I ordered two small prints. Turns out they came from Germany – not Canada and when I had to pay duty which was not expect I emailed them and they are in Miami FL – not Canada. Also they sent me 7 canvas in various sizes of some other family's pictures. And no one has answered my customer service emails about it at all. Wouldn't buy here again

Received my canvas in a quick turnaround time frame and it was better than I expected it would be. Blowing up pictures into a good quality canvas is t easy and this turned out fantastic. We will order from here again.

I have now ordered multiple canvases from bestcanvas and haven’t been disappointed yet. I find that my photos look much better on canvas than in pc. I usually go for the bigger frames because I think they make photos somehow more impressive. I do make sure to use only high quality photos so my canvas prints always turn out superb. And their customer support people are so nice and helpful. I love this service.

I'm extremely satisfied with the company, also with the canvas I ordered for the first time in my life. Fast e-mail response when I made the payment through their system. Of course reviews play important role before choosing the service, and it was a bit risky because there are both positive and negative experiences. For me the risk paid off. Site was easy to use although would have preferred an easy way to change a picture from landscape to portrait even though original shot was landscape. Had to go in, then cancel one and out of set up then back in to eventually do it. After that, ordering was easy, product arrived quickly and very impressed with quality.

I ordered a canvas Saturday evening from the comfort of my bed! It arrived from Germany I might add, to B. C. Canada within 4 business days during the christmas rush to get gifts on time. Best price around. Will definitely order from them again!

I too am getting the run around by bestcanvas.ca (based in Miami), false advertising on their metal prints, shoddy workmanship on the product, lacklustre response times to requests, numerous people responding with different solutions, refusal to answer questions, environmentally damaging policies, and 1 very disappointed kid who's Xmas present sucked. Overall I had pretty good experience with best canvas.
I was worried about the picture quality because I ordered 40" x 30" big frame. I expected it to be satisfactory, but I received printed picture in awesome quality already well-stretched. It outbid my expectations. Everything went smoothly from ordering to shipping. I recommend this company as a professional and reliable

Quality was good. Pricing was very competitive. Notification of resolution being questionable and then your choice as to whether to proceed or not. The photos that were high res and printed on canvas were excellent. Shipped quickly. Would highly recommend.

I recently had quite a large order of canvas pics for Christmas gifts, plus two small acrylic cubes. They arrived yesterday and are perfect. They all arrived together. They were packaged carefully, taped into place so they wouldn't move around in shipping. Thank you and I'm sure the gifts will be very well received.

We ordered a number of canvas prints from Best Canvas. Some came back a little dark so we reached out to customer support with our concern. They responded right away and asked which ones we were not satisfied with and offered free replacements. Absolutely no hassle. Really happy with the product. Look great.

How dare they scam people like this! They changed the shipping cost after I pressed in my information, I cancelled within seconds and you now charge me $5.40 on the difference in the exchange rate 2 days later! Nowhere does it tell you it's not a Canadian site. Is it not against the law to change the cost after you give them your credit card information! Well I am going to find out but folks stay away from this very unethical company.

Do not purchase the Framed Photo product. I ordered three prints (16" x 12") and not only is the picture poor (provided very high quality photos) but the frames look cheap, do not come with any way to mount and the "acrylic glass" is bendable plastic with a terrible glare.

I ordered several landscape canvases and they all arrived on time just before the Halloween. This was first order and i'll definitely purchase more, because price and service is very good. I guess every company has positive and negative reviews, but I can say only good things;)

Received 2 canvases. In both one subject was completely cut off and on one there was a scratch across one subject's face. Did not respond to emails and company is suggestive of being Canadian but actually ships from Florida.

I ordered many framed canvases for myself and family members. They are all top quality, the site is user friendly and they arrived packaged very well in a very quick time frame. I couldn't be happier. I'll order again!

Fast shipping but the order seemed rushed. I'd rather wait a bit longer to have the canvas stretching done really well. Great photo quality and definitely an affordable option for canvas prints but you might be taking the staples out and redoing it.

I have used Best Canvas several times now and really appreciate the service. The prices are very reasonable and delivery is pretty fast too. I was sad to see an order # limit on 8x8 canvas prints that were on sale and did not see this until I had spent quite a bit of time uploading the images. Overall though I am very happy with Best Canvas and would highly recommend them.

I'm very happy with my order. I honestly did not think it would be as nice as it is due to the low cost. Definitely will be ordering more. Great prices and they get back to you immediately if you have a question.

I love their service despite that print was delivered one day later then promised. Very low price for the quality they offer. Web shop is simple to understand even for a total beginner like me. Recommend to everyone who is looking for good quality at low prices!

Ordered test masks of both types to test them out.
First of all, they miserably fail the lighter test, which means the masks are completely ineffective, which is almost criminal at the moment in our area.
The adjustable nose clips they claimed to have were nonexistent, so that was a lie, and the claim of having adjustable straps was a stretch. The neoprene option is thin as paper and offers no coverage above the nose or below the chin.
You'll be safer, more effective and more comfortable tying a piece of cloth across your face (I've checked)
Wanted to put in a bulk order of around 100 and distribute them with proceeds going to charity, but will gladly be dealing with a different, better business.

Masks save lives, but these are not masks, so think about what that means.

The production and delivery was fast. Had both orders within a few days. The colours are fantastic. The wrap around canvas is great. The only negative would be with multiple canvases in one package, the one canvas has bend marks over the wooden frame. I hope once they are hung it won't be too noticeable.
I would definitely recommend bestcanvas.ca. The half price sale made it very affordable.

Good value and fast service, prints arrived very quickly, the colour prints were excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them and giving 5 stars on this. They loose a star as the black and white prints have a purple hue despite having set them up to be slightly sepia, having said this they still look fine and represent good value, Just don't expect inky blacks. If you order colour you really can't go wrong for the price and will likely use them again.
