I have ordered several products of interest over the last decade, never a problem, great prices and quick delivery, items as advertised. Recently ordered an item for my grandsons birthday and inadvertently in hast had it sent to wrong address 210 instead of 201. My son's neighbors were nice enough to return via USPS (verified). They issued me a refund and I reordered item with the correct address; may arrive a day after his 3rd birthday but no worry, he'll never know.

I have made 3 purchases from this company. The item's I have received are a better quality than expected due to their low prices. I will continue to shop their quality products. I even shared the website to my daughter in law and she loves it! I did have a question about my last order and contacted the company via live chat. It was quick & easy and the representative answered my question quickly. It was an easy process.

The company customer service is hands down one of the best I have ever encountered. The products are of high quality and ordering, processing and shipping was super easy, quick and flawless. Upon receiving a damaged product, they immediately processed another order for a replacement. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend shopping from them.

I bought two Best Choice Products patio umbrellas based on a consumer magazine rating and have not been disappointed. They are beautiful colors, well made, and the lights underneath are great! I couldn't get one to light up, but their customer service person gave me 3 potential fixes and one worked and it was simple. Very happy with the product and the support.

Bought patio furniture which they shipped by FedEx but was never received.

After advising them I had not received it, I got the runaround for 2 weeks by their customer service dept who said it was, and that the matter was closed, so tough for me.

I called FedEx myself and just received confirmation from them that they delivered to the wrong address, but that they didn't know where it is now. It was that easy but not for BCP.

They're the worst. Stay away!

I purchased my 4th BCP Christmas tree this year. We started with a 7.5 foot hinged Spruce via Amazon. I was very pleased with the quality for the reasonable price. Since they I have purchased two 9 ft and one 7.5ft hinged Fir trees via bestchoiceproducts.com. The fir trees are a bit more expensive but have a higher number of tips therefore are fuller. I also started ordering direct from BCP because they give you reward points towards your next purchase.

I put up 8 artificial trees so I'm particular about their looks & quality and have been very pleased!

After receiving a beautiful raised garden bed as a gift, I found that the assembly instructions had been removed. I visited Best Choice Products website in an attempt to locate the model number. Unfortunately, I wasn't successful. I then contacted the help email and received a very prompt reply from Darius at BCP. He sent website links and a pdf of the instructions. It was effortless! I would definitely recommend this company!

I have bought patio umbrellas from the\is merchant over the years without problem. However, one that I recently ordered was defective. Unfortunately, I was so swamped at work that I let the time run before contacting them about it. Although the grace period for a refund had past, they said they were willing to replace the umbrella to ensure my satisfaction. I agreed to this, but was not sure I would hear from them again. Less than a week later, the package arrived. They have kept me as a cutomer.

If there's a business out there that doesn't know how to rectify a defective product, and STILL have a return customer as a result? Look at this company. I got a defective acoustic guitar. It was scuffed, and the strings don't sit right on the frets at all. Most of the reviews were 5 stars though, so I knew this was a manufacturing error. They resolved it in a way that I've never seen. They issued me a full refund on the product, and told me I didn't have to ship it back. I understand they don't want a broken guitar, but that is absolutely amazing service right there. That $80 I got back is going right into a better version of the guitar I purchased.

Best Choice has a very unique wide selection of home decor. I have my eyes on a rocker seat set for my new deck. I plan to purchase soon! The only thing I wish is that they offered Klarna as well for payment options!

I loved the umbrella I bought from Bestchoiceproducts. Unfortunately there was a problem after three weeks. The company quickly agreed to send a replacement without my having to return the unusable one. A few days later it was discovered that they could not replace the color I had and they wrote to tell me I'd be getting a total refund. They were so nice and worked hard to make sure I was happy. I will definitely use them again. They still sell the nicest umbrella at the best price too.

I purchased a 10ft outdoor patio umbrella with them on 4/22 and received it 4/28 but over this past weekend while trying to get it open the string snapped. I freaked out because before this past weekend I've only opened this umbrella abt 4 or 5 times. I went on their website and started a chat and a representative by the name of Carlos took my concerns. He was very professional, asked in brief what happened and I explained the situation and he didn't question anything and his next response was "I have put in for a replacement for you which you will receive in 7 to 10 days and no need to send in the other umbrella". This company surprised me and went above and beyond and I really appreciate that in a company. I definitely will be ordering from them again.

I bought a metal raised garden bed from Best Choice Products and didn't open the box right away. Once I opened it and assessed all the pieces I noticed one of the long sides had a bent area on the lip. I immediately started an online chat session with the company to let then know and see if they could send me a new part. The girl helping me was very kind and unfortunately was unable to send a new part as they were out of them. She did offer me a partial monetary refund to keep the item as is. I was bummed but what other option did we have at this point? I accepted her offer and kept the product as is. I was able to hammer out the bent out to the best of my ability and put the raised bed together. Everything seems to be fine and workable so I am happy. Even though customer service couldn't send me a new part they did make it right for me and I appreciate that.

Very good product. Well designed and engineered. Easy to assemble once you review the manual and familiarize yourself with the directions. Went together easily. Has a large paint/brush drawer. Easy to adjust heights of the easel and the canvas height. Like the carrying strap. DO NOT force the legs or other items. The wood could be a tad-bit flimsy so the setting wingnuts/tightening of the securing wheels need to be done properly and thoroughly. Overall a good product which our granddaughter really likes.

Poor customer service
On May second, we ordered a solar powered bird bath. It came in a timely manner, but was damaged, and not from shipping. It was defective from the manufacturer,. It had a drill sized hole, so water would not hold. We contacted best choice and were told they would replace it and we would receive it within 10 days, two months later, nothing. We repeatedly contacted them and were told time and again they would be sending and constantly appologized for the delays.
Will never purchase anything from this company again. Poor customer service.

Our solar umbrella wasn't working properly. We reached out to customer support and they sent us a brand new one, and we didn't even have to send the defective one back. Now that's what I'm talkin bout... great customer service!
