I have used Best Canvass several times because they do quality work. In the past the shipping time and lack of tracking information was less than ideal. This time it came very quickly and I could track it from US across the border and through Canada to my post office. I am so pleased they have dealt with the shipping glitch. I highly recommend them now!
Ordered from their website where they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It's not coming in until after New Years. They won't reply promptly to my messages, and all their target milestones are not hitting their guaranteed dates. I won't be seeing my family after Christmas for some time and if you want to sink your money into something you or your loved ones won't enjoy, this is the place. Think about starting a dispute process through my credit card company. To think I was going to order hundreds of dollars from this site and stopped short. Someone must-have been looking over my shoulder.
Similarly to the previous stories, I placed an order well before Christmas with "guaranteed delivery date" before Christmas... it is the 30th Dec and I am still waiting. Tried calling- no answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND
I could not believe the clarity of the photos when applied to the canvas! I was very pleased with the results and plan on ordering more in the near future. Thanks so much bestcanvas.ca!
I was pretty impressed with how fast I got my canvas and the quality of the image. I would definitely recommend using "Bestcanvas.ca" website to anyone and will order something again in the future.
I got what I paid for. The sale was great and I change my prints yearly so this was a temporary purchase. It is defiantly more vinyl feeling then canvass and the edges are a little sloppy.
Recieved my 3rd order from them today and was extremely impressed I have now ordered 7 canvases and amazed by all of them all delivered to my door in under 2 weeks zero issues!
When ordering on the website you Should be able to pick me sizes of the uploaded image. Black and white images turn up overly bright and make the image hard to see with less detail. Great prices tho!

Orders if place prior to December 15th were GUARANTEED for delivery. I placed my order on December 4th for my 2 grandkids. Christmas Eve nothing has been delivered, no way to check on status as they never sent a tracking number, they do not respond to emails or calls, One of the items according to their site hasn't even been produced. The only thing these guys care about is your money, they don't uphold their GUARANTEE, nor do they care about customer service, which is non existent, never mind poor. Spent over $200 here, a huge RIPOFF!

I started with a couple canvases, seen how great quality they were, and ordered 10+ more. All my canvases are 24x16 with the exception of one which was 30"x40"
The frame corners stretched a bit of week but the issue is too small for non-experienced eyes. The rest is done perfect.
As for the canvas - it's great, catching and just awesome :)
Most likely a scam... sent some bogus receipt to my email, haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. No shipping number sent to me, haven't replied to my email. Don't do any business with these scum bags.
Very happy with the service. Was a bit expensive but it was worth it to surprise my parents with a framed picture of their grand kids delivered. So easy!
On Wednesday 11th I made an order and right after 7 days, the canvas is unpacked at home, right from the box. Looks smooth, elegant and tightly stretched! I am happy with purchase!
