Ordered flowers and berries ($95.23) for my mom for Mother's Day! The main web page showed Friday delivery. My order showed Friday delivery. It is now after 8:00 PM on Saturday with no sign of the gift. UPS shows it is still sitting in a warehouse in Illinois. Tried to call customer service, got someone from out of the country, of course. They promised me a refund in 7-10 business days, but I'm not holding my breath. Should of checked online reviews first, but they seemed legit with all the advertising and radio personality endorsements. DO NOT use them or any of their affiliate companies.

It would be great if you could call your 800 number and speak with someone that spoke English. Your care for the customer is the worst I have ever experienced. No one really cares. Bad service, I spent over 1 hour on the phone trying to get a problem worked out with no results. I will never order from your company again.

No need to repeat what everyone else has said. Do not order from this place. Delivery is not happening today even though I placed the order 10 days ago and paid extra to have it delivered before noon. I cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. Sent them an email, but have not heard anything back.

Heard countless radio ads offering special pricing. Figured I'd give them a try. Ordered 10 chocolate covered cherries and 3 3 inch cheese cakes. The total came to 44 dollars. Not bad. These people charged me a total of 50 dollars to ship. They advertise heavily for Valentine's day delivery. Well, the standard delivery is 17 bucks. If you want your $#*! delivered on Valentine's day, it's an extra 10 bucks. But wait, there's more. If you want your berries delivered during the day, and not at 8 o'clock at night, that'll be an extra 15 bucks. Get the $#*! out of here with that $#*!. Doesn't matter what the berries taste like, I'll never order from that place again!

Y'all. Do not buy from this company. I ordered in January for Valentine's Day. I didn't receive my 2-14 delivery until 2-16. I spent hours on the phone with their horrible customer service being switched back and forth to very little English speaking representatives. When my package arrived, it was the wrong order. Therefore, customer service is horrible, shipping is horrible, their pickers are horrible, I don't know about the product because they sent me dark chocolate and we only eat white chocolate. Going in the trash. I have many pics of proof!

Extremely high shipping fees, $12.99, plus an additional $9.99 for Valentine's day delivery, plus $3.99 for a rural delivery fee and that's to State College, Pa area! That's $26.97 in fees! So the 20% off special they are running, they gain it all back at the end right before you pay! Beware! Customer service was not helpful at all, waste of time contacting them. Never purchase from them again!

I purchased a rather large order for my fiance a week in advance of valentine's day. Paid extra for morning delivery, and for guaranteed valentine's delivery. I attempted to contact their customer service via email, and didn't hear back for over 24 hours, attempts to call were met with a busy tone. Their email reply did not meet any of my concerns or the demand for a refund for shipping that didn't arrive when guaranteed. I trusted this company, they let their customers down and simply send an automated reply that "sorry we can't do it, we will the next day" A disgusting company and only worth counting on if you want to look like a fool and have them ruin your holiday.

I was a little upset who forgets Valentine's Day right?! It's on February 14th every year. So I'm like ok maybe he forgot. Nope ordered these berries in head of time and they still came late. The berries don't look like the pictures. Berries all different sizes. They just don't look professional at all. Me and my niece make better ones! Beware shoppers! $25 shipping fee minimum! I selected standard shipping not rushed. Shari's Berries should be ashamed of their sales process they wait until you've enter all the addresses, credit card information, bill address etc before they tell you of all the hidden fees! I took my business somewhere else who is up front with their potential customers.

I ordered 1 dozen for Easter. This is the 1st time I have ever ordered from Shari's Berries. I hear them advertised on many talk radio shows as " the biggest, juiciest berries ever". Well, my dozen berries were small, looked nothing like the pictures on their website. They were delivered Friday afternoon & we ate them on Easter, 1 1/2 days later. They were on the verge of being spoiled, soft and not very tasty. Big disappointment. I will never order from them again. Way to expensive for what I received. I can buy better chocolate covered berries in my own grocery store at a much less cost. I had no problems with the shipping.

Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will lie through their teeth and take your money, and then make excuses. We ordered a Mother's Day package, and we were ok with the price we were paying. Looked at the bank later, and they charged us an extra $20 because:
1. "It is extra for Mother's Day."
2. "You ordered Saturday delivery. That means another delivery surcharge."
3. "If you had looked, and the price was purple, that means free shipping. If red, it isn't." Seriously?
And the excuses went in. We had to call customer service twice just to get someone who spoke English.
It was an awful time, terrible service, and so not worth it. We are extremely frustrated.

