I received these as a Christmas gift. I was hugely excited... until I was hugely disappointed! The chocolate was not attached to the berries. These were sooo below expectation. I'm not even sure I trust eating the berries by themselves. The chocolatte... No way! I get it's the holiday season but this is ridiculous. People pay good money to send a quality package. I must say I would not send this... Whatever to my ex-wife. Very sad. Even at the holiday, especially at the holiday, this is a major disappointment. I did give this mess one star only because zero stars is not an option!

Ordered a half dozen ended up being $56 almost $30 more than what was posted was not itemize so I did not realize I was getting myself into that call to cancel could not understand a word they said and they were very rude going to wait and see if they actually give me my money back I should've read the reviews before ordering specially on Google maps

My husband purchased Sheri's Berries for me and completed the transaction. Well, they added a Passport membership to the order without my husband knowing. When he saw the total of $54 for 12 Strawberries he was in shock. He looked at the receipt and 1800Flowers had added it on!
He immediately tried to cancel online and it would not let him cancel or modify the order. So he then called the number and that's where the true nightmare begins! OMG you get a person in Malaysia or Asia working from their house. You can literally hear roosters crowing! You can hardly understand the person and they can't even cancel the Passport portion! My husband went through 5 people and then I had to call on my phone to get someone! After an hour that we will never get back, they finally cancelled the order! They should be out of business and reported to the BBB. Do Not I RePeat Do Not order from this company unless you enjoy being scammed and losing an hour out of your life!

Absolute worst company ever. I paid to have flowers and chocolate covered strawberries delivered TODAY, on Valentine's Day! The one day they shouldn't screw up! No confirmation my order went out. Called them at 5:00 PM to find out my delivery wasn't happening today. Asked for a full refund and the crooked company tried to tell me I still had to pay the tax. Will never do business with them again and will definitely report to BBB. Thanks for ruining Valentine's Day Sheri's Berries's, but I'm sure Sheri sold out a long time ago. So wish I had a thumb's down choice.

Husband order early so the berries would arrive by the 13 of Feb. They shipped on the 11th. Its the 16th.
We live in San Diego and the berries are from this state and it took 5 days. Major fail! The cold packing was no longer cold. Berries are on there way to dead.
When my husband called them on the 14th you get a call center with a standard speal. You can't use the bad weather BS when your in California and so are we. Doubtful we will order again.

My husband ordered Shari's Berries for our anniversary. Once we received notification they were delivered but could not find a delivered box, called customer service and they realized they were shipped to a randomly different address, in a different state. Customer service said she'd reorder, with a delivery date 2-3 days later. We received. The berries were mostly very small, half were 1/3 of the way green on each berry, hard and bitter, the other half were mushy with brown rotten spots. We called to complain and explained how bad the berry quality was. Customer service said she would reorder, and we should receive in a few days. Once they again failed to arrive, we called and found out they did not process the replacement order. Ordered a third time, having to wait another week for arrival. The berries were the same quality as the first time, even smaller in size, half green and no sweetness to them, the other half mushy with brown spots. We also left a survey with the company after the first order, and no one has reached out. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this company experience all the way around. They did not offer a refund. After a total of ordering three times, the second order was still disgusting. I would understand if this was "off-season" for strawberry quality, but the price should absolutely reflect "off-season". Paying $68 for a dozen of plain chocolate dipped strawberries is outrageous, and especially when they are such poor quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone for this waste of time and money.

For my birthday I always receive a box of chocolate covered strawberries from my best friend. In the last 2 years the strawberries have been less than half the size they display on their advertisements and spoiled. You open the top and you can immediately smell the fermentation of the strawberries (see images). I bit on several ones hoping that it was only one spoiled but all of them were the same. So, them instead of tossing bad strawberries they covered them with their chocolate expecting that no one's going to notice... that's bad business, especially working with food! I complained to them and they sent me a replacement and they were the same, the fermented smell was horrible so I tossed them (see last image). I know what a fresh' strawberry taste like and they're trying to fool us all and stealing the senders' money. I'm sure that like me many felt embarrassed to contact their friends to explain why they had to toss their strawberries. When I contacted them the second time, I demanded that the moneys be refunded to the sender but instead they kept pushing me to get a box of candy, etc. I told them I didn't want anything else from them. I'm amazed they haven't gone out of business with all the complaints and the horrible images I see on the Internet of what people receive! Shape up, or you'll be in unemployment line soon!

I couldnt be more disappointed with this company. First of all, there was no screen to review your order. You put in your info and boom you paid. I accidentally ordered the postcard shipping. I called and spoke to a pretty rude representative who guatenteed she canceled and refunded me the $29.99. After receiving no email i called the next day after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, the rep told me she canceled it but was only refunding half due to shipping costs. Didnt make sense to me since i had a shipping charge on the order regardless, but fine, ill pay the extra $14.99 on top of what i paid. The lady hung up on me! No refund email, no confirmation and no refund.
Customer service for this company was extremely lacking- and for what reason i will not be a repeat customer.
Now i get to sit on hold for another 45 minutes for another representative who clearly doesnt care when a customer is dissatisfied.

I only tried Shari's Berries because there was a Groupon offer. First of all, they totally jack up the shipping price for "guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery". What a bunch of BS! They wanted over $50 extra to ship on Valentine's Day. I had my daughter's delivered to her at college today to avoid the extra shipping cost and they are definitely not worth the price. The strawberries are WAY TOO SMALL FOR THE PRICE! I'll stick with my local candy shop!

