Even though the berries are great, be aware of the shipping. I ordered 2 items for the same address and they wanted to charge me delivery twice, even though same address

I received strawberries and roses from Sherry berries. The roses was welted and some of them died the next day. I sent a email to them and have not heard back.

We wanted to do something different/special and fun for Mother's Day. I ordered in plenty of time and even paid an extra $9.99 for Saturday before MD delivery(not sure why as I ordered in plenty of time... but I let it go.) Got an email that Saturday stating the order would arrive the 11th(3 days AFTER MD)... I called immediately and was assured that the order was ON ITS WAY and would arrive that day. I called our mom that night to find out NOTHING was delivered. I stayed on the phone for an hour trying to get my refund. I finally got a refund confirmation and I wait to see if this refund appears on my CC... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Soooo frustrating!

They were a gift, and they were delicious. But when eating them, the chocolate crumbles and fell apart, leaving chocolate pieces everywhere! I would not buy them myself.

Berries came warm and melted! 2 of the berries looked rotted. The cheesecake was totally warm and mush. Nothing kept cold for delivery. Very disappointed.

First, my order number is in the email below. Second when we received the order both boxes of strawberries were warm and on the verge of being a pile of mush. The packaging was smashed and the strawberries looked like they were tossed around a lot. I had to drain out all the strawberry juice out of the box before opening it so it wouldn't get everywhere. After paying $16 for you to ship two separate boxes for the same order I would expect better shipping and packaging.
Third, I placed one order for multiple items to be delivered to the same person at the same address on the same day. Common sense would be to include all the products in the same box. Not in this case. I was charged two separate shipping charges and received two separate packages at two different times of the day because they were shipped by two separate carriers. My wife's reaction, who was the intended recipient, was supposed to be excited and surprised to receive chocolate covered strawberries, but instead she was like "are these supposed to be strawberries, and why did we get two different boxes?"
The chocolate was tasteless and the strawberries were mushy. Talk about disappointing and embarrassing. Even with all the advertising I see and hear, it will be doubtful if I order or even recommend this company or its products to anyone.

They tease you with low pricing on what seems to be a good price on something, then the SHIPPING turns out to me MORE THAT THE STRAWBERRIES! They add rush shipping and a rural charge when the city is not even close to being rural! What a ripoff. I will never shop with them again! I canceled my order. The CSR would only say "thanks for the feedback" on the live chat. WHAT A RIP OFF!

This was the most wonderful Mother's Day gift! It arrived in perfect condition! I had so much fun arranging the flowers, and package the flowers and berries arrived in was simply adorable!

Placed an order for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries to send to my boyfriend who has been working out of town. I chose Valentine's Day delivery, and the cost was $4.99, my other option was February 13 for $9.99. Confirmed order. And when I got my receipt I was charged $14.99 for standard shipping then $4.99 for Valentine's Day shipping. $20 in shipping charges for a $20 box of strawberries! I immediately called to complain. The woman said that standard shipping is automatically charged to all of their packages, then it was $4.99 extra for Valentine's Day. I explained to the woman it didn't say that anywhere on their website nor did they show it on the page where I confirmed my order. It wasn't until they showed my receipt that it was on there. Total scam! She said he manager let her give me a refund, and refunded $10 of the shipping cost. Supposedly she refunded my card but I have yet to receive that confirmation or the funds, I'm sure they hacked the $#*! out of my card too. Time to order a new one I guess. I will NEVER order from the site again! NOR DO I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Sooooo disappointed! Ordered a bouquet and a dozen chocolate covered strawberries on 2/5/23 for my son to be delivered to his fiancé on Valentine's Day, we even paid extra to have it delivered ON Valentine's Day, here it is 10:30 pm on Valentine's Day and they have never been delivered! This was their first Valentine's being engaged so it was special to them. One thing I did not notice when I placed the order that they extended their delivery window to 9:30pm on Valentine's Day, but never the less Valentine's Day is over by 9:30 at night, Not that it mattered because they never showed up!

My boyfriend ordered me a half dozen berries for Valentine's Day, and they didn't even come in! The flowers came in and were beautiful, but the berries didn't come in until the day after Valentine's Day. On top of that, I called to find out if there were peanuts mixed in with the almonds, and I spent 15 minutes on the phone with a lady who thought I was asking who sent me the berries. I kept telling her I know my boyfriend sent them and she kept saying they couldn't disclose any seller information. Finally I said, are there peanuts mixed in with the almonds or not? She responded a few seconds later with "Ummmm... yes" I hung up at that point. When I opened the package to try the strawberries, it was TERRIBLE presentation. There were almonds all over the box, water in the bottom of the tray, and looked awful. The "chocolate chip covered" strawberry had 3 chocolate chips on it. Overall terrible. Needless to say, my boyfriend and I will never order from here again. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I've ordered from this place for years and I have to say this has been one of the worst experience ever I ordered strawberries for my wife for Valentine's Day here it is the 19th and I still haven't received it and they're telling me it won't come till the 26 or 28

I ordered twice from Shari's Berries both on the same day. Both orders to different people came with all the chocolate and the nuts off the berries and the berries were green! Never ever again!

They give you a decent price on the berries, then they rip you off with shipping, etc... I mean really, $30 shipping and $3 for a card. Isn't a card always included with a delivery?

