Horrible, fruit was disgusting and chocolate was thin. Way over-priced. You can purchase a better product at the local food store. By the way the cheaper ones I bought were amazing. These were just terrible. Lots of bad reviews. Why is this company in business?

My husband has sent me Shari's Berries the past 3 years. This year my order was to arrive 2/13, at a discounted price to get them the day before Valentines. My husband was told they were on the way and would be here by 8:00 PM, 2/13. Didn't arrive, next day, 2/14, didn't arrive. Today, 2/15, they arrived and felt warm. I won't eat the berries as they may not be safe to eat, but I will eat the pretzels. You have lost a loyal customer Shari's Berries, and by the appearance of your reviews for this year, sounds like something has changed at your company. The horrible fact is we are not being compensated in any way, every one of these late delivery reviews should get their money back.

If I could give 1/2 a star or no stars at all, I would. This company is a joke and completely botched my Mother's Day gift. Long and short of it - ordered with plenty of time, was lied to by their insanely incompetent and impossible to understand customer service. Now my gift will arrive on Tuesday...? Seriously, they were as bad as it gets and everyone should stay away from this company.

After receiving the first order that my daughter had sent for Mother's Day with dead flowers and melted berries, which by the way was delivered on the Monday after Mothers Day, being shipped out on Thursday. These went right in trash. Replacement shipment arrived on Wednesday with wilted tulips and cracked berries. Looking nothing like advertisement pictures. This was no charge. They refunded the original cost. However disappointed. I have had before and we're fine.

Shari's Berries charges $15 shipping per item even if all items are shipped to the same place. So if you purchase 10 $20 items, you pay $150 in shipping. That's $#*!ing ridiculous. I will never dignify that with my business.

Gave these to my wife for Mothers Day. The package was sticky with strawberry juice. Ice packet was defrosted and wet. Strawberries were on the verge of spoiling and the chocolate was broken and falling off them. Contacted customer service and they replaced the berries and gave me a $20.00 coupon which I don't intend to use.
Delivered in 4 days.
Replacement Strawberries were even worse.
Would not buy again or recommend.

Ordered. Paid. And guaranteed delivery on time. Never received it. It's fraud plain and simple. I say since there's a whole bunch if us with out email receipt. CLASS ACTION SUIT. There's an emotional factor with this. It's Valentines day.

Only gave one star because you can't give zero! Ordered two different items for my grandsons, only one was delivered. I was charged an extra delivery for a Sat even though the missing package was supposedly delivered on Friday. Could not understand the person at customer service, so basically got nowhere with that. This has been a terrible experience and would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy. I want my money back!

The chocolates were great and well packaged. My order was delivered late, like everyone else but they worked hard to make it right and have me double what I paid for. And refunded me for my shipping. Based on the reaction of everyone's late delivery I'm guessing something big happened and affected a lot of deliveries. I WILL order from them again. Mistakes happen, it's about how you recover from them that makes the difference

Ordered online. Delivery date was made. Did not deliver on date requested. Was 1 week late. Nothing alerted me that delivery was not possible. No credit or refund offered after calling 2 times to find out why it was not delivered. I will never order here again. I'll stick with the gourmet apple.

I ordered a super cute cookie arrangement for my daughter after a surgery. The week before I scheduled a Tuesday delivery, it's now Thursday and still nothing! Customer service was like"oh well" I will never ever order from here again!

I ordered $400 worth of berry orders during the holidays. They were more than happy to take my order and my cc number. I called to complain about what was received. Some berries were rotten, small, NOTHING like the pictures! No response, or they would "claim" to give me a $15 coupon on my next order. NEXT ORDER! Nooooo! Save your $, always check reviews before ordering. I wish I had checked.