Order **************. Ordered 5/7 with guaranteed delivery on mother's day.
Never got an email and it was the day before. Called and trust me after 10 questions, the lady just keep saying cant deliver and cancel order. She was not responding to why it cant be delivered when I paid extra for guaranteed delivery. Same answer, every time. They have no concept of guaranteed delivery or customer service. With this kind of organization, I do expect them to go out of business. I will never ever order from them and recommend all my family and friends to avoid them at all cost.
A good company will call and tell the extra ordinary circumstance, if there was one, that they cannot deliver. They expect their customers to find the hard way.

I usually always order chocolate covered strawberries from Edible arrangements. I should have stuck with them. Cause trying something new did not work out. $52.98 for 12 strawberries that when delivered were left on the steps of my mothers porch. They never knocked or rang the bell. And when my mom saw them the day of delivery they were moldy, warm, and mushy. I thankfully got through to customer service and demanded a full refund, as the berries were not edible in our opinion, which after push back was granted. Do not order from this company.

I'm very upset after calling customer service with no help. Also I struggled to understand what the agent said due to her constantly mumbling and breathing in the mic.
Along with this I am not pleased with getting charged double on the shipping rates as they were going to the same household for my ill mother and grandmother.
And on top of that the site continued to glitch, taking off my coupon codes and making me enter the credit card information multiple times.
Over all very unhappy, will not be using this again.

Fraudulent claims on radio ads. Small strawberries and mediocre short stem low quality roses for top notch price. Don't buy, you'll feel ripped off. I did. Bad bad disappointment.

I ordered 3 dozen berries for family members. They did not look like the pictures. Not uniform in size, not uniform in decoration. Customer service said one thing but did something different. Still waiting for a supervisor to call me since Valentine's Day. Big disappointment after many hours waisted on phone and a few hundred dollars spent.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service speaks broken English, they all seem to read from a script but don’t do what they promise, you really don’t know where the strawberries come from and who is really responsible for the services you receive.

Don't waste your time. Prices look great... until you get to the final invoice page where you're just about to click to confirm your order when you notice that the 4.99 standard shipping charge you selected earlier in the ordering process is now 35 dollars for a 30 dollar box of 12 strawberries. Hi, this order was supposed to be a Birthday gift. I was excited because these emojis are the most we use while communicating. When the item arrived, the birthday girl messaged me thank you but I was so embarrassed and disappointed. As you can see why. Customer service wanted to send another one but how can anyone trust a company again with such sloppy work shipped? I will suggest for this to be discontinued until someone masters great artwork with edible fruits. Hopefully, everyone will now know the true review with a picture attached. Angry strawberries!

The past two Mother's Day holiday I have ordered Shari's berries for a number of ladies in my life. Never again! My mother-n-love who was visiting with *******@Mother's Day was supposed to receive her berries at our house on Friday. Friday came and went and finally on Saturday afternoon I was chatting with customer service. They had transcribed the address wrong. They asked if May the 13th would be okay for a new delivery!?! Nope! So, their fix was to have them shipped to her house four days late! Oh, and it was their mistake, yet all we rec'd was a $20 gift card towards another order. The berries were half dipped... chocolate in the package and not on the berries and the berries were horrible! Chemical taste. I have spent a small fortune the past two holidays, but never again! Don't waste your money! Not worth it!

My husband who is currently deployed called me tonight asking about the gift of strawberries and cheesecake bites he ordered for me. I told him I never received anything. He was so disappointed after spending an extra $30.00 for guaranteed delivery today for Valentines Day. I went on his email and tracked the order. It is currently 11:07 pm and the order hasn't been sent out yet. What kind of a scam does this company have going on charging extra for guaranteed delivery on a specific day. Website and confirmation email claims you can cancel orders before it ships. Claims the fruit is prepared in a local shop. When i tried to call to cancel, someone who didn't fluently speak English tells me the order cannot be cancelled because it's already been received. This is two days before it's scheduled to be delivered. No point in trying to get a clear explanation. They just play dumb and act like there is nothing they can do. From the other reviews I'm also expecting to be highly disappointed with the product itself. We will see, considering I'm stuck with the order now.
