They are deceiving! Customer service can't speak good English, they lied about delivery date, didn't honor Groupon discount, and there delivery service is awful! Ordered berries for my mother's day for my mom a week ago and showed on my email that it will be delivered but turned around and gave a later delivery date! Then said they would give a full refund and I can keep the berries! Of course I can because they'll be no longer any good when I receive them I will never order from them again and I'm going to tell everyone I know and put it on internet and news services if I can!

My husband and daughter have sent these to me before for Mother's Day, and they were fair at best. This time the berries came in a box that had a defrosted "ice" pack was just mushy and cool. The card was buried - almost tossed with the box (should have been attached to box). Either way - one berry was tiny - and for the price - they all should be big. BUT the kicker is the strawberries were mushy and tasted a bit fermented. Thought it had to be my imagination. Got VIOLENTLY sick from eating 1 berry. They have no quality control with the size of the berries - as in the past - but never ever received them without a frozen ice pack and then to get sick - what a horrible gift on Mother's Day!

I ordered 24 Christmas decorated berries to be delivered to Tacoma on 12/23. My order was placed on 12/6/22. They shipped the berries from CA on 12/12/22,11 days of transit and delivery time with the worst shipping company in the US, FedEx. On the day of expected delivery, I get an email telling me of a delay. I pull up the FedEx tracking to see that the order has been delayed in CA since 12/21.

First problem, how fresh can chocolate covered strawberries be after 11 days of shipping? Secondly, they tell me on the day of delivery that the shipment is delayed. After chatting with customer service for 30 minutes because the CSR was either watching TV or handling several pissed off customers, I get an offer of a "new" delivery date and $20 off my next order. Lol! What "next order!?!"

After pulling up some reviews, I see now why I shouldn't have ordered these in the first place.

My 7 year old foster son was so excited to order mom choc strawberries and cheesecake for his first
Mother's Day with her and they come today all broke and melted he spent 77 dollars in this. Granted they agreed to refund his money but that doesn't help him with his gift

My boyfriend ordered a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries for valentines day... they arrived all shuffled around and all the chocolate falling off the berries... okay so not their fault that the UPS mishandled the package... but then I ate one and the berry was super SOGGY and past its peak ripe-ness. We spent $50 to be SUPER disappointed... don't believe the hype on their website... also the berries were shipped from Sacramento to Southern California and they were still awful! Imagine if they had a further destination to go to...

Received a package of Shari's Berries with flowers for Valentine's day. They were poorly packaged, the lid not secure. Went to open it and because the cooling packet pushed the contents so far up that the lid was not secure, strawberries went flying all over the room. Spent an hour cleaning up melted chocolate and strawberries. What a waste. I told the person who sent them that they were wonderful (didn't want to hurt his feelings) but I will NEVER endorse or recommend this business or product. Never.

One of the worst experiences I've had. Perfect example of a company that makes it's money off first times buyers.

Triple charged me for shipping for mothers day -
$16.99 - standard shipping
$4.99 - rush delivery fee
$14.99 - mothers day fee

If you try to cancel your order, they will wait to respond to you, AFTER it has shipped, just to tell you it's too late!

Learn from my mistake! Order else where!

Arrived hot and melted and smashed. My son spent good money for nothing... less than nothing! I have informed my family and friends to not order from pro flowers or sheries berries. Don't know how this business is allowed to scam the American public.

Called day after supposed to deliver, left a message, I had to call back and sit on hold a half hr and then talk to someone in a foreign country who made me give him the information of what they were supposed to have. Really a s%^&show

How about NO Scott. I had a good experience with this company 2 years ago. A horrible one has eclipsed it since, so never again. I can take the problems that arise from time to time, when your dealing with low grade start ups like this one. What I can not, and will not tolerate is a customer service team that doesn't care about their employers. I will spare you the details as I do not want to spread hate and discontent. This is a good opportunity for an aspiring CEO however, this one needs to be fired. I hope this delivers a smile because they are not.

My husband ordered tulips n strawberries as a surprise for me for Mother's Day. The surprise was on me since it didn't show up til Tuesday. Flowers were dead. Chocolate completely melted and strawberries spoiled. My husband called and complained. He told them it looked like it was packed and then stuck in a corner until someone remembered to send it out. He was assured a fresh shipment will come Thursday.
The box arrived today. Tulips are beautiful. But NO strawberries. My husband called again, and was told they'll be delivered tomorrow.
I told my husband He should've cancelled and get his money back. This was so disappointing. I am very upset.
I told him next time to just get me Ferrero Rocher chocolates instead.

My husband ordered these to be delivered the Friday before Mothers day as he knows chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite. He was going to go through edible arrangements but found a groupon and decided to order from here instead. It was supposed to be a surprise but he ended up having to tell me because they never came. He called customer service at 7:30 and they said they would have them delivered on mothers day and waive the extra fee and give us our money back. I waited all mothers day for strawberries that never came. Monday comes and still nothing. He calls Monday night and is told they are still in transit and won't be here until Tuesday... It is now Tuesday and still no berries. We will never again use this company. We will stick with edible arrangements whose customer service is more than amazing, never gets the order wrong AND is always on time. Thanks for disappointing myself and what seems like a ton of other moms on a day that is supposed to be celebrating them.

