Valentines berries totally rotten. Completely covered in chocolate so u can't see how bad the strawberries were. No answer on phone etc horrible deformed berries

Strawberries don't look like the picture on their web site. Very disappointed. Strawberries seem smaller, and no red of strawberry nor green leaves anywhere. See photo!

Once again,
The order was supposed to be delivered around noon or at the latest 2:00pm. And once delivered they didn't share any of the specifics so the hotel didn't know whom to give them to so they sat till after 5pm.
What's more frustrating, is the berries were nothing as you advertise as they were small and decorated to the level my 5 year old could do. I am utterly amazed that a company that sole business is strawberries, can screw up every possible aspect of deliverying 12 strawberries. I clearly should of read the reviews ahead of time as I now know why SB has 80% negative reviews. Thanks for price gouging me, deliverying a subpar product and ruining what was suppose to be an uplifting moment; in my wives difficult day. You did not deliver a smile, and this will be the last time I express myself with your organization.

Not very appetizing, doesn't seem they put too much pride in their product. My son would be crushed to think his Mother's Day gift to me looked like this.

These are awful. Pretty to look at, but they're mushy, tart and not worth giving or receiving. When they arrived they were well packed, I think the quality of berries are unacceptable.

This is the worst, shocking buying experience ever to buy my 94+ year old mom Shari's Berries for Mother's Day. Ordered on April 27,2017. Received around 3 p.m. today. 11 out of 12 berries are crushed, gray mold is starting to take over, box is leaking, ice pack is long defrosted, paid an extra $9.99 over and above the outrageous $16.99 for Saturday, May 13th delivery. Totally inedible. They need to be thrown out. Mom didn't get a gift this Mother's Day when the family was over for dinner. Several calls to Shari's Berries. Lied to over and over, i. E. they will be delivered on May 13th, to disregard an email saying they will come on May 16th, promised they would come by May 14th, etc.
Horrible experience... previous experience a few years ago was impressive. Checking to see if a refund shows up on my bank statement. Not so far. Will NEVER, ever, buy Sharies Berries again. I'll be sure to spread the word what an awful company to do business with!

My husband bought me six chocolate strawberries for Mother's Day 2017. They did arrival in time and it was packed very nice. But when I open them they did look pretty but they was so SMALL and they was NOT EVEN SWEET... My husband paid $19.99 plus $14.99 for shipping then ANOTHER $3.99 for another shipping plus tax. For 6 chocolate strawberries my husband paid $48.05. NEVER AGAIN... But my husband will do anything to put a smile on his wife face, my sweet husband...

Happy Valentines Day. Apparently delivery guaranteed on the 13th or 14th means delivering it in the afternoon on the 15th. With the strawberries delivered late, why would I ever think that they would be cold... or even intact? I cannot judge a book (or berry) by it's cover, so maybe they tasted way better than they looked? Maybe this is just an avante-garde display of strawberries that I'm not aware of? Nope, I couldn't be more wrong; they literally taste worse than they look. Now, I'm stuck here wondering why I didn't just pay someone $40 to eat their dog's white@#$! That has been baking in the Arizona sun for a week instead of ordering from Shari's Berries. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

This is a poor company. If you call you talk to ragheads that barely speak english. And as far as my order i bought my wife the smores. Taste like chocolate covered stale candy the strawberries arent anything special just extremely over priced for what the local boutique would make them for me and the flower arangement wasnt any better than kroger's grocery flower shop. I also ordered dipped cheese cake bites that never arrived so im guessing they make their money off ripping people off on their orders. Never again this is a scam of a company for all that im concerned. Hope you go bankrupt.

I received 24 roses and 12 Sherri's strawberries yesterday may 5th from my daughter strawberries were awesome flowers were beautiful but half of them are almost dead in 1 day

I placed an order to be delivered to grandchildren for Valentine's day and promised delivery by Valentine's day. I found out (after a call from some very disappointed gransbabies) that the order wasn't delivered for Valentine's day... but the company decided to push the delivery date back a day without notice or approval. Completely unacceptable! Company offered a small refund - should have provided a full refund because they didn't deliver as promised. I would have never ordered these if the Valentine's day delivery wasn't in question. Unbelievable!

This place sucks $#*!. Imagine this... Valentines Day... you got a smokin girlfriend... all you wanna do is give her a dozen roses and some chocolate covered strawberries. HAHAHAHA! You can go $#*! yourself bud! YOU AREN'T GETTING EITHER! This place gives you a "discount", but believe me it is not worth it. Go elsewhere and actually get the $#*!ing stuff. Typical California Company. $#*!ing over the middle class man.

I ordered a half dozen berris and half dozen chocolates for my wife for Valentines Day. The shipping charges are ridiculous but I wanted to give this a try so I ordered them. They arrived on time on 2/13/19. The only problem is I only received the half dozen, rather small berries and no chocolates that I had paid for. I called customer service and the person was Indian and we had communication problems. I eventually got her to understand that I only received half of my order and there was no time for them to ship anything else that would arrived before Valentines Day. I eventually got the entire order refunded to me. This was the first and last time I will order from the this company. Save your money and go to Russell Stovers or do the berries yourself.