I ordered online and called within 5 minutes of making the order to fix delivery time, they couldn't do it. So I wanted to cancel the order altogether and they said a manager would call me within 15 minutes. They never called, so I called again after 25 minutes and they said the order couldn't be canceled. So it will probably go to the wrong address because of their system and delivered on the wrong date. Run from this company Sharies Berries and 1800flowers.com

So I ordered two dozen strawberrys for my mother and girlfriend. They arrived warm and trashed. I contacted the company and they were very apologetic and sent another two dozen out. One came FedEx and it was good, the second came UPS and it was trashed and warm. I contacted them again and again they were apologetic and sent another dozen. They arrived and looked good. I gave them to my mother the same day. She just called me and said her strawberries were bad, tasted fermented (old). My girlfriend said hers were the same way and couldn't be eaten. Not sure if they sent older strawberries to make up for the first two? I don't expect them in business long with products like this. I cannot recommend this company.

I put in a order for my mother for mothers day. She got the order but it wasn't correct and we got a wrong item. typically not a big deal, but when your looking forward to getting one thing and receive something you don't like or cant eat its a little disappointing. I emailed Sheri's Berries about this and they offered to send a new package out to me, however they sent the new order to the wrong address on the wrong date. I emailed them again about this issue and they said they would resend that order out. the 3rd order they sent out was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday but was not received until the following Tuesday. I have never had so many issues trying to get an order sent out to me. The product itself is good, but when you don't receive it or its the wrong thing its disappointing. I don't plan on using this company again as I have had way better experiences with other companies.

I bought the Oreo cheese cake for my girlfriend as a birthday cake to do something different then just regular cake. I reluctantly choose this despite the price as this was a special occasion. I ordered and was charged twice for shipping making my already expensive order twice as much. I did manage to get some of the cost of shipping knocked off but when my cake arrived it was the size of my hand and bearly enough for two people. Now I have to go buy a real cake to make up for this sorry appetizer. I feel cheated and I will never ever buy from this company again. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a dozen berries for mother's day, and they arrived 3 days late. In Arizona that means melted and rotten. Their refund policy doesn't allow for a full refund. I spoke to a supervisor, and she said that the company cannot give a full refund, even for a purely rotten on delivery product. They only allow a 50% refund with a voucher (doesn't add up to the full price), or a replacement shipment (which can still be late and turn to rot). PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNTIL THEY CHANGE THEIR REFUND POLICY
As for the actual product, it's strawberries covered with chocolate. Overpriced, crappy customer service. Ms. Shari should be ashamed.

I ordered berries in December, they were not delivered. I called and they had the wrong address. I corrected the address, they, once again were not delivered. I was finally provided with the actual delivery person and she was helpful but still, no berries. I called Sherries berries and they gave me the run around, trying to offer discounts, etc., not good enough. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

First of all the customer service rep is very difficult to understand. Next I wanted to change the delivery address on my order which had not shipped yet and was told because I used PayPal they couldn't change the ship to address. So I had to cancel the order. Then when I tried to place the order over the phone with the Rep she couldn't place the new order using PayPal. REALLY? They also refused the coupon I used on the old order for the new order.

First of all, ridiculously over priced. However, I wouldn't be that upset if it was so expensive and the food was delicious. ON THE CONTRARY, 4 out of 6 of the chocolate covered strawberries we ordered were completely rotted out. And all it took was for me to take one bite into one and spit it right back out. Why am I paying for over night shipping & keeping my items cold & extra fees for a specific day & ANOTHER charge for "living in a rural area" when they were rotted to the core? DISGUSTING. I purchased several groupon's for this company to purchase mother's day presents for several people. I had spoken to several people who raved about Shari's Berries and how good they were. Worst mistake I've ever made. I ordered 3 gifts and only 1 showed up on time & in tact. The other 2 were horrible (pictures attached) as to what my mother & sister received for Mother's Day. One of the gifts was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 5/11 and didn't get delivered until Monday 5/15. Both deliveries were melted & smashed. When I called the first time & spoke to a customer service rep was not very helpful or apologetic. I then called back and got someone different who was much more helpful and ended up refunding what I spent out of pocket for the purchase. They could not reimburse me for the Groupon however. I then had to call Groupon and request that they refund me my money. Overall though my family members ended up not getting a Mother's Day present which ended up making me feel horrible as a daughter & sister.

If you are ordering for a specific holiday, think twice before spending the money on Groupon or with this company.

If I could give this review zero stars I would in a heart beat they were like fermented and smelled really bad half of the chocolate was broken off. No one would even eat them because they smelled horrendous. NEVER BUY THESE we we're worried we we're gonna get sick

I ordered chocolates for Valentine's day and paid a royalty to "guarantee" delivery on Valentine's day. Between the regular delivery charge and this royalty, I paid as much for delivery as I did for the gift. Then, the gift was delivered a day early. I contacted Shari's Berries and they said they apologized if I was confused, but their records showed the gift was delivered on Valentine's Day, February 13th, at 1:36 p.m.". I wrote back and told them that Valentine's Day is February 14th and that I wanted my extra delivery charge refunded. They never responded.
