Spent good money, when they arrived they were all melted and stuck together. When I called to complain the Supervisor Ty wouldnt even get on the phone. When I asked for her direct line or email I was told sorry I cant give out that personal information. I thought it was a business? I will never order from them again. I will be calling the Elvis Duran Show as well who promotes them.

A week ahead of time I ordered strawberries and pretzels to be delivered to Washington state as a surprise while my daughter was on vacation out there at a friend's house. Strawberries were delivered a day late. Ok. When $30 pretzels didn't show up for 2 more days although it says they were shipped the week before, I called and found out that they weren't available in that area. Why didn't they let me know when I ordered them or call me in the days that followed. Refunded my money but that's not the point. It was to late in her trip to do anything else. Very poor management. Looks like they want to keep your money even when they don't plan on delivering.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company unless you don't care if you receive the product.

Only chocolate covered strawberries were delivered. Chocolate coveted pretzels were never delivered.

I've ordered and sent Shari's Berries several times as gifts for others, but never received them myself intil this past week for my own birthday. I happen to not be a fan of chocolate covered strawberries, but I Do like chocolate, so I shared them with my daughter (she happens to like them quite a lot.) Well, imagine my surprise when I broke the shell open and found overly ripe berries that were soft and mushy, leaking juice all over the tray. For her part, my little girl had eaten her berries, and within a short time was throwing up on the floor. I broke open the remaining berries, and found them all to be overly ripened - spoiled soft. I am disgusted by this - these berries are costly, and no one would pay such extravagant prices for mushy, spoiled berries in a store! Unfortunately, when they're dipped in chocolate, you can't know what you're getting - unless you're like me, and you break them open first!
Tip for consumers:
I will not be using Shari's Berries again, and will recommend against them to anyone I know in the future. Very unhappy with this experience from Shari's Berries.

After years of hearing radio adverts for Shari's, I finally decided to have dipped berries sent separately to my wife and daughter's family. Two orders, one for a half dozen, another for a dozen. ORDER #*******892 and ORDER #*******031. Angry Berries in bothe orders, arrived broken, several way undersized compared to the big berries they picture on their website. The half-dozen order we received is pictured below. The shipping and additional fees they tack on to the final bill are steep-really nasty. I found no way to cancel or amend the order. I complained in writing to Shari's but their only response was to give me a 30% coupon towards another order. You're kidding me right? My advice, save your money, run away far and fast -- seems to be a poorly run operation.
Tip for consumers:
Deceptive web photos of large dipped strawberies. What you get is 1 or 2 as pictured, and the others undersized or broken. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT

They lead you to believe that shipping is free and you only pay extra for certain days or special times. When you get to the very last ordering screen they add the $14.99 "standard delivery", which I missed until AFTER I placed my order. Not transparent, Deceptive. Dishonest. Fraudulent. Do not order from this company!

I sent a dozen chocolate dipped birthday strawberries to a friend for $50. Most of them were the tiniest, saddest looking strawberries ever. I'll never use them again. Horrible. I wish I had seen their review before.

I got a coupon from Hello Fresh and went to try to redeem it only to notice fine print indicating that shipping might be $15 minimum which is outrageous. The site itself refuses to give even a price range of shipping info without me divulging personal information, and the chat agent was unwilling to provide any info without me going through all the hassle of adding an item to my cart and giving up my personal info. Furthermore I was teased with an offer for 25% off if I registered for their email and tried to do it only to find out that Hello Fresh had already registered me without my permission, and thus I was un-eligible for the discount. Really shady

Not to sound like an ungrateful $#*! because my husband is awesome and he had no idea what I would end up with but the package I got looked like it had been kicked up and down the street. As others have noted, you have to assemble the flowers in the vase yourself. This is an absolutely horrible idea. How many people are florist? I got roses that were tiny and the wet florist foam that was suppose to be around the stem ends to keep them from wilting was of course completely off and so the roses looked terrible. The strawberries were a total wreck and nothing I could not have made at home, for a hell of a lot cheaper than what my husband paid for them. The flowers were so embarrassing and pitiful in the ridiculously huge vase that they sent that I finally just cut them down and put them in a coffee cup. Buyer beware! You want to give your sweetheart a nice Valentine's or special occasion gift, NEVER order from this fraudulent company. They are the worst!
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time or money.

My fiancee got them for me this past Valentine's day and they were nearly 1 week late and all the berries were rancid. Really disappointed. My fiancee did contact them and was told they would send a replacement that they never sent. He called a few times trying to resolve it but the company never followed through.
Poor product terrible customer service.
My suggestion don't ever order.

I had never tried these guys before, but had also listened to certain radio hosts raving about them. How 'huge' they are, delicious, etc. They are actually quite small, not even large, let alone 'huge'. They taste alright. No problem with customer service, but the value for quite ordinary chocolate covered berries is horrible. Would not recommend due to the extremely low value for what you get.

