We get chocolate covered strawberries every holiday season. They never disappoint us and their shipping is always right on time - they arrive packed in styrofoam with an ice pack.

I first placed valentine order of the choc covered berries and popcorn from popcorn factory. It was going to a hotel because recipient was going to be on business trip. I notifies them to cancel and never heard back until 24hrs later that the popcorn had shipped. I tried to get berries sent to different address and still to this day have not heard back from anyone and its 7 days later so needless to say that order still went to hotel. So I places 2nd order to go to the same recipients work. Paid extra for guaranteed valentines delivery and more for morning delivery. Now the tracking says it will be delivered tomorrow. Day after valentines. So between the two orders I've wasted $160. I'll never reccomend these companies to anyone. So frustrated and dissapointed.

I would give a no stars this company. Edibles and Edible Arrangements always delivers QUALITY. DO NOT ORDER FROM SHARI'S BERRIES! SEE PHOTO BELOW OF WHAT I PAID ALMOST $80 FOR. TERRIBLE! GOURMET DIPPED CHOCOLATES MY A$$! NOTHING like the advertising photos.

Even if you use groupon or any coupons they will got you on shipping price. Its simply ridiculous. For 10 berries shipping is $25 plus tax. Every berry cost about $7 after all. Don't buy from them!

My sister sent me a box of chocolate covered strawberries. They arrived still chilled, beautifully decorated, humongous and delicious. Thank you for making my day special.

I'll start out with my 2 positives about my shopping experience: my Mom said the strawberries tasted "pretty good nothing special," and Shari's Berries was very quick to refund me when my order was a disaster.
I selected flexible shipping for half a dozen strawberries for Mother's Day, meaning they could deliver Thursday or Friday. I got an email Friday saying they would deliver Saturday (offering no compensation for the error). They didn't actually arrive until Monday afternoon! So much for a Mother's Day surprise. But here's the thing... there were only FIVE STRAWBERRIES in the package.
That's right... over $20 for 5 strawberries and $15 in shipping to be delivered over 3 days late. The package was sealed, so it's not like a delivery person snagged a berry too. This company is just terrible.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST BUY FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS.
At least they refunded me

I usually don't rant, but I have never received such poor customer service as I had today, over he course of FOUR phone calls to Shari's Berries. I won't go into detail, but after them double charging me, not being able to credit me back, and having to cancel my order, too much time has passed to have a delivery made this weekend... AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. They refuse to give me the standard shipping cost last minute even though the mistake was on their end. They refuse to allow customers to speak to supervisors. They will never see one penny of our hard earned money, nor will their affiliates (flowers, etc).
I strongly suggest against wasting any of your time or money on this company!

This was my second time ordering, and the first time was great. This time, no such luck.
I placed my order on February 12 to be delivered on February 14th. When I received my tracking information through UPS it says my package won't be delivered until February 19th. It is being delivered to New York and it's currently in KENTUCKY according to the tracking information. Further, I was dropped from multiple customer service calls throughout the day. When I did get through, the representative said 3 different things and confused me even more. How can you say a package is guaranteed by 6pm and then Change the guaranteed time to 9pm? How can it be guaranteed in New York when the package is still in Kentucky!? How can you then say it'll be guaranteed by the next day? And then tell me I can get refunded if it doesn't come? As of right now I never plan to use your service again.

I really don't like to write negative reviews, more-over take my time doing so. However - best if you order from a small local shop that does not have the advertising budget and smooth words to make you "think" that you will be sending FRESH chocolate and fruits. My daughter sent a box-full of dark chocolate covered strawberries. It was slated to arrive at our home on Saturday - it was delivered (I promise) on MONDAY - the "ice packs" turned into WARM WATER pouches, hence - completely melted dark chocolates and SPOILED, browning Strawberries - TOTAL FAIL - Not worth it! I have a business and a family - I have sent an email to each alerting them of this. Certainly their advertising got my attention - their delivery and products set the STAKE!

I've used Shari's Berries multiple times ONLY because my wife loves the chocolate covered strawberries so much but the company NEVER gets my order to her in a timely manner and all special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries have been a huge disappointment because they always arrive after working hours and she doesn't know she has them until the day after. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! GO ELSEWHERE!

Where do I start? As if being an heir to the Tupperware industry isn't stressful enough, I am also a mother to 4 beautiful children (who are also heirs to the Tupperware industry!) Over the years this has really put strain on my marriage to an incredibly successful, gorgeous man. I've been showered with lavish gifts my entire life: cars, jewelry, flowers, servants and yachts (just to name a few!) I've never been truly happy though, and thanks to Shari's berries, I now know why. While expensive gifts might be nice for a few hours, the generic materialism lacks the real essence of life: creativity. Last Valentine's Day my husband got me a exactly what a real man should get a woman, and our love life has completely turned around. I was in complete shock to open a gift filled with chocolate covered strawberries. How was I married to this man for so long without knowing the true depth of his creativity? I may never know the answer, but I do know that there is nothing more creative in the world than giving a loved one the gift of Shari's berries.

Did not show up on valentines day like it was supposed to. They refused to discount the order at all for the extreme failure on their part, so I cancelled the order only for them to charge me 5% cancellation fee. So I ended up coming home with nothing for my wife when I was expecting to look like Casanova. I hope they go out of business and with service like this I'm sure they will soon enough. Also, the Chinese customer service agent should at least try and learn to speak English clearly as I could not understand much of what she said, and she came off sounding extremely rude. WORST VALENTINES DAY EVER, THANKS
