I ordered 12 dozen for my wife and did not spend the extra money to have them "before 12"... they arrived at 10. So I'm happy for that, the price was fair but they like to upsell during the checkout. They have a handling fee, a guaranted fresh fee, a shipping fee, all mandatory. So they fee the heck out of you. They don't come with the stand in the picture (i didn't think it would) they don't have the green stems so it not as pretty. They are fully dipped so you can't see the red berry. So they don't look as pretty but she loved them and said it was good so that's what was important to me.

Used to love sending these to all the special people in my life.
Once acquired by 800-Flowers, they 800-f*cking suck. Evidently, the delivery is no longer from a "central California location", it's left in the incompetent hands of your local florist.
I will be demanding refund.

I ordered 1 doz of Sherr's berries and they arrived the afternoon on May 12th. Only problem was my mother only got 11 berries. Looked like someone had help themselves to a berry, which makes me wonder if the box was tapered with? I think I paid around 59.00 dollars for a doz. Berries not eleven. Sent to my son for his 22nd birthday at college. Paid xtra to ensure delivery and told him to expect a birthday surprise. I sent to my father 2016 Father's Day and was very pleased. The lack of delivery on the day for my son is unacceptable. Will NOT purchase from sheris berries again.

The flowers were pretty, the strawberries were dreadful! Soooo disappointed! Wasted money. Just get a bouquet. I will say, our local Kroger's store had chocolate dipped strawberries for much less money and they were scrumptious! Dump Shari's Berries and use a local florist and Krogers! Save money and better quality.

I order strawberries for my 79 year old mom for valentines day I placed my order on the 12th. They didn't arrive until 8pm on the 15th. My mom was heartbroken thinking i'd forgotten about her. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. For the lack of customer service. SAVE YOUR $$ don't order from this company

Answer me this... if you check for reviews and you see 756 negative reviews, WHY do you use this vendor?! The ONLY consistency you can glean from these 756 reviews is that Sharies Berries and affiliated vendors are horrible in execution and customer service.

I have heard the radio ads for Shari's Berries for years. This year I liked the idea of surprising my wife on Valentine's day. I placed an order 10 days in advance, paid extra for "guaranteed" delivery on Valentine's day, only to receive an email the evening of the 14th advising me my order was "just" going out with an estimated delivery on the 15th. So no surprise for the wife, not to mention the radio ads do not truly represent the cost of the berries. I can not recommend Shari's Berries to anyone.

Never ever again will I order from them. Long story short... item was out of stock, but wasn't when I placed my order. They duplicated my order. They called me to tell me my order was messed up. When I callrf back. They had no clue what they were doing. A total of 3 calls later with no resolution. I cancelled my order.

I bought a Groupon for $15.00 that gave me $30.00 worth of product. I went to the site and started to order. I made my choices, added my groupon and proceeded to place the order. I had to pay an additional $47.96 for my order of a dozen strawberries. I placed the order and it arrived on valentines day. I opened the box to discover that the strawberries are tiny. The are also covered completely stem and all in fake chocolate. My 2yr old strangled on stem piece. Most of the strawberries were only half ripe. I called customer service and they agreed to refund me. Only to find out that they wont refund my Groupon. They keep telling me that they are sorry and will give me a store credit for the groupon. When I was on the phone with them twice it took forever on the calls. The second call as 28mins. Long. And she told me I had to voice my concerns on the website.

I purchased the $49.99 Valentine's day special for my husband 4 days before the delivery date of the 14th. After paying the delivery charge plus taxes, my total was over $75. Upon tracking my order this morning, I was disappointed to discover that my order wouldnt be delivered until the 15th. Now why in the world would I pay all that for a day after surprise. The only thing the operator could tell me was that this was not the usual case... SAD. Just SAD and Pathetic

Ordered Shariberries pumpkin dipped for my daughter for Halloween to be delivered 10/30, and not delivered. Then 10/31, and not delivered, then 11/1, and guess what, still not delivered.
Spent many hours on the phone for 4 days on phone with Shariesberries and their 3rd party delivery. Originally, they said wrong address, but it was the correct address. Shows up in Maps, and GPS, or any way you research it, right by a University. This went in for 4 days.
Needless to say, my daughter did not receive her Halloween gift. She was disappointed.
I was upset, aggravated, and angry.
I demanded my money back, which was refunded.
But, they should have offered to deliver the order anyway besides returning my money.
And also, a few other times I ordered they were not good and in the verge of turning bad.
I would give this experience a rating of 0, but not an option, so I will do a 1.

