I have ordered for 15 Plus years from this company and never had a issue until this time. I ordered a two dozen red roses and strawberry's. The order was delivered as scheduled. It contained 23 multicolor roses and the berry's.I reach out to chat and all I got was nothing but I need order number I need date. Said could not look up by name order or delivered to. I provided as much info as possible but the computer on their side was very frustrating. I will NEVER order from this company or it affiliates again. Customer service stink's. Beware spend you 100 plus dolar somewhere else as it will save you a lot of grief

I have ordered chocolate covered strawberries for years from Sherries Berries. I was shocked when I ordered the latest dozen for my son's 16th birthday. When they arrived and my son opened his gift, I was shocked to discover how small the strawberries were. They used to be a great size as shown in all the photographs on the website. These were miniscule in comparison. And the shipping charges! Yikes! $16.99 plus $4.99. That is highway robbery especially since I live in LA and they shipped from San Diego. I won't order them again. It's sad.

I just made two orders and even after entering all my info it was not clear that I was not getting a dozen berries... The radio code is only for 6 berries... The radio add and the website is not clear till you get your receipt for your purchase and you realize you are only getting 6 berries for $35.00... NOT HAPPY

I ordered the five days of romance For Valentine's Day. The offer and also the customer service representative on the phone with whom I placed the order Said deliveries would be Friday Saturday Monday Tuesday which is Valentine's Day and Wednesday. After they took my money My email confirmation stated that they would be delivering 2 of the orders on Monday Skipping Valentine's Day And delivering the final item on Wednesday. Kind of ruined the whole surprise I had going on. Calls to customer service didn't fix my problem. I will never order from these people again. Get it together sherries berries

Sherries berries is late but three or four days I have to pay extra for shipping ship the flowers haven't got the bear is the same day as the flowers still haven't gotten the berries who knows where those are or how they even are screw sherries berries

Ordered the perfect pairing for my wife to be delivered at her job for valentine's. Overpaid for their product and shipping so it ended up a $49.99 product cost $80... called and texted them on valentine's only to find out they hadn't even shipped it! Said they can have it delivered by the 20th... if you expect to do something special for your loved one don't do it with sharis berries!

First time I've ever used Shari's Berries. A coworker has received them in the past and always have been amazing so I decided to send some to a friend for Christmas. Thank you Shari's Berries for the biggest moment of embarrassment ever! The berries were tiny and not packaged nicely and definitely not what I ordered - patiently awaiting my refund now. Will NOT be using them in the future.

My husband ordered me two dozen of the awful strawberries covered in something.
They certainly did not arrive looking like the pictures. The strawberries were hard and sour, the chocolate was hard and actually hard to chew. The stems (leaves) were dead so they did not look like anything you wanted to eat. They were delivered to the wrong address and the package was so sticky that we had to tear open the lid to get the the awful fruit. Save your money, it was awful and way too expensive.

What an embarrassing Valentine gift! $60 worth of undersized half green berries. And these were " Premium". Of course you're not hit with the $15 delivery charge until the end of checkout. This company has hit the skids. INedibles!. Baaaaaaaaad Cupid!

I was excited to try this web and send strawberries for valentine day. The price was high but it was fine, I thought to give it a try. However, I stopped and did not submit the order since they do not show you how much is shipping and other fees they added, they do not tell you, before they have all your info. At the end, $ 49.00 they show on the web becomes more than $80.00! They need you credit card before they show you the final price! I don't think it is right.

I also paid extra for Tuesday delivery and tracking indicated Wednesday delivery. My wife is leaving for out of town business Wed AM and will not be here to get them. Do NOT depend on these idiots to deliver your Valentines Day gift,

What an absolute disappointment! I've heard the advertisement of "Big, Juicy strawberries". Out of a dozens, only one of them was somewhat big and that was a little over an inch and a quarter and that one was still GREEN on the end! The box of chocolate covered pretzels, came as chocolate cover sticks! All broken in pieces.

Copy of the letter I sent today... I am only going to say this once my order no is ************** ups which is not legit. The order was never received. I have a large shipping dept and they could not get ups to verify order.If you do not refund my account today I am going forward with at least 50 to 60 folks who were scammed just like me... I have researched the charges of interstate fraud but had to wait to you removed money from my account. I expect a full refund and a apology letter on your web site or we are moving forward and will be as public as we can be. David Marlowe sent to Sheri's Berries. Go to Sheri's Berries reviews and complaints and see what i am referring too...

Tip for consumers:
I have used this company in the past with no trouble but was overwhelmed with the lies i was told and the attitude used then cutting off phones.

Products used:
I ordered roses and straw berries with several extra charges to make sure order was delivered on time.