This company uses the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and other Alt Right White Supremacist and Islamophobic news media brands to advertise their products, through the use of affiliate marketing links and such. They are, indirectly, helping fund the alt right news media opperations of division, racism and xenophobia. I could never bring myself to eat or recommend any food which contains so much negative energy in it. If you oppose fascism, racism and bigotry, do not buy this product. Every sale they make helps promote the white supremacist agenda of racial hatred and xenophobia. This is deplorable, indeed.

The berries are good, I've ordered them in the past. My only complaint is that this time it took me two HOURS to order over the phone. My online order wouldn't go through and because of having to order over the phone I didn't get the discounts I should have. Then the first phone order was incorrect. I called back and the only recourse was to cancel the order and re-order. We did that, but again trouble with shipment addresses and their system refusing to acknowledge addresses that are correct in the US postal system. WTF. An HOUR later my order was placed.

2 years in a row I ordered an arrangement for my wife on valintines to be delivered to her work. Paid the morning delivery. Both times they never even shipped on Valentine's Day. This year they went the day after when she wasn't even working at that place resulting in nothing. They guranenteed I would get a full refund. Today is March 5th and even though they say they refunded the full $106 I only got $10 so basically I paid $96 for nothing but lies and horrible service. I'm told to take it up with my bank? Why they aren't the ones that took my $!

Order in time but was not delivery in time. ONE DAY LATE! Quite missing the point with a bday cake when it is one day late and shipping at 16 usd should get on time! Avoid this is you order something for a special day! Runied a kids birthday

What a ripoff roses were dinky 3 strawberries were small not large like they advertise roses were almost dead started out 49.95 ended up being 79 dollars after all the fees what a ripoff never again if your smart go to sams club or costco for strawberries one dozen dipped chocolates for 14.99 dozen roses for 15.99 and fresh not 3 weeks old like sharies berries what a joke wish i would of went to sams club earlier before i ordered these from sharies youve been warned im a real customer in orange county calif

Paid to have them delivered by a certain date, they WERE NOT delivered on that date. Their tracking was not aligned with the actual UPS tracking system. I had three orders - one delivered as requested. The second delivered the DAY AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. The third one hasn't even shown up yet - and it's TWO DAYS AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. I have had zero communication as to where the third order is, and why it wasn't on time. What a waste of time and money. I won't be using this service again. I can get the same s**t at my local grocery store and pay a kid $10 to deliver it for me. Way to spoil what was supposed to be a happy day.

After reading so many of these reviews I was TERRIFEID to buy this. But I did anyways. Paid for next day shipping and everything. At around 620 pm I became to get discouraged thinking I had jus wasted 70 bucks because I didn't want edible arrangements and I didn't want to make my own... at 710 I received the notification that it had been delivered. I walk outside, pick up my box, and open it... fully expecting what most of you had received, melted strawberries, bad cheese cakes, etc... but to my completely amazment they were PERFECT. Not melted, didn't look bad, looked soooo good.
So I took a bite expecting over ripe or under ripe strawberries. Nooope. The strawberries were so good... I just orgasm in your mouth type $#*!... I will be buying from your company again. I'm so pleasantly surprised

Do not buy from this company. I ordered long before valentines week to have this delivered on valentines day with 'guaranteed' early morning delivery on valentines day to surprise my wife. I called to make sure the shipment was on-time (After a half hour wait for someone to answer) and they assured me it was. After 2pm I waited another half hour for another representative to answer, and they told me it hasn't even left the main UPS distribution hub. Wait, UPS? They are shipping flowers and edibles with UPS? This is a joke... So not only will it not be on time, they can't even guarantee (Not that I could trust a guarantee from them at this point) it will be delivered today. Valentines day gifts that won't be there on valentines day, and won't be refunded as such as not being as advertised (A VALENTINES day gift, not a *day after / week later* day gift). Use the money you would spend here on someone else, this company is garbage... Worthless.

Disappointed with the poor service, The birthday basket didn't arrive at all, I have emailed the customer service twice and they all replied it will be deliver soon, after two days pass the delivery date, I reach them the third time, they told me the order has been canceled and they can't do anything about it, they didn't even refund me the full price.

Placed order on January 29th and got a full dozen chocolate covered strawberries. Well February 2nd comes and goes no chocolate covered strawberries so today I called and said that I'll take my money back since you didn't fulfill the order in a timely manner I'm not eating no moldy strawberries that have been riding around in the FedEx truck for God knows how long. Don't order from here do business locally if possible if not drive an hour or so and get what you want and be done with it instead of the headache of $#*!tys berries

I have been ordered from this company for years, spent lots of money over the years. Their service was suck but I thought they will get better, unfortunately they're really suck. My last order to my grand children was supposed to be delivered on 2/13. The product never arrived. I called them today the 14th they said, the order should be arrived on the 15th and I will get the confirmation by email. No email and no confirmation. How can they operated the company by lying and unfulfilling their service to their customers? If everyone stops order from them then they will change or they'll be out of business.
