Ordered a gift for my mom... On expected delivery date it was just bring processed even tho I was charged for Express delivery. Will never use again. Keep looking around if you need to mail a gift

I received a dozen that was broken chocolate and out of spots they should have been laying in box. A few of them were very small Very disappointed after the radio gave them such a build up.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered berries for my Mother for Mother's Day. They guaranteed shipping on the Saturday before. A week later and I still haven't received them, so not only was my Mother's Day surprise ruined, but I feel scammed. I've tried messaging the company on several social media platforms, I've tried getting in contact with customer service, and they WILL not give you a full refund on THEIR mistake. What a disappointment. From what I understand, this has happened to so many people this Mother's Day. What a joke of customer service. I work in the service industry and I don't complain often, but this is 100% ridiculous. Absolutely no excuses for this mess. Do yourself a favor and buy your own berries and dip them in chocolate.

Ordered a cake from Shari's Berries and it arrived way past the time it was guaranteed (7PM instead of 3PM). The cake was melted and when support was contacted, they reported that a replacement cake will be shipped out or a different item of my chocie. Another item was chosen but no response was ever given.

I ordered a red velvet birthday cake to be delivered Jan 5 2018 in Keller TX $55.00, which is a Friday considered a normal delivery day; the cake never made it! According to the tracking it was in Memphis TN Jan. 5 at 1 pm on Saturday Jan. 6 it was in Fort Worth at 1:33 pm and it sat there; so on Sunday Jan 7 I called customer service to find out what happened she said it was still in Fort Worth and has no idea why so I asked for a refund. She said she could refund shipping charges and send a new cake or total refund. I asked to speak to a manager she put me on hold for a few minutes and came back with no manager is available but in 2 to 3 days one would call me back. I worked in retail so i know making the customer happy is number one bad reviews especially on the internet are big black eyes. I wanted a new cake and a full refund because the cake never got there (no known reason why) and even if it got there at that point it would have been stale being that it was made Jan. 2. The girl was rude, not very helpful and never did try to find a manager. So the birthday was a bust, i am pissed wasted time and money and telling anyone who reads this do not order from this company they are unreliable, lack common sense to fix problems and really do not care if the customer gets satisfaction.

The quality of this product was just a 1. Anything can be covered in chocolate and probably taste good. But these strawberries were mushy and overripe. Very overpriced for the lack of quality.

Was charged $70.00 dollars for delivery
I cannot believe this I was clearly not understanding of the charges $60.00 for 2 dozen berries and a delivery charge of 70.00 are you kidding me NEVER AGAIN!
I MAY ONLY BE ONE CUSTOMER BUT I HAVE A BIG MOUTH AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD

Warning! DO NOT TRY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on 8/24 to be delivered by 8/25. When I checked my order number it told me it was delivered. I told my 82 year old aunt that there was a package coming for her so to be on the lookout. Nothing ever showed up after I had her searching her whole property. I called Shari's back on 8/26 and was told that they do not show a confirmation of a delivery and I said no $#*!. I was put on hold and was told when they came back on the line that they cannot get a hold of the place that was supposed to fill the order, that they were closed until Monday. Was promised it would be delivered on that day which would've been 8/28. Once again, no delivery was made. Just got off the phone with them and all they say is that no confirmation was made on the order I placed….so if I never called and followed up they would just steal peoples $. They wanted to give me a $20 certificate to use at another time which I told them they could shove up their you know what's. I will never order from them again. My poor Aunt who has cancer has been looking for something that never would've showed up. I requested a refund and was told it will take 10 days to get. Now I have to wait to see if I even receive that. This company is a big disgrace! Customer service is terrible too. They could care less. Just do yourself a favor and use another company. This one should do everyone a favor and just close down! A worthless, disgraceful company.

I purchased Shari's Berries last Christmas for my mother and we shared them together after they were delivered. The berries were large, carefully packed, and pristine when they arrived last year.
Placed an identical order this year, with the exception of four dipped cookies added, and what arrived had only a passing resemblance to what we had last year. The berries were tiny comparatively but were shipped in the same size packaging as before resulting in them rolling around and losing parts and pieces of the chocolate coating. The presentation was unattractive and, vice embarrassing myself by taking these to my mother's for Christmas, we just placed them in the refrigerator to try when I get over my disgust at spending $49.96 for twelve strawberries and four cookies.
My wife did try one and the berry itself was not ripe and completely flavorless.
I read a review that said the company was purchased by FTD and was no longer a small family owned business. If so, it appears that it has not helped the company to be taken over.
I will not avail myself of Shari's Berries again and am sorry to see that option for a gift be lost.

This was the worst ever. I am disabled and do a TON of online ordering. My orders were lost and then they gave a lame excuse that they "tried to call" over a week ago that there was a payment problem because they stupidly defaulted to a now expired card. When I called to complain they OFFERED
NO HELP OR WAY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT EVEN THOUGH THAT's a slogan on website. NEVER AGAIN. $#*!TIEST SERVICE OUT THERE.

