I wrote them on 3-18-22 but I have received no reply
Dear Sir or Madam:

This is to request a cash refund of $9.80 (8.98 plus. 82 sales tax) for an unsatisfactory product. Receipt is enclosed. The merchant refused to give me a refund because the package had been opened and it had been a couple of months since the purchase. I bought it ahead of need to have on hand, and obviously had to open it to find out that it was unsatisfactory.

The draw strings don't "draw" as the casing is too narrow for the string to go through.

Normally I would ask for coupons, but in view of the trouble I have had getting a refund, I would prefer a check. It is my intention to give the product to a non profit organization.