This is the third time I ordered from Shari's Berries, and I must admit the first two times I received a nice product. Last evening, we opened the box for Valentine's Day and some of the strawberries looked closer to large marbles or blueberries than gourmet strawberries. I reached out to the company and have received no reply. I am about to make comments on social media. I will not order from them again but will buy from my local supermarket. Terribly disappointed.

Product never received after six weeks. Called customer service twice they promised delivery twice they promised partial refund they promised emails none of the above ever came. Furthermore you talk to somebody on a phone line that can barely speak English and you cannot understand them at all.

My daughter never got her Berries. I ordered them 4-5 days prior to Valentines Day. When I call customer service, it is outsourced, people do not speak english well, and no-manager to speak with. They said they would send again. A day late, and a dollar short. That is if they even arrive. Very disappointed. I think what upset me the most, is you can't get anyone who cares or even speaks english well. Done with Sherries Berries.

The Shari's Berries customer service was horrible. I have spoken to a total of 6 employees. They did not know very good English, they made false promises regarding my order, and now I am faced with a disappointment of a product and an order that was charged twice. This is a terrible company to order from, for they advertise their products with "coupons," but fail to mention the shipping charges that coast more than what you are ordering. I will never order from here again.

Spent good money, when they arrived they were all melted and stuck together. When I called to complain the Supervisor Ty wouldnt even get on the phone. When I asked for her direct line or email I was told sorry I cant give out that personal information. I thought it was a business? I will never order from them again. I will be calling the Elvis Duran Show as well who promotes them.

A week ahead of time I ordered strawberries and pretzels to be delivered to Washington state as a surprise while my daughter was on vacation out there at a friend's house. Strawberries were delivered a day late. Ok. When $30 pretzels didn't show up for 2 more days although it says they were shipped the week before, I called and found out that they weren't available in that area. Why didn't they let me know when I ordered them or call me in the days that followed. Refunded my money but that's not the point. It was to late in her trip to do anything else. Very poor management. Looks like they want to keep your money even when they don't plan on delivering.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company unless you don't care if you receive the product.

Products used:
Only chocolate covered strawberries were delivered. Chocolate coveted pretzels were never delivered.

After years of hearing radio adverts for Shari's, I finally decided to have dipped berries sent separately to my wife and daughter's family. Two orders, one for a half dozen, another for a dozen. ORDER #*******892 and ORDER #*******031. Angry Berries in bothe orders, arrived broken, several way undersized compared to the big berries they picture on their website. The half-dozen order we received is pictured below. The shipping and additional fees they tack on to the final bill are steep-really nasty. I found no way to cancel or amend the order. I complained in writing to Shari's but their only response was to give me a 30% coupon towards another order. You're kidding me right? My advice, save your money, run away far and fast -- seems to be a poorly run operation.

Tip for consumers:
Deceptive web photos of large dipped strawberies. What you get is 1 or 2 as pictured, and the others undersized or broken. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT

They lead you to believe that shipping is free and you only pay extra for certain days or special times. When you get to the very last ordering screen they add the $14.99 "standard delivery", which I missed until AFTER I placed my order. Not transparent, Deceptive. Dishonest. Fraudulent. Do not order from this company!

I've ordered and sent Shari's Berries several times as gifts for others, but never received them myself intil this past week for my own birthday. I happen to not be a fan of chocolate covered strawberries, but I Do like chocolate, so I shared them with my daughter (she happens to like them quite a lot.) Well, imagine my surprise when I broke the shell open and found overly ripe berries that were soft and mushy, leaking juice all over the tray. For her part, my little girl had eaten her berries, and within a short time was throwing up on the floor. I broke open the remaining berries, and found them all to be overly ripened - spoiled soft. I am disgusted by this - these berries are costly, and no one would pay such extravagant prices for mushy, spoiled berries in a store! Unfortunately, when they're dipped in chocolate, you can't know what you're getting - unless you're like me, and you break them open first!

Tip for consumers:
I will not be using Shari's Berries again, and will recommend against them to anyone I know in the future. Very unhappy with this experience from Shari's Berries.

Not to sound like an ungrateful $#*! because my husband is awesome and he had no idea what I would end up with but the package I got looked like it had been kicked up and down the street. As others have noted, you have to assemble the flowers in the vase yourself. This is an absolutely horrible idea. How many people are florist? I got roses that were tiny and the wet florist foam that was suppose to be around the stem ends to keep them from wilting was of course completely off and so the roses looked terrible. The strawberries were a total wreck and nothing I could not have made at home, for a hell of a lot cheaper than what my husband paid for them. The flowers were so embarrassing and pitiful in the ridiculously huge vase that they sent that I finally just cut them down and put them in a coffee cup. Buyer beware! You want to give your sweetheart a nice Valentine's or special occasion gift, NEVER order from this fraudulent company. They are the worst!

I got a coupon from Hello Fresh and went to try to redeem it only to notice fine print indicating that shipping might be $15 minimum which is outrageous. The site itself refuses to give even a price range of shipping info without me divulging personal information, and the chat agent was unwilling to provide any info without me going through all the hassle of adding an item to my cart and giving up my personal info. Furthermore I was teased with an offer for 25% off if I registered for their email and tried to do it only to find out that Hello Fresh had already registered me without my permission, and thus I was un-eligible for the discount. Really shady
