company and they issued a full refund without explanation as to what had happened with my order. Never again.

They will charge you twice the shipping price to "guarantee" delivery by a certain date, then send you an email on that date saying "oops, sorry... here's coupon for your next order." Wife was terribly disappointed. Berries were small to tiny, irregularly shaped, half melted. One actually had a hair on it. The whole selection looked old. Definitely bottom shelf stuff. Tried to call customer service, phone connection the absolute the. All I could hear was it was somewhere off-shore (India, Pakistan, who knows). Please do not support this rip-off. They used to be good but NO MORE. Save your money

Sent the husband berries for Anniversary, paid an extra 9.99 for Saturday delivery. Got the box from fed ex guy, opened it up, frozen pack was melted, berries warm and much smaller than advertised. I'd be pissed out of my mind if I did not use a groupon. I will never order this product again. It's so not worth the money.
