No mention of a required minimum 18% gratuity BEFORE you even receive your massage. We had a couples massage and on the form listed the areas we wanted extra attention and neither one of us got that extra attention in the neck and shoulder area that we listed on the form.
These people were not willing to give any sort of credit and were only willing to give a 10% discount if we rebook (we live in a different state)which means I have to spend more money to get a discount but they really didn't care that I was dissatisfied in the first place. As a matter fact I asked for a screenshot of where it showed on their website about the gratuity and I never received it from them because there is no place that shows that.
The two star rating includes the spa not working with us to actually make this a more satisfactory experience and offer some sort of credit back.