I have been ordering from Shari's for yrs and never had a problem and quality was great... however, they were recently bought out by 1800flowers and I placed my first 2 orders since they were acquired and couldn't believe what was delivered! Both orders looked like whoever was decorating the berries stopped halfway through and they looked like someone had picked off the sprinkles n chocolate chips and the berries were tiny. I was so embarrassed! Then when i tried to request a refund online every time I clicked on submit the website threw me out. So I called and spent 25 min on the phone and was only offered a 50% refund. When I insisted on a full refund the girl left me on hold and never came back. I emailed to request a refund and again was only offered half. I'm still trying to get a live person on the phone to escalate the matter and get a full refund. They're products AND service are both horrible!

I placed an order for the Belgian dark/white chocolate B-Day strawberries for my fiance and when it arrived the outer package was dented in and it got worse as I opened the box not to mention the smell of alcohol.

I have been a customer for years and will never place another order here again! I sent my Mother a dozen "chocolate covered strawberries" for Mother's Day and they arrived broken, messy and the strawberries were ROTTEN! The ice pack was melted and even the card had junk juice all over it.
I called customer service the same day, after waiting a good 40-45 minutes and the representative assured me that they would send her another order. The weekend is over and guess what? No other order was delivered.
I will not deal with this company again. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!

My husband placed an order for berries and paid the extra to ensure Valentine delivery. I got home and my husband asked if I ever received anything... which I did not. Apparently I had a package of berries and a cute note dropped off at 10am to the back door of my school. Whoever dropped off the berries did not even have someone sign for the package (they just wrote our secretaries name who wasn't even on campus all day. So no one was aware they were just sitting in our back supply room until around 5pm when our counselor saw them and called my husband to tell him.
If your going to charge people an arm and a leg for fruit and chocolate and have them pay extra to ensure Valentine delivery then you should be responsible for ensuring the intended recipient actually receives them! I would never order from them... JUST DON'T

THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will charge you double for shipping because they can. And very frusturating talking to the sales people. They over charge you a lot and have no idea what they are doing. But if you like shipping 12 strawberries for $100 bucks then yeah you'll love it. Oh, and then they will send you an email with a great discount but it is no where to be found on the website, so then you call and they pretty much make you sound crazy. And say that the email was not real, but in reality you have proof on your computer screen. They need to teach their customer service people to learn english, listen to the person on the phone instead of talking over them, and to STOP throwing around random numbers. Honestly you are probably better off just walking 1,000 miles and delivering the strawberries from your own hands. They scam you... STAY AWAY.

Ordered Feb. 2nd and paid extra $$$ to have morning delivery. Had to call them as wasnt delivered yet when they said it hadnt even shipped out and was guaranteed morning delivery for Feb. 14th. Then they just wanted to refund shipping as it was still going to be delivered albiet late. Uh NO refund me my money and I will spend it with a company that actually cares about their customers.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my mothers 81st birthday. I wasnt able to be there for her birthday so I asked for her to send me a picture of what she received. I was shocked how some of the strawberries were so small. Some filled the entire precut tray and others you could fit 3-4 strawberries in. If they did not have the large ones in stock like they advertised they could atleast put several in a section to make up for the different. The berries were white inside and had no flavor.
Sharis Berries sent me an email asking for a review. I told them how disappointed I was with the gift. They replied with a thank you and hope I order again soon. So basically, no one read my review. I will never order from them again.

Tried to place 2 orders tonight to go to my kids at college. They couldn't verify the addresses as they had dorm halls associated with them and only could verify the shipping to the colleges. As you most know when you send something to your child that is not tracked, the chances of it being received is slim to none. I choose not to use Shari's Berries as they could not verify the address that I put in. Even though they said they would gaurantee the delivery, I could not believe them or take the chance. I believe their gaurantee was to the college. They were not willing to gaurantee it to the recipient. So disappointing! Check your address database and don't fill it up with your previous deliveries.

Ordered 2 separate orders to be delivered on Feb13, paid additional charges to guarantee delivery! No delivery, No tracking number! Called customer service twice on the 13th and was told that Fed Ex had not updated their system, so they could not tell me anything, but would email me back with information. No email and no deliver on the 14th. I called 4 times the evening of the 14th and finally was given tracking number. Contacted Fed Express items not shipped but labels had been printed. Called customer service again and this time I demanded a refund for $103.92 for $ 50 of berries that were never delivered. Finally received my confirmation. For refund, will be sending this info to credit card company. This morning I receive email saying that my order has just left the building and will be delivered on the 16th! NO Thank You!
