I have used Best Canvass several times because they do quality work. In the past the shipping time and lack of tracking information was less than ideal. This time it came very quickly and I could track it from US across the border and through Canada to my post office. I am so pleased they have dealt with the shipping glitch. I highly recommend them now!
Ordered from their website where they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It's not coming in until after New Years. They won't reply promptly to my messages, and all their target milestones are not hitting their guaranteed dates. I won't be seeing my family after Christmas for some time and if you want to sink your money into something you or your loved ones won't enjoy, this is the place. Think about starting a dispute process through my credit card company. To think I was going to order hundreds of dollars from this site and stopped short. Someone must-have been looking over my shoulder.
I just got my order from them after the first one was lost, and I should say Im very impress with the quality.
I find that most of the prints had sagging and dents. Tried to use heat to fix it but nothing seems to work

I ordered a canvas from this company about two years ago - beautifully done! However, my most recent lour has had fallen to the opposite end of the spectrum. The canvas came on a standard frame, rather than the thick one and the canvas was so poorly put on that there were ripples in the canvas - I didn't even have to remove the shrink wrap to see that. Customer service graciously offered to reprint. A couple weeks later when I received the reprint I was still disappointed. While on the correct frame and properly stretched over the frame, they didn't bother to pack the box it came in to prevent sliding so the color is worn off on all the corners. I requested my money back and the company responded with: " We would like to offer you a refund however, to avoid further shipping costs for you and for us, and also to stay environmental friendly, there is no need to send the package back to us.
Instead, we kindly ask you to take a sharp object and to make a cut through the canvas, blanket or other photo gift product. If you cannot make a cut through your item(such as with a mug or phone case), please destroy it in any other form like using a permanent marker to scribble on the item (enough to deem it unusable) or scratch the surface with a sharp object.
So that we can validate the refund, please take a picture of the destroyed item and send it to us, as an email attachment."
Seriously? The most environmentally friendly option they have is to destroy a canvas that, while clearly below expectations, is still useable? How about creating a quality product so you don't have to ship a million extra reprints to try satisfy the customer? How about just giving me a refund because I didn't get the product I purchased? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Canvases never showed up and credit card was charged. I've emailed twice and no had responded to me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Don't be fooled by their cheap prices. In this case you don't even get what you pay for. I ordered a canvas from them some time ago - and the quality was awful. Notwithstanding using a professional photographer's high resolution photo, the canvas was so blurry the lines could only be made out from a distance. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them another chance. The outcome was worse the second time around. I accidentally completed my order as I was still uploading photos, so only a portion of my order went through. I immediately called customer service (during business hours) and was told the call volume was too high for them to answer my call. I was not even given the option to wait to speak with someone. I called 4 more times, same result. That in itself should have told me the caliber of company I was dealing with. I ended up submitting the remainder of my order separately, which resulted in two $15 shipping charges for an order that would have received free shipping (or come close enough to it that the addition of a few dollar item would have qualified). I immediately emailed the company letting them know of the error and requesting a refund of one of the shipping charges so as not be double billed. To be fair, as a compromise, I didn't request a full $30 refund, only one of the $15 charges. I was informed that this would not be possible. When I inquired further and stated that it was my opinion that this was bad service, I was responded to with attitude and told to call customer service (even though my email detailed my attempts at calling previously). Upon finally reaching someone at the customer service number, the service only got worse. The way in which I was spoken to was beyond rude an unacceptable. The outcome is that I've now spent $30 extra on an order that will likely arrive and not meet my expectations - and I've had to waste my valuable time dealing with an issue that should have had a simple solution. I suggest you find a more reliable company for your needs.
Quick delivery, and the pictures turned out great, prices were also fair, and I would definitely recommend.

So upsetting and disappointing. First, everyone should know that you cannot edit or cancel your order immediately after you have paid. I ordered Monday October 19@8:57pm, and at same time I received order receipt. When I opened this email it was Monday October *******@10:07pm(just over an hour). I saw I ordered the wrong image on the Large Canvas. I emailed *******@10:07pm to change the order. Nowhere on their website is it possible to edit or cancel your order at anytime even a minute. I have emailed them at least 7 times in the first 24 hours of ordering. I called four times, in 12 hours, each time being put on hold for 10mins with a automated voice saying an agent will be with you shortly every couple mins and then it says please try again later. My phone company texted to say those four calls cost you $15 ( not ever talking to anyone). I received a email this morning (from Bestcanvas)@7:22am asking to confirm my email and order number which I replied with both this was@7:33am.
At 11:27am a different agent *******@11:27am saying "Thank you for your message and please excuse the delay in reply.
Please note, that upon receipt of payment, all orders are forwarded to productions hence, the whole process is automated. Unfortunately, we are in no way able to interfere in the chain of production."
I emailed two more times today with no response.
If they do not have a way to be able to edit your order (even if only a few hours), I recommend you go with another company. I went with Bestcanvas because of the positive reviews, unfortunately mine is negative.