I have had Sherris berries in the past. No issues then and strawberries had flavor, this Valentines 2019 my husband bought me some and the arrived 1 week 1 day after being told they would arrive on Valentine's day, very disappointed after they guaranteed they would arrive on Valentine's day, after trying my first berry. Yuk, the strawberry was rotten and chocolate was terrible. No flavor, I tried another sine thing, so disgusted in the service and flavor, I will never order from this company again nor referred my family and friends to them.
What a waste of money

My daughter sent me berries and cake truffles for Mother's Day. They were great! (And I am picky too.) Berries were to die for! I ate all six of them today. Truffles for dessert tonight.
I was VERY HAPPY with them.

I've had Shari's Berries before and while my family considers them to be pricey we like to get them on birthdays/anniversaries because they are good. However, ordering on Mother's day was a bad idea because shipping was way too expensive for them not to arrive on time! I paid $30 JUST FOR SHIPPING. They arrived the Monday after Mother's day and were cracked.

I waited 3 days and called customer service (first call I was on the line for 7 minutes... sounded like someone picked up and then set the phone down. Second call someone picked up right away and was quite helpful) and they gave me a full refund!

2 stars because I received a full refund without hassle, but wouldn't recommend because there are plenty of other places like Shari's that are more reliable.

I ordered my best friend over a decade a dozen for her birthday in 2018 and not only did they arrive late but they were all melted and the box was completely soggy and wet. The strawberries were all old and nasty and brown. She waited 2 extra days for disgusting strawberries. On top of it i emailed sherries berries and never herd back from them and never got a refund! I paid for deadly disgusting expired strawberries! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I tried to order on line w/ their coupon. It charged me $8 more for some type of shipping. So I called. Got someone I could barley understand. Then it took me 20 minutes to get my order. She thought Oklahoma abbreviation was OW or OH. So they never showed up before Mothers Day (ordered for May 8th). Called them, order went through again. No charge to me. It still didn't show up! Every time, the confirmation e-mail never came to me. So I had to call again! Still no confirmation e-mail called again. Supposedly they sent it again. But NO! But today May 17th my Mom said "Guess what showed up!". Only 9 days late! NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM SHARI'S BERRIES! They Better Taste Extraordinary!

My order was placed February 9th and I paid extra to get my order before noon today. Money was taken but no delivery was made. Not a good impression on a 1st time customer. I have no idea where my order even is, if I get them tomorrow that doesnt make up for not having a gift for my loved one because I put my trust in this company to not let me down on this holiday. Shari's Berries, you dropped the ball big time.

I ordered a dozen berries for a birthday gift and they were never delivered. Each day the customer service promised delivery and then after 5 days of this nonsense I was told they would make it up by making the delivery now and offered a $20 coupon for one of "their family of companies". If they couldn't make the delivery up to now, what makes you believe they can now? Is the question I posed, to only get a silent tone on the phone. Terrible experience and terrible customer service and one "family' of companies that I and everyone I can get too, will not be using.

After placing my order for strawberries and flowers on sharis berries they sent the flowers to the correct address but sent the berries to my billing address. And since I don't live anywhere close to my mom she want have her strawberries by mother's day. I will not use them or recommend them again in the future. I give them a 1 star only because you don't have the option to do negative stars in my opinion they are negative 3 stars. Good luck if you order from them you have a 50% chance they will send them to the correct place.

I ordered 3 days in advance with a confirmation of an on time delivery. The item arrived one day late. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, I had not read the reviews prior to ordering. One day late, no refund on shipping charges, and the link to submit your concerting does not work on the website.

So my dear co-worker's birthday is coincidentally on Valentine's Day! I ordered some lovely looking chocolate dipped strawberries a week before to have them guaranteed for delivery during our work day on the 14th. I paced the floor looking for FedEx all day long and called 3 times to check on the order status and was continuously told the same thing: "The order is on the truck for delivery today." By 4:50pm I was livid as we were closing down the Veterinary Hospital I work at and my co-worker had no idea I had remembered her birthday. As we were turning off the the lights the FedEx truck pulled in and delivered her package. If that wasn't bad enough the berries were all askew and some smashed when she opened the box, hoping for a delightful end to the day. Sigh... I emailed these photos to Shari's Berries and was issued a refund. Honestly I would have preferred a fun, happy, early in the work day surprise for my co-worker. Will NEVER order from them again.

My boyfriend purchased strawberries from here on Feb 4th and was waiting for them all day yesterday for Valentine's Day, didn't leave the house because I was waiting for them. I looked at the tracking and it said my order was delivered but I never got them. I called them and they said they put the wrong address and were brought to a different house. They said they would send me new ones the next day and I told them they better give me a refund too. They said they would. I checked today and they still didn't put the money back on my boyfriends card so I called again and then they said they would send me the strawberries tomorrow instead of today. The lady I talked to on the phone last night completely lied to me. So they never gave my boyfriend back his money and I am getting my strawberries two days late. Never order from here! Horrible horrible service. This place is such a scam!

I recently purchased a dozen berries and had them sent to a dear friend who had been feeling down. These berries had smiles painted on them and they are adorable. I knew they world put a smile on her face because it had the same effect on me as soon as I saw them. They did and she also enjoyed the treat. Thank you Sheri's berries. Excellent 5 star rating.