Hard to believe! Placed order one week in advance of "Mother's Day" for delivery on, guess what, "Mother's Day" Paid extra for Saturday delivery. NO DELIVERY! Called them at 7; 30AM on Mother's Day and found that they had their "Mother's Day" package still NOT DELIVERED. No help at all. Told me I could get my $$$ back in 7 to ten days. NEVER will do business again

Ordered the gourmet fancy strawberries for an early mothers day surprise. Strawberries did arrive but looked nothing like the pictures on website. They were very messy looking and you couldn't even tell they were strawberries. I have ordered many arrangements from EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS that were perfect. I thought I would try something new. BIG MISTAKE. Never again will I purchase anything from shari's berries. If you ever want to order anything nice to send to someone special then stick to EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!

Gave Sherris Berries a pass when the $75 Valentine gift contained soggy, mushy berries with the chocolate and nuts cracked and broken off 9 of the 12 berries. The pretzel sticks were stale as well. I was sent a replacement. It was equally as bad. A friend sent me a gift pack yesterday. It was like the nightmare repeated itself. What a horrible product. The ice pack was completely thawed. I wouldnt send a Sherris Berris product to my worst enemy.

The service was terrible! The strawberries were rotting, the choclate was liquidy and melted, and the ice packs were warm even! It looked tossed around and was a day late. I wouldn't order from this place again, their digusting items totally turned me off.

They suck you in with what sounds like a great price and then by the time they add rediculous shipping handling and delivery guarantees the price is better than double then you call and talk to them and not one of them speaks English Or understands English properly They'll send you email after email saying they're sorry they are sorry but when comes down to the people that work there they are very very ignorant at least the ones that answer the phone I will never order from them

I purchased the morning shipping which on the site i was ordering from said 8am - 9am. Didnt recieve two of the packages till 10:30 am. then my third package arrived at 4:32pm. When i called to get a refund for the morning shipping they said the times i told them i was suppose to be getting for what i paid for they said they didnt offer those times. Also none of my packages that were suppose to come with cards never came with cards. Worst valentines day EVER! Never buying from these guys again and i advise you to do the same. I probably wont ever get my money back that i spent. What a horrible way to do business.

Shows up at almost 8 pm on Valentine's with a box of all different size chocolate smeared and the card made with a cardboard box piece wrote in sloppy pen. I could have made and wrote a card nicer. Refusing to give my money back. Hold for almost an hour. Representatives are horrible. Don't care about your safety or the safety of your family. Does not have any idea where or how the third party shops treat covid and will not guarantee your safety or health. Nothing is from this company every thing is out sourced to companies that are not taking any precautions from covid. Carb board note written in ink. Horrible writing and not even what I asked and not even spelled correct. All representatives do not care. So what if the company ruined Valentine's they do not care. Still on hold because Manager is rude. Asked to seal to get mgr. To be transferred to another rep that wasn't her manager. Do not order anything from this company. It's 1800 flowers and they are HORRIBLE.
THANKS AGAIN FOR RUINING VALENTINES. Three thrown away because strawberries were bad. Not even fresh fruit

My fiance lives in the UK, I live in California. He placed the order a few days ago. However, maybe yesterday he called to cancel it after seeing all of the horrible reviews. They informed him they would not be able to cancel the order as it had already processed but that they would give him a refund.
Today, on 2/13, I was surprised (on time according to him) with a large package while facetiming my fiance. The box was cute and inside everything was packaged appropriately. The chocolate covered strawberries had padding above and an ice pack and looked great. Yes, some chocolate was broken (not much) and chocolate chips and sprinkles were a little lose but overall they looked beautiful and cute. More importantly, TASTED perfect. The berries were medium to large and sweet and deep red on the inside. The chocolate was great.
Underneath, the dozen roses (red, white, pink) were all beautiful, well wrapped, and came with adequate care instructions. Overall, everything looked beautiful, tasted great, and customer service worked with my fiance and went above and beyond. I hope no one is too scared off by bad reviews or understands the customer service is willing to work with you to make sure everything is okay. It made our long distance Valentine's Day romantic and sweet and perfect.
Side note: two missing chocolates are not missing, I ate them. And two: bear not included, he is from a previous Valentine's Day. :)

I loved the response I got from my mother last year when she called and said she loved her "big, delicious strawberries". So this year I wanted to give her the same thing but even more. I had been receiving constant email advertisements for literally on the daily. So its comes to my surprise when I call to place an order and they have no recollection of my account. (strike one) Then I'm talking to someone with a foreign accent who cannot answer my inquires.(outsourcing) Then I'm on the website while talking on the phone and wanted to order the 6 gourmet Dipped Fancy Strawberries for $19.99 + add on 4 chocolate dipped cookies and 6 dipped swizzled strawberries for $9.99. Sounds great right? So I call in and say this is the order I want. She says she cant find it in the system. IM LOOKING AT THE DEAL!. So frustrated I hang up and do it myself online. Now I see my order I click the screen, now my order is changed. No more cookies and strawberries for $9.99. They only offer 4 cake thingy's for $9.99. Okay still cool ill take it. Proceed to checkout. They wont allow me to add the cakes. Wth? Long story short. I ended up only purchasing the 6 gourmet dipped for $19.99. I paid $44.00 for 6 strawberries. $19.99 + $9.99 standard shipping+ $9.99 for Monday shipping. NOT EVEN DELIVERED ON MOTHERS DAY! Last time. They are totally getting over. I WILL make these strawberries by hand myself in the FUTURE. Lost a customer!

Don't waste your money! The berries are fresh but the chocolate is like wax. So you can't even enjoy the berries! The smiley faces are cheesy. Not something I would want to give as a gift.