My husband has given me Sherri's berries for my December birthday for years. Last year our order was incomplete and promises were made and not kept from this company. This year we thought we would try Sherri's berries again. Bad Choice! Berries are small, soft, and almost half we could not eat. The chocolate is not creamy but very waxy. The presentation was awful in the box... chocolate broken from berries and a mess. The dozen roses were just ok. The white roses had brown petals. One red rose had a two inch stem. My heart breaks for my husband as he just looked at this mess. Never again will we purchase anything from this company... Oh... one last thought. I tried to contact the company by phone and "live chat" only to get NO ONE! Sherri's Berries... please don't put customer service on your page... that too is a joke!

Ordered 12 gourmet dipped berries. No leaves left on berries. Top completely covered in chocolate to conceal the WHITE tops. The berries themselves were terrible. I would never have bought such low quality strawberries in market. They were already getting mushy when I received them. It was a complete waste of money. All 12 went in the garbage. I will NEVER buy from Sharis again. Thank God I planned to take them to the intended recipient rather than have them delivered there.

I would of included a picture but I never received my Shari's Berries. They were supposed to be here today but here it is after 6 o'clock never received the berries so I will be calling to get a full refund from these quacks. I should have done a little research all they have is complaints no good rate was for this company that's my fault. I know they've changed their name once so that's how they keep getting over on people will won't happen to me no more stay local. So don't waste your time ordering from this sorry sorry company.

Ordered from these guys in the past and the berries were amazing. Just purchased over $ 100 worth of products for my anniversary this last weekend, it was terrible. The choc covered pretzels were so stale you couldnt eat them! The berries were slimy inside, nd the choc was waxy and old tasting. Not sure what happened but the quality has went down tremendously!

I ordered dozen chocolate dipped berries with 4 cookies. All berries came broken open with chocolate coming off them. It was really cheap packaging and berries were crushed some.
Really really disappointed. On top of heavy price, they charge 14.99 for delivery and we get is an awfully low standard product.

Had a box come - and they are PRICEY - and they were totally green and white down at least one quarter of the way. Absolutely tasteless, they were nowhere near ripe. Called customer service - and they said they will not refund but sent a replacement. They were absolutely no better - had pictures, sent them to their customer service but received no response. Used to LOVE these things - but we are done, done, done. Darn -it was my go-to for sending as get well and Valentine's etc., Consumer beware!

Horrible business. Order not delivered. Overcharged my account. Staff didn't apologize. Rude. Never use this business. Your family and friends won't receive the order and you will have to fight to get reimbursed. Overall terrible experience. Caused grief and sadness on Mother's Day.

I just came back from vacation to find a box of chocolate dip strawberries at my front door, which had been sitting there for eight days. Of course, they were totally melted. I called the company and some incomprehensible woman told me she would replace the order however it would take three weeks. I also asked her for the name of the sender as there was no card enclosed in the original package. I was told that because of confidentiality issues they cannot reveal the name of the sender to me. This makes it rather difficult for me to send a thank you note to the sender as I have no idea who it was. This is worse than dealing with the CIA

Don't click confirm at the end of checkout without looking over everything. They'll post a promo then it disappears at checkout. Shipping prices are already ridiculously high and at check out it will go up yet again for no apparent reason. When you call customer service they will get an attitude and tell you if you dont agree with the price then don't buy it. I took her advice. I will never buy from Shari's Berries again. In all fairness the berries themselves, I'm told are amazing. However the price gouging and horrible customer service are not worth it. IMHO

I ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for my mother for Mother's Day from Shari's Berries. The vase was delivered broken, which probably happened during delivery. The strawberries were mushy and the chocolate coating was cracked. The company should package their products better for delivery so everything arrives fresh and intact. I spoke to customer service and had a replacement sent out and the same thing occurred with the replacement delivery. I will never order from them again. You spend too much money to have this happen twice.

This year was a huge disappointment. I've received many and sent many berries over the years and this is the first time I've been disappointed. Berries were white inside, there were no stems and greens on them and the chocolate was so thin the berries showed through the chocolate. I will never purchase them again! A waste of $82.00 especially at this time when everything has risen in price. I guess that's what happens when 800
Flowers takes over. The love is no longer there.

Customer service is horrid! First time using this company and the last time as well!
Ordered something a week ago to specifically be delivered today! Nothing! Maybe tomorrow? I called customer service and while they said they take full responsibility, I was only refunded my shipping cost.

My son has ordered Shari's Berries for Mother's Day and my birthday for several years now. Every single delivery could not have been better. Chocolate covered strawberries were huge and delicious. There was a cold pack in the insulated box, then another box inside the insulated box that held the berries. The actual berry box is padded so nothing is damaged whatsoever.
I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews here for Shari's Berries. Poor product and poor packaging is completely opposite of what I have always received.

I order my Mom the tulips and chocolate strawberries, the flowers came today and my mother said they were wilted, of course they are, they came to her in a fed ex truck for 2 days without water, who does that? I thought it would come refrigerated, instead they came in a box. I can only imagine what the strawberries will be like tomorrow, I'm sure they will be melted. I am really disappointed in Shari's Berries, definitely should have gone to my local florist. I give them a -1 star rating.
