This company posted THREE $47 charges on my card for 1 order. When I called they told me that it is just "an authorization" and I should call the bank and it will probably disappear... no, you authorize once and charge once if youre an honest business. This is ridiculous. Never using them again. You are affecting the money that your customers have available to you.

I ordered a dozen berries along with the cheesecake for my wife just new she was going to love it. I even paid the extra money to make sure it got there before 12. Alot of good that did hell they never delivered it. Try to call and see whats going on with the order i had to spell my name 20 times and in the end all he could do was take off the morning delivery charge. Never again will i make this mistake guess its back to wall mart to get roses. I am now trying to get my money back

I will start by saying that I orders a Full Dozen Gourmet Dipped Fancy Strawberries. The cost of the strawberries were $34.98 and seemed reasonable enough, but on top of the cost of the berries I was charged $14.99 for standard delivery and an additional $9.99 for Guaranteed Feb 14th Delivery. That's $24.98 in additional charges. So, as much as we enjoyed the strawberries(as they were delicious), I would NEVER order from Shari's Berries again - unless they don't charge excessive fees. I would much rather be charged $44.98 than get hit with multiple shipping charges at checkout.

Strawberries and cheese. Total 50. Then 30 for shipping what. They are going to the same place. But they want 14.99 for the strawberries and 16.99 for the cheesecake. Crazy. I thought I would give them a second chance after the major screw up they did, didn't deliver on time and then strawberries were broken and rotten. Not again, this is so sad. Tried talking with a person through shari berries and all she said was our order was delivered I said I haven't ordered yet, she repeated the same then 3 more times. Then she said it would be 30 because it is snowing. Are you serious!?!?!?! When I said that doesn't make sense she said that is the price and thats it. I called back and finally got the answer that every item you buy you pay 14.99 plus on.

I've used sharri's For many years. Lots of orders. Shipping is outrageous, but I've sucked it up over the years. 3 orders this month. 2 were messed up. 1 order was to my mom so I asked her how she liked them. Turns out she got half the order. I would never had known if I didn't ask. Called and they did make good on that order. BUT this is the kicker. A friend of mine had a death in the family and instead of flowers I sent strawberries. I didn't think much about it. ONE MONTH LATER, I received an email that said my order was delivered. WTH? I called. They did eventually refund my shipping but I feel the whole order should've been refunded or at the least, a credit for next time. Well, that's it for me. Amazon has a similar company, free shipping and I won't be back to Shari's. Too bad. You lost a good customer. And after reading these reviews, you have lost many, many more.

I ordered the Mother's Day variety last year as a surprise for my mom. She was so surprised by the big strawberries and how beautifly decorated they were. This year I thought I would send her the Cheesecake dipped berries. I was sent a 10 dollar off coupon on a 30 dollar or more order. She really loved them and I loved them to. Maybe next time I will try some of your new items like the chocolate cherries. I have been a very satisfied customer and hope to order again in the future, Thanks Again, Liz.

Ordered what I thought was going to be a great surprise for my wife! Her favorite treat Chocolate covered Strawberries and Cherries sounds good right? I had paid $113.00 for her to receive the order before noon on Valentines Day but I guess I miss understood as apparently your surprise is much better if it's a day late? News to me especially since my wife is flying out at 8pm this evening and will be in another state the day after Valentines Day!... but no worries as the man in Pakistan told me that I could expect a time machine to arrive tomorrow and I could try to surprise my wife all over again! Not likely just like everyone else I am done with Shari's Lies and terrible customer service. I will put the time machine to good use though

Product packaging was a disaster and berries were not in trays, most were broken with coatings off. When I sent in my review, they apologized and offered me a gift of 30% off of any purchase over $29 which is a joke. Do not buy these products!

Ordered Berries 18 days prior to Valentines. Asked for feb 13 but allowed flex delivery up to 14. Never received. Called 2 time on the 14 no help. Called 6 times on the 15th. I was hung up on twice. Informed I would receive a call back twice never called. Unable to speak with manager he was busy. They finally refunded my money. The worst experience I've ever had! I will never use Sharries Berries again and I will be your loudest advertiser for others not using you.