I ordered 2 dozen birthday berry's for my daughter, unfortunately her flight to get home was delayed and she may not get home for a few days,, they could not recall the delivery so I pissed away $105.00 for no reason,, they did not offer any solutions for this issue, other than Were Sorry,,
Never Again. Piss poor customer service

If you have an occasion that needs a specific date for delivery - find another company. Mothers Day will come and go without the $125 I spent. After 2 calls I was finally told it would be there by Tuesday. 2 days after mothers day. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Never again. If I could rate this with negative stars I would. Buyer beware.

I ordered in plenty of time for the delivery, but paid extra just to make sure it was delivered on time. First customer rep assured me that because it wasnt delivered, she would overnight it and for my troubles would also send my mom flowers. I check no flowers, so I called back. First rep never placed the order so my mom is not going to receive anything for mothers day as I am in another state and her berries which were to be delivered Friday she will not receive until Monday! So do you really expect the item to be edible after 5 days of setting in a UPS warehouse.

My husband ordered me fruit with strawberries for valentines day and got charged 3 different amounts and customer service did not help out she sounded like she didn't care. It sounded like she was happy that we got ripped off. Never again we will order from here. She never gave us our money back still in the process of figuring this out!

I tried Shari's Berries for the first time this week. They charge a ridiculous service fee that they don't tell you about till they tack it on at the end and then there is no actual customer service. Never sent me the receipt. The fruit was so hard no one could eat it. The chocolate dipped strawberries were mediocre at best. Edible Arrangements is much better in every way, save yourself the heartache and call Edible Arrangements.

I was traveling and sent my wife flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries. The strawberries are on verge of inedible. Gross taste and a epic fail for a gift. I will never ever use them again. Like throwing away a $100. Good thing my wife said it's the thought that counts.

The only reason I gave Shari's a one star, is because they came before Mothers Day. My daughter ordered these and thought it would be a nice gift, I was saddened to tell her she wasted her money. They were the worst tasting berries I have ever eaten. I only took one bite of one and had to throw out. I checked the others and all were Not ripened. The strawberries were not ripe, they were white in color with a very little red and tasted like some chemical. The ice bag was melted by the time they arrived, but that really would not have mattered. I would never recommend Shari's Berries to anyone and my daughter should get her money back.

I ordered dipped strawberries for Mother's Day. When my mother opened them the dry ice was warm, the chocolate melted, and the strawberries were mushy. I have been trying to call them for 3 days and receive a message that my waiting time would be over 2 hours! This is totally ridiculous and I will never order again. Apparently many others are have a major issue with them. I'm actually surprised they are still in business. Do not order from this business!

My hubby tried buying me chocolate covered strawberries for my first Mother's Day. When calling to find out where the order was the customer service agent told him that the money didn't come out. We just checked his account and the money did in fact come out! Do not buy from these people. It's a scam!

Too bad! Someone who loved me went to a lot of effort and expense to please me and they were awful! They had been dipped stem and all and aside from not having any flavor they were soggy and truly not worth eating.
I feel terrible complaining about a gift someone lovingly sent me to cheer me up but better than the next person being disappointed too.
Send chocolates and forget Shari's Berries. Yuk!
(Btw---they also didn't put the information in the package about who sent them so I had to call to find out. That was tedious on top of disappointment.)
Sigh.

Shari's Berries was always my go-to for a special gift for family and friends. Always impressive and top quality. Not so anymore. The berries my son received the other day were an embarrassing amateur replica. Go to find out, Shari's was sold to 1-800-Flowers. And like everything I've ever ordered from 1-800 what you order is NOT what you get.

We just received our Sheri's Berries for Mothers Day. Berries were completely melted. The ice bag was melted and so were the berries. I have been on hold for 21:46 minutes now. Nobody answered my Chat session.
I guess they are busy with all of their other disappointed customers

Tried to order online and no spot available for coupon so I called. I could NOT understand the operator at all so after 4 tries I finally hung up. Why can't they hire English-speaking phone operators!? Or at least some who don't have thick accents? Will never order from them again and will spread the word.
