We bought a the toddler remote control jeep from Best Choice and love the quality of the vehicle as well the ability to control the jeep with the remote control. We recently lost the charger, which was disappointing. I hopped on a chat with BCP customer support who resolved the issue which was our fault, and at zero cost to us! That was truly a surprise and was absolutely a customer first response. So grateful, we will be using BCP for other items we need based on this experience.
Most recent purchase was Zero Gravity Lounge chairs. They arrived very fast, were well packaged and were just as they were pictured. They are comfortable, seem well made and the colors are vibrant. Would deal again with Best Choice Products with confidence in their products and - if there is an issue - prompt and helpful customer service.

I had got a lift recliner from BCP for my mother for her surgery, it arrived and was beautiful and great quality, but unfortunately it was to big for my space so I had to send back. It was a great experience as well. The only little thing I would say bad is that it's taken longer to get a refund, but it was 3rd party bought through so not sure whose to blame there. But I'm just patiently waiting on that. Other than that they are very prompt to answer your questions and help out. Thanks for the easy service.
First, it's very easy to find customer services even on the mobile phone webpage. Second, the queue is not long at all, I got actual people assigned within 10 seconds. Third, the operator is very helpful and resolved my problem.
I purchased a sewing table for my wife from Best Choice Products. After easy assembly one of the casters broke. Upon emailing their customer service for a replacement or upgraded caster they replied within 4 hours. After sending them pictures they gave me an option of total replacement without any questions. The replacement table arrived in the time frame they stated without any cost to me.I am very happy and would definitely buy Best Choice Products again.

My exchange was made via email and everything was quick and painless. They were able to answer my questions and even went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I ordered a stand up glass light up vanity for my wife for Christmas. We opened it, checked for any noticeable scratches, and then assembled. We left the protective cover on the glass to protect it during assembly. After we had it fully assembled and tested (lights), we pulled down the protective wrap over the glass to discover some small pits. If they were lower on the glass, maybe it wouldn't have even been an issue, but they were face level. So, I emailed support and got a "sorry this happed" response within hours. They asked for my order number, and all I asked for was a new front glass to be sent out so I could replace it. They told me not to worry they are sending a new unit out right away and they did. Things happen and they were right there to help. Vanity looks high quality and the customer service is the highest quality. Order with confidence from this company. They will treat you right.
I purchased a game chair for my grand daughter that was bought on Amazon for Christmas and noticed Best Choice Products was a 3rd party seller.
At 1st I cringed with the thought that I would be in for a battle as I wanted a replacement or refund.
I placed the call to start my replacement or refund.
And surprisingly enough with all the doubts I had I was not faced with any disappointments.
Best choice asked me if I wanted a refund or replacement and because I liked the chair so much I chose a replacement.
I thought that they were not out to get me or give me a hard time.
I would definitely recommend this company.

I purchased the black power jeep for my grandson for his 2nd birthday...had a problem with the front axle and Best Choice took care of it right away! I will definitely be purchasing from them in the near future! I now have 2 grandsons! And the new one will need his own Jeep!
Highly recommend! Our son's ATV we unboxed at Christmas was not going in reverse, only forward. I called Christmas Day and they answered and sent a new replacement that arrived a few days after. So impressed! Thank you best choice for quality customer service and making things right.