Shari's Berries says standard delivery is included but then they charge you 999 then 499 and another 499 for a quote-unquote refrigerated truck. When in all actuality the refrigerated truck is a UPS truck with a small gel ice pack on top of the strawberries. The flowers arrived dead and all the chocolate was melted off of the strawberries and the strawberries were so over ripe they could not even be eaten. Unless you want the recipient of the gift to be disappointed don't ever order from Shari's Berries

I did not see all of these horrible reviews before I ordered, unfortunately. Anyways... I sent my friend some strawberries, just because. They did not arrive on the day they were supposed to. I called and they told me they'd be delivered sometime tomorrow. Ummm no! My strawberries have already been sitting in a truck or warehouse somewhere for over 24 hrs. I refused for her to receive her strawberries looking like some of these pictures I've seen. I called fed ex, stopped the order, and sent them back to Shari. F those Berries!

I ordered a plant ($63.00), had it sent to a friend. When it arrived it was basically a stick with a few leaves. I reached out to customer service; no response 4 days later. I won't be purchasing from them again due to what was delivered and for their lack of acknowledgement to my 'complaint'.

I ordered this for my grandchildren and their parents. They came, but the berries were TINY, poorly made and more than unattractive. What a bad impact on my reputation. Will never use them again. PS Ordered a few times over the years, and they used to be large and beautiful and tasty. NEVER AGAIN!

My 4 day story is a long one, but today they have gone back and forth with me via phone calls and social media messaging from 1:18pm to (so far) 7:18pm. Order not delivered. Have a bogus tracking number. Claimed the order needed to be cancelled due to purchase verification. Then, they have twice now transferred me to 1-800-flowers which I did not go through to begin with. Nobody in CS will give me a manager or anyone that speaks good enough English to understand the words out of my mouth. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Now I'm just fighting to get my money back due to zero fault of my own. It's been almost a year since I sent my last batch of Shari's Berries and even those were embarrassing to see my friend send me a picture of. Looked like a toddler handled the order. Never again will I contact them with the exception of getting my money back.

Ordered birthday berries and a balloon for my son a week prior to his birthday to make sure it arrived on his day. No such luck. Never arrived. Two days later, still waiting! Guessing the balloon will be deflated and the berries old with chocolate melted or worse. Will never order anything from them again.

Highly disappointed! We ordered a Mother's Day gift and it never showed up to my mother in laws home and when we called they stared orders were full for the weekend and they couldn't do anything about it! Awful customer service! Do NOT recommend ever buying Sharis Berries!

Worst company/service I have ever dealt with. I ordered two deliveries to be made on Valentine's Day. I received confirmation of the orders. I received a phone call at 6:00 pm on Valentine's day stating that my order would not be fulfilled. Took three more phone calls just to receive an email confirmation of my refund. We'll see if I get it.

My husband bought me some of your berries for Valentines day. For the price he paid it was definitely not worth it. The berries were not ripe and instead of being sweet they were sour! For the 85 dollars he paid (for 12) they sucked. Will never recommend your product.

WARNING... you don't get to see the total jacked up price until they have your money. My order was 34.95 with a supposed 20% discount that I didn't get and they took $71.23 out of my bank for 6 berries and 4 pretzels!... THEY ARE CROOKS!

The pics online and the strawbetties that arrived are not the same at all. Local grocer could have provided better berries. The dime in the photo is for comparison. Save your $$$ and find a different supplier.

Its the day after Valentine's day and the Strawberries and Roses still haven't arrived. I ordered several weeks in advance and paid extra for "Guaranteed" delivery before noon on Valentines day. Product did not ship until Valentines day! I would recommend never ordering from Shari's Berries on a major holiday. From the reviews pouring in today they accepted more orders than they could fill. Remember nothing says "I Love You" like a belated gift.

Don't bother ordering. I was supposed to have Guaranteed delivery on the 11th of May for mothers day. Didn't arrive on the 11th, called customer service and was told it would be delivered that day. (UPS doesn't deliver on Sunday) Order arrived on the 13th, after 3 days in a truck in the Florida heat this is how they arrived. It seems they no longer care about customers or quality.

I don't understand all the negative reviews, sent three items for V day this year, everything was delivered on time, in am (without paying for am delivery) and they were beautiful flowers, yummy berries and great chocolates/chocolate covered cookies. I have used Shari's Berries for years and have never been disappointed. They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for, and these are top notch gifts.