The roses do not look like the picture! No "baby breath" in them or anything! And my wife had to put them in the vace her self! Dont advice anyone to order from here!

Everywhere are ads that say $19.95 but when I ordered the price was $29.95. Even after I ordered I found two sites that said the price was $19.95. Very poor service

This Company is not ran by the same people it used to be now it shows up at 1800flowers.com, the service is terrible. I placed an order for Chocolate Covered Strawberries for my mom for Valentines Day and on the 17th of February I was informed that they were refunding my money because no one could fulfill the order. I was never told that up front or that there was a possibility that could happen. They charged me $64.93 but only want to give me credit for $49.94 which is the shipping, they are the ones that canceled the order not me and when I call they keep telling me that I wasn't billed for shipping that is was free and there is nothing else to refund. Thank goodness I paid on PayPal and have some help there because it plainly shows I paid $64.93 which includes $14.99 shipping and they only want to refund me $49.94 which is short the $14.99. When the company was actually ran by Shari's Berries they had great customer service and never a problem with ordering or receiving the order I have ordered many times. But be careful when ordering from this company now because it is not the same owners

My daughter loves Sharu's Berries champagne strawberries. Had to pay an additional $18 on TOP of shipping cost, almost doubling the cost of the berries, so they would be packed in dry ice. Long and short 8f it, delivered only with 1 ice packet. Berries were hot and dipped icing melted.

When calling to gave it reshipped was immediately offered a refund vs shipping. Then when I asked if it could be delivered today (Mon), they said the SOONEST was THURSDAY. WHEN THIS WAS THEIR FAULT.

Do NOT order from Shari's Berries if you leave the So California area. Not worth it. Obviously customer service isn't there thing and they make you pay for the privilege of no customer service.

When I saw a Groupon and a great chase credit card reward for Sheri's Berries, I deciding to order for valentines day. My order amount automatically increased after placing the Groupon code. Then my order almost doubled in price for varies fees and S&H. I ordered which was a mistake. After reading reviews, I was horrified at the pictures and the constant bad reviews across multiple websites. I decided to eat up the $18.00 I paid on Groupon and cancel my order. What made me worry was that I received no cancelation email. I called customer service, and all the reviews were correct. Very hard to hear them and their heavy accent didn't help. What made me feel better that I cancelled was that the rep said he emailed me a confirmation for cancellation four times but I didn't receive any. He placed me on a brief hold than told me that the company doesn't send emails for cancellation. WHY NOT JUST TELL ME THE TRUTH, WHY LIE THAT YOU SENT THE EMAIL?

They were recommended by a coworker; tried them a year ago and seemed great. I tried again this year for Mothers Day and the order sat on the delivery truck all day and returned back to the delivery sight... I was told it would be delivered next day. Not Happy, they did reschedule another order and made good on their promise, so I thought one more time for our child's 21st birthday. I kept being told it was out for delivery by a local florist; had someone wait all day and it never arrived! The automated message even said the order was out for delivery... Repeated attempts to contact them about the problem is beyond frustrating. Every call placed to customer service number results is a "there is a 60 minute wait" message and a promise to call me back. When I asked why the next day because the delivery wasn't made... I was told "the florist had to many orders and wasn't able to deliver" I will never use this company again and I recommend if you choose to; make sure the date is 2 days earlier than you want because the deliveries don't happen on time! What company tells the customer, your order wasn't delivered because the deliver company was too busy!

So this year I was out of ideas for Mother's Day gifts, and decided to go with Shari's. I wish I had gone to my favorite little candy store instead. I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money, which I don't have, and since my mother and sister live close to each other, I decided on a package they could share... strawberries and some cookies. I worked thru the order, and admittedly I was a bit distracted, but I swear I never saw a section with the shipping charges. $20 normal shipping charge, and an extra $9.99 for a Saturday delivery? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Before I knew it, I was approving a $75 purchase! Good god, I will NEVER do that again. I've seen some of these other comments saying they received terrible strawberries, but fortunately the strawberries received here were good.
I remember some time ago when Shari's Berries had started out here in Sacramento. I think there were two little stores, and the hugest strawberries I've ever seen. That's when Shari's was great. Man, I miss the 'old' days.

Had ordered these for Mother's day with a 50% off groupon. Due to a family emergency, I needed to cancel the shipping address to where it was going, and have it shipped to my own home instead. This was all within an hour period, so there was plenty of time to make the changes. The customer service representative was very unhelpful, and said she could only do it if I gave my credit card info to her. Not wanting to do that, I just cancelled the order. I called the next day to find out if it was cancelled, and she hadn't cancelled it. When the next rep cancelled my order, I was told that my groupon would not be refunded to me, but that I could use it before it expired to order another time. Fast forward to now. About 3 days ago, decided to use up my groupon, and place my order. My berries were shipped out NDA, and I just received them this evening. They were packed up tight, but the dry ice they shipped it with was already melted, and so were my berries. Just got off the phone with customer service again, and the best they could do was send out a replacement. I'll never order again for flowers, or any type of food product that needs refrigeration. I ordered from them, because I've heard great things. Well, I hope this helps the next person that decides to order from here. Run, fast.
