Best Choice Products

We had an issue with one of the bolts in the raised garden bed we bought through Amazon. I contacted Best Choice directly and they promptly resolved the situation by sending us a new bag of parts so we can finish the assembly. We haven't received them yet, but I am confident they will arrive as promise.

My husband didn't have any trouble putting it together and it's pretty comfortable. This is not the first time I have bought something from Best Choice Products. They stand behind their products. I thought the price was good.

I have ordered from this company a few times now. I have been happy with all of the products. You get decent quality at a decent price. Thats saying a lot, but great customer service says even more. Online photos and descriptions of products are thorough and accurate. The products arrive promptly from time order is placed. CS reps are readily available at all hours to assist and are knowledgeable about the products. I have only had a problem with one product, which was quickly replaced. No hassle. I will purchase from this company again.

Been a customer for a few years. Can't say I have bought a lot of merchandise, but everything I've purchased has been really good quality. Pricing very competitive, fast shipping & customer service (if needed) is excellent.

I had bought a treadmill from this merchant going on three years ago and now it broke down just a few days ago. And it should've lasted past any three years but it didn't and since it's past the 60 day warranty, they claimed that I couldn't get a refund nor a replacement. I understand their policy and all but I'm still quite unsatisfied because I feel like this treadmill may have been defective from the start, and over time it was probably starting to get worse. Because the day before it broke down it was making strange noises which didn't sound too good. Anyways, I wish they would've had a warranty that went past 60 days so that I could replace this treadmill, or either get my money back. Now I'll be needing to save up and get a brand new treadmill. I would think twice before getting anything from this merchant…

My exchange was made via email and everything was quick and painless. They were able to answer my questions and even went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I've worked in customer service and have felt with a lot of companies as I do most of my shopping online and never had I experienced such an amazing response. They replaced my item and I expected it in 14 or so business days and it felt as if only a week went by if that. I appreciate all the help their team provided.

We ordered a coffee table via Walmart that was a Best Choice product. It was delivered with one leg defective. I emailed Best Choice Products immediately. They emailed back within a couple of hours asking for a picture. Within less than 8 hours they stated they would send out a replacement. 5 days later we had the new product with zero defects this time. I'm very pleased with their customer service and their response time on making things right. They stand behind their Best Choice products. I highly recommend.

Just bought a patio lounger from them. Everything was just as advertised. Good quality. Shipments were on time. At one point, I thought I was missing some hardware. I contacted Best Choice, and they immediately began to to process replacements. I ultimately found the hardware package and was able to cancel the replacement in time. The customer service was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful! I would definitely purchase another product from Best Choice.

Delivery of my beautiful new acacia wooden swing was prompt and the carton packaging very well secured as well as the product inside was wrapped independently and securely to alleviate any damage to the product itself during shipping. Each part was labeled and as per instruction manual. I was highly impressed with the quality, value and ease of and short assembly time. There was but one small problem, there was one missing chain link and eye screw from one of the lengths of chains, but a necessary component for installation. No problem, with just one quick call to Best Choice Products Customer Service, my replacement was promptly sent out. Customer Service was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout the call. I love my swing and have already referred Best Choice Products to family and friends! Called customer service to have a part replace on my umbrella base because of wind damage. After speaking with the customer service person and sending them a photo Best Choice Product sent me a new umbrella base in just a few days. Very happy with support and fixing my problem.

I ordered an item online and then I found a coupon code online the next day. I emailed and explained that I wished I'd gotten the code before placing my order and their agent was able to give me the credit! Very friendly and fast response and I will definitely be ordering more items in the future

We bought a the toddler remote control jeep from Best Choice and love the quality of the vehicle as well the ability to control the jeep with the remote control. We recently lost the charger, which was disappointing. I hopped on a chat with BCP customer support who resolved the issue which was our fault, and at zero cost to us! That was truly a surprise and was absolutely a customer first response. So grateful, we will be using BCP for other items we need based on this experience.

I ordered two bird feeders from Best Choice Products because they had the exact items I wanted at a competitive price (better than Amazon). I am very happy with my purchase. My only (very minor) gripe would be that my products shipped separately, which is totally fine, but I wasn't communicated that they would ship separately so I was initially confused when I only received one. Customer support was great in assisting me, however, and I ended up receiving the second one that day.

I have been long time bcp customer, never really had an issue with their product till I bought their umbrella and the base, it broke only few months of usage, it was out of warranty but they understood and provided the support, appreciate that they still care about customer service.
